      Just go,
We went on this tour couple days ago with Kelly line, and really enjoyed it. Chris, our land tour guide, was funny and had great knowledge about his town what he obviously love. Sea tour was fun and informative too. Our guide ( sorry, forgot his name) was very knowledgeable. We did appreciate doing business with Kelly’s line. Willing to pick us up ( we almost didn’t make it and the driver was still waiting for us. After the tour bus dropped us where we wanted, and we had another day for using their services) Just go, you won’t be sorry and you will learn a lot about Savannah.

      Will research other companies first
Booked my reservation online 2 days in advance as we only had 3 days planned in Savannah. I have used Gray Line many times in other cities and always had a good experience. I booked the land and sea tour. I also needed hotel pick up and drop off. The day of the tour the shuttle bus was late and had other pick up after us. When we got to the visitors center our driver was waiting with an older bus. Our tour guide was fantastic. Very informative and added some humor too. The ride was not smooth or comfortable. You could hear every squeak and could feel every bump in the road at times drowning out the tour guide. When we got to River St for the sea portion our guide told us there would be a bus waiting for us when we got off to take us back to our hotels. The sea portion had a very informative guide and the ride was smooth, relaxing and enjoyable. After our tour we went to catch the shuttle to go back to our hotel. However, there was no shuttle there. We waited patiently and still no shuttle. We called and was told the bus would be there within 10 minutes. 20 minutes goes bye and still no shuttle. We called again..again told 10 minutes. We called again. Finally after 93 minutes a shuttle came. Needless to say this was poor customer service. The concierge at our hotel asked how the tour was. He informed us that that tour included a 2nd day of pick ups. My family decided on another tour and booked with another tour company with no issues. We immediately booked an evening tour with them. This experience will have me researching other tour companies before booking with Gray Line.

Great way to see Savannah in the heat
John was a terrific guide and this was the perfect way for us to orientate ourselves on our first visit to this beautiful city. It is too hot to walk to all the places, so we were grateful to see more and learn all sorts of fun facts about Savannah. And it is good value if we utilize the shuttle service that is available to us for the next 2 days.

      A powerful experience
Of all the things we got to see and do on our trip to Savannah, we valued this tour the most. Sistah Roz is an amazing, compelling storyteller, and these stories need to be told. We learned so much from her. It's mind-blowing how Savannah is still struggling to come to terms with its difficult history of slavery. We absolutely recommend this tour!

      Great Tour and Experience
We had a great experience! I was chosen as a volunteer during the immersive experience and it made my teenagers day. Highly recommend this tour and experience. All actors and hosts did a great job to include Radar, Mauve, and Dr. Gaust (unsure of spelling).

      Cool experience 4-1/2 stars
The bus tour was great. The guide was very knowledgeable and nice. He provided good stories and content throughout the tour and we saw some amazing historical sites. The timing between land and sea for lunch was perfect. I’d give these parts of the tour a 5 star. The sea tour was enjoyable and nice but not quite as good as land part. This part is 4 stars. Our family guests from Washington state love the city and the tours. We would book this again for future out of town guests.

      Powerful, eye opening, AMAZING!!!
This tour was the highlight of our trip to Savannah. Extremely valuable information. Priceless. Sister Rozz and Brother Robert captivated us with their knowledge of Savannah‘s history of slavery and the countless significant events that far too few people are aware of. We learned so much. I could see my children’s eyes opening. Inspiring, motivating, life changing. I highly recommend!!!

      So touching
This tour was so touching and coherent from the start to the end by this magnificent storyteller Sister Razz ! Every facts she said felt like a liberation of a story that MUST been told. As a responsible society we should nurture these type of information and encourage the new generations to know about it. It’s been a long time I never had such a meaningful experience while learning and discovering history. Thank you Sister Razz and to your team.

      Enjoyable
The tour guide on the land portion was not only informative but very entertaining. Savannah has a lot of history. The boat ride was relaxing. Also, it was great that after the tour and the next day you could call for rides. It was pouring down raining and it was wonderful I could call and get a ride back to my hotel.

