Bill was our tour guide and was there when Katrina hit and was a new reporter and saw it all first hand. He was so good and we learned a lot. His personal insight was an eye opener and we could not recommend him and the tour enough! Thanks Bill.

Bruce Nolan was incredible Guide, a retired reporter with incredible knowledge, we have no idea how Gray Line attracts such talent. After this tour I finally understand what happened here in New Orleans, how levees work and we had an unexpected tour of Lake Pontchartrain.

Bruce Nolin was an excellent tour guide who was a reporter working during the time that Katrina hit. His detailed view in the life that he and everyone endured during this catastrophe was truly eye opening and enlightening. Anyone that comes here must take this tour!

Bruce was full of information and the tour was very nice. It explained a lot of NO’s background even before the hurricane. Highly recommend this tour for anyone passing through

Went on the Plantation/Swamp tour and the Cemetery & Voodoo tour, both were excellent and I would give our tour guide Jim a 5 out of 5. We had booked the Hurricane Katrina tour in August and received our tickets for the tour from the Lighthouse ticket office the day before
