Fun and interesting.
Mar 2020
We enjoyed dining and sampling at places we never would have visited on our own. Our guide Stephano was high energy and well informed. We were well treated by each establishment and the food and drink was memorable. The highlight was desert, something we seem to never have room for but it was fantastic thanks to "Ben the fake Frenchman!" (he really is French)

The music in a couple places was so loud we could not visit but overall it was a great experience.

Delicious Food and Drink and Fun Facts
Feb 2020
Amanda our tour guide was wonderful. She enhanced out tour by telling us wonderful details about the Gas Lamp district's past and present. The food we ate was delicious and the beverages were delicious. The Greek Sangria was new to us and really good fun to try. I highly recommend this tour.

Fun introduction to the shadier past of San Diego!
Feb 2020
A great way to start any trip to San Diego! You get to learn about the shadier past of San Diego...PLUS, eat and drink along the way. Stefan was our guide....he was a little bit (maybe a lot) crazy! And, he was enthusiastic and fun! Super guide! We got to hop around to different restaurants and try our their specialities along with a really yummy drink! So Diego Tours did a great job with the tour (Stefan too!) and we loved the stops along the way. Oh, and we got to finish with dessert....macarons! YUM!

Nice food tour
This was a nice tour. Some of the history provided is questionable. However, I took this tour for the food. We had some Greek, Irish, Mexican and finished up with French pastries. All of the food was delicious and was paired with an adult beverage, minus the pastry stop. If you are looking for a history story, might think twice. If you are just looking for a good time and enjoy a variety of food, this is your trip.

Our guide was very personable and told some great stories about the Gaslight district of San Diego. The amount of food was just right, and very delicious. Only thing I might recommend is a portable microphone and speaker!

Booze Brothels and Bites Tour
Feb 2020
Tour was great! Our Tour Guide, Ben (I think, he is semi-new to the team from San Fran and is big into Health/Food Science), was very personable and was great at getting the group together to talk and meet each other (always love meeting people)! Food and drinks were all amazing. It happened to pour down rain in the middle of the tour, but somehow it didn't put a damper on the experience! Would definitely recommend again.

What a GREAT tour!
Feb 2020 • Couples
Brothers, bites and Booze is one of the best tours we have ever been on. Ben was GREAT! (Ask for him if they let you request someone!) He was friendly, knew so much about the GasLamp Quarter and took his time showing us around. I will do this again if we come back to San Diego!

This food tour was the first activity we did in San Diego and it was a lot of fun. Ben was great and shared a lot of history. We ended up going back to one of the stops for dinner that evening. Excellent choices!
