- 1. Customer under 18 years old MUST be accompanied by at least one adult. A guardian traveling with children must provide proof of custody or notarized parental authorization for travel. An adult accompanying a child who is neither a parent nor guard- ian of the child should have written permission from a parent or guardian to accompany the child across the border, including the name and contact information of the parent or guardian.
- 2. Please be sure to provide accurate and complete information upon booking. This includes name, gender, valid documents (passport, visa etc.), valid contact information (preferably a mobile phone), accurate flight information, tour location, etc., This helps to avoid any errors upon the reservation because errors affect travel. Any losses due to inaccurate or invalid information will be at your own cost and the company will not be held responsible.
- 3. Various hotels may have different deposit policy passengers need to comply with. No specific bed type or the position of the tour can be guaranteed at each hotel. Usually 2-4 people can stay in each room maximally. Hotel check-in time starts at 15:00.
- 4. This tour does not accept any City Pass or your own tickets for any of the attractions. Tour attraction admission charges and meal expenses are subject to change at any time without notification. Any purchased ticket cannot be refunded for lower prices.
- 5. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday have the right to make appropriate adjustments to the itinerary under the conditions of facilitating the operation for the tour group. This, however, will not reduce the items that should be included in the itinerary.
- 6. During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to appropriately adjust the tour sequence, stay time or assembly time of scenic spots according to the weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the trip.
- 7. If the scenic spots are temporarily closed or closed on a particular holiday, etc., the tour guide will adjust the appearance according to the actual situation or replace the location with another scenic spot to ensure the richness of the itinerary. The opening hours and capacity limits of certain attractions and national parks will be subject to change from time to time due to the COVID-19 pandemic. When the operating hours and capacity restrictions have an impact on the itinerary, it shall be regarded as force majeure. Thank you for your understanding.
- 8. Children under the age of 8 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday provide the rental service for $10.00/person/day. Please make a request when booking the itinerary so that we may have the booster seat ready in advance. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel, and the fee can be refunded to the guest.
- 9. Normal health conditions are required to participate and enjoy our full itineraries. Contact us for specific policies or information regarding passengers with disabilities who do need to provide advance notification to make a reservation. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday do not guarantee a wheelchair lift-equipped bus and/or seating availability to disabled passengers without prior notification and approval.
- 10. Guests are required to bring their own relevant documents and materials required for entry or cross-border travel. Whether they can enter or leave the country is subject to the decision of the customs of each country. The inability to enter the country is a force majeure factor, and the paid tour fee will not be refunded.
- 11. We may alter these terms and conditions from time to time and post the new version on the website. It is your responsibility to check it on the website regularly and prior to making a reservation. Unless specifically stated otherwise herein or required by law, JUPITER LEGEND Corporation shall not be liable for any consequential, compensatory, indirect, incidental or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the performance of its obligations under these terms and conditions.
- 12. Gift items in the itinerary that cannot be given away due to force majeure factors such as traffic and weather conditions or personal reasons may be subject to change. Please understand that the fees will not be refunded.
- 13. Smoking is prohibited aboard the bus in accordance with the law and prohibited in most hotel rooms. Customers are responsible for any penalty charged by the hotel in a non-smoking room at least $250 per night.
- 14. This product is a group activity. If you choose to leave the group, please inform in advance, and obtain the consent of the tour guide. You need to sign the departure agreement form and the unfinished part will be regarded as your own abandonment. The group fee will not be refunded.
- 15. Luggage is subject to inspection when crossing international borders. You will be asked to declare any items subject to duty upon crossing the border. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday are not responsible for any luggage crossing international borders. Passengers must claim all luggage at the border crossing point before proceeding. No luggage is allowed across the border unless claimed by a passenger. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday will not provide free transportation to a passenger denied entry across an international border.
- Room Details All hotel rooms are based on two Full / Double beds or one King/Queen bed depends on what rooms are available at the hotel on the day. The maximum occupancy per room is four travelers. One Room Selection If you are a party of more than four guests or desire to have separate rooms, please create separate bookings. Avoid traveling in a different bus? If you have more than one booking, please provide all confirmation numbers once your bookings are complete.
- Note： 1. If you hold a U.S. or Canadian passport: You must bring a valid U.S. or Canadian passport. 2. If you hold a U.S. permanent resident ID or Canadian permanent resident ID: You must bring a valid passport and a U.S. or Canadian permanent resident ID. Make sure your U.S. or Canadian permanent resident ID is valid and carry it with you. 3. If you do not hold the above documents: Please prepare the corresponding travel visa in advance according to the instructions of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

