Ask for a refund because of medical reason, which I had a letter stating. I could not go on trip. My family all did but Trip Advisor, unlike everyone else I purchased tickets from. Would not refund one lousy adult ticket.

It depends on the weather. You'll be on a ferry, the lower deck has an interior, but the upper deck is exposed. It may be too cold to walk around much, but if you're bundled up and the weather is sunny you should be fine.

Yes, you can buy a ticket online to go up to the crown. You need to pre-book though as they sell out online.