We were told the day before our trip to look for a small charter bus with Kelly Tours written on the side of it. We were there at 10:50 and at 11:15 the only bus there was a big white bus with no writing on it. My husband walked over to see if it was ours and it was. While waiting for the last people to show up a woman on the bus said that she saw online that the lighthouse was closed on Tuesdays and Radar ( our tour guide) said she didn't know anything about it being closed. I find that hard to believe considering it's always been closed on Tuesdays according to the permanent fixture sign posted at the lighthouse. We were very disappointed because the lighthouse was one of the high points of our trip and we couldn't even go in. After the dolphin tour we went to the Crab shack and they didn't have a reservation for 20 people that was on the bus. We waited about 10 minutes before getting seated and then waited about 20 minutes for our drinks and then 45 minutes more to get our food which was way overpriced and very small portions. We had the deviled crabs which turns out to be a small stuffed crab for $8 which didn't taste very good and a very small cup of clam chowder. Definitely, definitely not worth the money. We had three deviled crabs and three small cups of soup and two drinks for $50. We felt like we were forced to eat there or sit and wait for an hour and a half before everyone was done and ready to go. There should be more choices. Something else we didn't know was going to happen was on the way back to our cars the bus made three other stops off our route to drop people off making the trip a total of 6 hours instead of 5 hours that it claims to be. We were very disappointed overall and feel like we wasted our time and money on this trip. The only thing we liked was the boat ride and seeing the dolphins.

you need to correct the itinerary. A normal person would assume a dolphin boat cruise, a trip to the Tybee lighthouse, and time on the beach. There is no mention of a 1 1/2 hour stop at a restaurant in the middle of nowhere. You spend more time at the restaurant than you do on the beach! This itinerary description has been misleading for the months I have researched it. Read the reviews, many other people have complained about the same thing. Again, please know there is nothing else to do or go while at the restaurant which is the first activity. If you are looking for more beach activity than 1 hour, I would not recommend this tour. It's approximately 5 1/2 hours with 1 hour actually on the beach.

I didn't do enough research. We were taken by trolly thru Savannah passing by a few of the lovely squares to the Crab Shack on Tybee Island. The trip was about 30 minutes and we arrived 30 minutes before the restaurant opened. The driver was friendly and had the usual guide banter. The restaurant has too many alligators in a small enclosure which was tacky and sad. It also had some caged parrots in a room attached to the gift shop. We only had soup but many people were there to eat seafood. Still 2 hours at restaurant plus the drive was 1/2 the time. It was a short drive to the dock for the dolphin tour and we arrived 20 minutes early. The dolphin tour was good and we saw a nice number of them but this lasted not quite an hour. It included a 5 minute motor around the small lighthouse in the tour online picture. Most of the people on the boat had booked directly with the dolphin tour. The last stop was an hour at the Tybee Lighthouse which is across from the beach. Many people ended up at the seaside bar. We took pictures of the big lighthouse and walked down a couple of the access boardwalks to see the beach. We should have gone into the museum which is in a small fort dating to the Spanish Amerian war. No one in our group climbed the lighthouse. We had a car and could have done all or any part of these on our own faster. It is not a bad tour but tourists without transportation will feel better about it than we did. The dolphin tour is only $25 booked directly.

    To whom it my concern,
I took the Tybee Island Dolphin tour today with my wife. The dolphin boat ride was great, and the rest of the tour was not good at all. Our driver, Radar, was so informative about herself and more about herself. Nothing I can remember about Tybee Island.