- N1875APdanielh0 contributionsAwesome day trip to Lower Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe BendMy family and I went on the day trip to the Lower Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend last week. We had a very memorable, wonderful day. The trip was easy to book through TripAdvisor. I also appreciated how the company kept corresponding through email/text to confirm the trip as well as provide updates in the hours leading up to the trip. The actual day of the trip was a bit of a whirlwind with the very early pickup time and the long bus ride to the Lower Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend (and back), but it was very eventful (in a good way) and all very worthwhile. We got to check out the Lower Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend up close and personal and had absolutely gorgeous views of them. It was really something amazing and impressive especially to be able to walk through the Lower Antelope Canyon and quite literally be “in it.” We got to take a ton of amazing pictures while we were at the two sites. Our tour guide, Sarah, did a very fine job leading our group throughout the long day. Sarah kept us on schedule as much as possible, made regular announcements throughout the trip to make us aware of everything we needed to know, gave us various helpful tips about visiting the Lower Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend, and was just very easy to interact with, with her very pleasant and professional attitude. Sarah definitely helped make the trip very pleasurable and engaging. Sarah did a terrific job arranging the guided tours of the Lower Antelope Canyon with the Navajo guides for our group and taking great pictures of my family at the Horseshoe Bend. We also really appreciated how the company provided as much cold water as we needed (as it was a very hot day) and snacks, as well as arranged lunch for our group. Sarah is a great, great guide! You are in such great hands if you have Sarah as your guide! I would definitely recommend this day trip to all!Written October 7, 2024

NOTE: there are VERY steep stairs to get into the canyon and a few steep stairs up to each level. My friend and I are both afraid of heights but we conquered the adventure and got some amazing photos too! Our stop at Horseshoe Bend was equally incredible! Our tour guide, Troy, was very kind and friendly from the minute we met him at the bus, plus a joy to chat with throughout the day. There are just 2 things though.. first, the bus information- we were texted to look for Jupiter sign on the bus.. we arrived at the pick up point way ahead of time, it’s a good thing I heard someone in the group that the bus in the far end without the sign is our bus and I and my husband were already the last to board so we had to sit at the far back then. They did not even call for names what if we didn’t hear about the bus.. we might have been left there waiting for nothing! 2nd is the food.. On our previous tours with viator, there were options for food after booking confirmation, but this one.. just get what’s there, no choice! Even though you don't do much with the guide outside of the bus he was there just in case he was needed. Native American people guided you through the Antelope Canyon and you can go by yourself to the Horseshoe Bend. Both places are amazing but the walk in Antelope Canyon is spectacular. The bus was on time, good air conditioning and smooth ride. The lunch is not too much but they stop a couple of time for restrooms breacks and you can buy food too. The bring plenty of water and snacks. If you don't want to drive from Vegas this is a recommended tour.Written October 6, 2024

The tour made us overpay for all attractions and pay for free activities. For example, we paid $40 per person for the Niagara Falls cruise when tickets were actually $28 & they asked for $50 for Ripley's Aquarium when tickets were actually $37. We had to pay $35 per person for a "Niagara Falls night tour" which required no actual tickets and it was just our tour guide telling us a few points about the location and history.
Our tour guide Sammy was friendly and kept us on schedule but after realizing the overcharge of attractions the tour became unenjoyable.

We attended the bus tour to go around all these place. Because of the experienced tour guide Andy and his great time management, we have amazing trip in the last few days.
We like the tour especially about the French meal in Canada and also the 3D view of Niagara Fall (land, water and sky) . If you would like to enjoy guided tour, I would highly recommend this tour.

This tour is an excellent way of seeing a lot in a short time without compromising on comfort. Toronto and Quebec City were particular highlights for me.
In addition to this, our tour guide, Bowen, did a great job throughout the trip - professional, friendly, and helpful. Would recommend it!

Other than traffic lol it was amazing 🤩 I love the lights at night. I watch Luke Bryan concert and a vehicle set fire. I couldn’t get across the border due to the 72 hour Entrance Notice. I wasn’t aware of it lol but I rented a room at the Marriott but I couldn’t get to it.
