Amazing with a great guide!
Mar 2020
The Antelope Canyon tour was amazing! Our guide was incredibly helpful in showing us where and how to take great pictures with our phones and cameras. The slot canyon is simply amazing. If you're traveling in the area you do not want to miss this! We were confused about arriving an hour early but the time changed and then changed back so we made it early. They got us on the earlier tour so we went an hour earlier than expected. I highly doubt they'd turn you away if you arrived right before your tour as there was really no reason to arrive that far in advance except possible time-zone mistakes.

Simply AWESOME!

Just an incredible experience. Out tour guide Treenie was so good. No one should miss the opportunity for this tour. My only negative is the lower tour is not marked well and is hard to find. We arrived to Page with plenty of time but had difficulty finding. Even a Sherriff could not help us find our way??

Jonetta gave the best tour, Antelope Canyon was spectacular
Mar 2020 • Friends
The Lower Antelope Canyon was beautiful. We went on the 1:15pm tour and the lighting was amazing. There was about 10 of us on the tour with other tours trailing behind us. Jonetta was our tour guide and went above and beyond. She adjusted our cameras to the perfect setting for pictures, showed us all prime spots for taking pictures, and even took pictures of everyone. She was amazing.
My only concern was with the tour leader behind us (Nick) . His tour group was smaller than ours so they caught up to us quickly. He was on our tail, even telling customers taking pictures to hurry.
Either way, would still highly recommend.

Dec 2019
had to laugh, as it being winter and all.... I got a solo guide, so a lot more personal. A different more strenuous, complicated hike exploration than for the Upper. Still beautiful but in a different way.

It was breathtaking! Although it was not the easiest path to walk on, our guide Natasha gave us sufficient time to take lots of photos and explained some of the science behind the natural phenomenon. Patient and a great photographer!

This was the photograph she took for my daughter (she got the perfect shot with just one try :)

If you are in the area, this is a must see!!! This was a bucket list item for my fiancé and I and we’re so glad we got to see it. Natasha, our guide, was excellent. She was able to lead us through the canyon ensuring we saw all the important parts. Book with plenty of time as it sells out quick.

Canyon Wonderful, Tour Operator Not Wonderful
Dec 2019
We booked this trip through Viator and will never use them again. The Navajo guides at the Canyon are the best, but the entire experience (getting there, meals, getting back to Las Vegas) was horrible. We had a nice bus, but the temp was either too hot or too cold, no in-between. The bus made bathroom stops at unusual local venues (a good thing) but none of them had enough bathrooms for women. Since there were only minutes at each break, this left no time to purchase food or drinks. Some of the women on the bus ended up using the men’s room. The tour guide on the bus was difficult to understand not only due to his accent, but also because the bus microphone did not work most of the time. The bus was equipped with closed circuit, but no films were shown (we were on the bus for hours), no trash bags were offered and the pockets had been removed from the backs of the chairs.

Our confirmation was not provided until late the evening before the trip, and we had to meet the bus before 5:30 AM. Since they had cancelled the trip we had booked for two days before at the last minute, this left us wondering if this trip would also be cancelled until late the night before.

The bus tour guide did a lot of “yelling” at us about time... don’t be late, be back early and so on. But despite this, we always ended up waiting for the guide to get things moving again. There was a lot of wasted time waiting on the guide to get us going toward the next thing.

I highly recommend the Lower Antelope Canyon tour. It is challenging, with near vertical stairs in sections that are really more like ladders. You need to be prepared by wearing appropriate sturdy shoes. It is a beautiful sight to see.

You must sign up with one of the tribe run companies that offer trips. Your guide must be a tribal member. Our guide knew exactly how and where to get the best pictures.

Enjoyed our tour of Lower Antelope. Our young guide was informative and engaging. Pointed out formations in the walls and offered to take our photos. A bit pricey though so some may not do it.

Refused to help
Dec 2019 • Couples
I was unable to make my trip due to ever road north of Phoenix being closed due to winter weather. They refused to move our tickets or give us a refund. Book it with a organization that isn’t only concerned with the bottom line.

Dear, we are so sorry for your experience. The weather situation is really out of our control. The cancellation policy of Antelope Canyon is once your order confirmed, there is no cancellation and modification. However, sometimes if you do have some emergencies and tell us at least 3 days prior to your traveling date, we can try to cancel or modify your order with no charge. We do care customers' satisfaction and our service quality. But if you require to modify or cancel your order only within 1 or 2 days prior to your trip, we are sorry that we really can't do anything.