Here are the things I remember about my tour today, 19 June 2021, Radar was in the Army, which I respect as I’m retired Navy, then she had 4 kids, one wanted to cut her hair and her dad was mad but she’s over 18, she has been fought over from different bus lines trying to get her to work for their companies. The crab shack has the best food and best low country boil. Heard that 6 or 7 times. I learned so much useless knowledge of the crab place we spent almost 2 hours at. I think she had a vested interest in the crab shack. Then got to spend a whole 1/2 hour at Tybee Island to visit the lighthouse and the beach. Absolutely ridiculous time management.  I also learned that Radar looks so much younger than other people her age because she doesn’t wear makeup, or much makeup. She went to a ZZ Top concert got a little drunk and all she waited for was for them to spin their guitars in circles. She also went to Alice and Krauss concert and she sang 4 songs Acapella and everyone was crying. Also on her bucket list is to travel to elephant island. She has a 2017 Honda Civic she had to work three jobs to get and it’s a rare color/ model combination with that particular package.
If I wanted to know all this useless information I’d be Facebook friends with her. I went on the tour in hopes of learning a little something about Tybee Island. Not spend almost half my time at the crab shack she so dearly loved. We’re not talking about a ton of money… $120. It was my time that I hated wasting. However that was My hard earned money that I feel y’all just took from me for no services provided. I didn’t pay to learn about your bus drivers life history. She was nice, but I signed up for the Tybee Island tour. Not the history of Radar tour.
Please contact me if you need any more personal information about your driver or you would like to discuss my completely wasted day of my vacation.
I would like a timely response to this email  I believe I am owed that.

Great tour guides. Nice and cheesy sense of humor! seen a lot of dolphins but the stop at the lighthouse is just that...a stop. If you want to go in you will have to buy a ticket it is not included in this price. Also didn't know they would make a lunch stop and we had already ate before we went so we had to wait on everyone else to eat. I wish these things were disclosed beforehand but none the less, still had a good time

We had a great time! Our guid, Julie, did her best all day to make everyone happy and comfortable. We had lunch at the Crab Shak, an authentic lowcountry laidback outdoor eatery by the bayou. Then Captain Derek and his mate took us out on their boat to see tons of dolphins. By the time we came back to the dock, the threatened rain just arrived as wel did, but we got right on the bus and Julie took us around Tybee Island and showed us all of her own haunts from her girlhood in Tybee. It was reading an Elin Hillenbrand novel, with all of her reminiscences of living there. She was the most authentic guide we could have asked for!
In spite of the rain it was a wonderful trip, and we thank her lots!

Our great guide, Benjamin drove through the historic district, giving us so many stories and historical facts about the city, with humor injected.. The information continued all the way to Tybee Island. The Crab Shack was unique and fun. The dolphin tour was so good...Matt and Kate were informative and funny. We were lucky to find so many dolphins. They even surfed on the boats wake! Tgen the finally stop at the beach and lighthouse was the perfect way to end the day. I highly recommend this tour.

Such a great time! This was our second trip to Savannah and we were looking for a day excursion and in my opinion this was just perfect. We really appreciated the complimentary pick up from our hotel as we did not have a car and our tour guide/driver Julie was PHENOMINAL. She was such a joy as she took us around, from details to her childhood in the area to making sure she took the time to involve each of us and ensure we were all having a grand time!
The ride itself was very nice with the first stop out to the Crab Shack- a great seafood spot with a cool alligators to see since we finished lunch early. Our boat ride was so much fun, they did not disappoint and made sure we all saw them, even turning the boat so we all got our fill! They also made sure to entertain and inform us on some of the sights and history! Captain Mike was excellent and Garret was a definitely a lot of fun! We had a nice chunk of time afterwards to go see either the beach or light house, or even grab a drink at a beach restaurant.
All in all it was so worth the price and a day well spent!

Our tour guide, Stephanie, was so knowledgeable about Savannah history, geography, and nature that we learned more on the drive out to the Crab Shack and back to the city than all other tours and guidebooks combined. The dolphin cruise was wonderful, amazing to see so many birds and dolphins, and the ride alone was worth the price. Great views on a beautiful day. Highly recommended.

We were lucky with a gorgeous day and dolphins out to play. Our bus driver was informative, and our boat crew was knowledgeable and fun. It was also nice to stop by the beach for even a few minutes of walking through the surf. The only note, we stopped for lunch at a crab shack - if you're vegetarian and shellfish allergic, there was only dessert to eat.
