My husband and I had a great time on New Year's Eve. The staff was attentive and fun. The only problem (which wasn't really one for us) was that it didn't start at the scheduled time. They told us on the phone repeatedly to be there at 5:15 because the boat leaves at 5:30. Well, the bus with all the other guests didn't get there till 5:40. Everything else was FANTASTIC. We immediately got a drink from the staff and the staff was very attentive to our needs. The food was delicious and the views were beautiful. After all, it is Big Sunset Dinner Cruise. We saw baby dolphins and black tip sharks as well. And the food was delicious

We always try our best to put customers first and provide excellent service. We are sorry that you had to wait for our bus to arrive when the tour starts at 17:30, we try our best to get to the launch site on time but at times due to traffic we arrive later than the tour time. However we are happy to hear that you had a Fantastic time and enjoyed the food we provided. We hope to see you again the near future!

The boat ride was very pleasant, the view and breeze were terrific and the sunset was beautiful. The meal was quite good with a wide variety of choices for a smaller buffet.
The company was terrific about providing an ingredients list for all items on the buffet for my child that has food allergies! They even provided an alternate pre-prepared set of entree meats that did not have the allergen ingredient!
Gabby at BG's main office was very patient and understanding as we worked together on the need!
Our only disappointment was that there wasn't more of a point made by the crew and captain of the actual sunset. Perhaps some ceremony or request for silent reflection as the sunsets would "play up" the beauty and serenity of sunset.

My husband and I had an amazing date night. I was initially skeptical stepping onto the boat but wr had a really fun time, saw tons of dolphins, sharks, and even danced a bit. The food was good (seemed to be catered by the same company that cooks for TaoTaoTasi dinner show). We also got to view a gorgeous sunset. The only small complaint I have is that their buffet warmers need to get cranked up hotter because the food was a bit cold, but thankfully still yummy.

This was by far the best first experience on a boat I could’ve asked for! The crew was fantastic and the sunset was beautiful. Though there was some confusion with dinner we didn’t mind because there was still drinks and entertainment. Two of the crew members led some of the guests to the dance floor and danced the night away! We enjoyed the energy of the crew and the entire experience was such a treat! Thank you to the operations manager Dylan and Rodel, Shawn, and Chris of the Boat Crew you guys were so helpful and amazing!

We booked and paid for 11 people to take the "so-called" Sunset Cruise last night. That's almost $1000.00!
You would hope that this was enough to get some "common courtesy" but that was definitely NOT the case!!
I understand you can't control the weather; and the sun may not be shining, but to continue the cruise during the Rain.... Rain that causes you to get soaked while on an open boat and be expected to eat in the rain is just ludicrous!!
Honestly! It was obvious that the "Bottom Line" was all that mattered. You expect there may be bad weather, especially in July on Guam, then have alternate plans. Possibly provided another form of entertainment; or a Raincheck for another
day....??
I guarantee that you would NOT want to be treated that way or your family members treated that way.
If you do the "Right Thing" and put your customers first, word of mouth will spread and your business will ALWAYS thrive.

My nephew Jack and I went on the cruise while I visited him in Guam. Didn’t do any research on the cruise just seemed like something to do. We drove to the site and walked around, beautiful setting ( Guam is beautiful everywhere) walked out to the MARGARITA, greeted with big smiles and hellos. We sat on the top deck had a beer ( me more I wasn’t driving) where we had a nice talk with Herb? The Captain for the night. The crew was AMAZING! You could tell that they really enjoyed the trips. Food was exceptional. We fed sharks and talked with everyone. I’m really sorry I didn’t get all their names. Even sitting here in 10* IOWA, I wish I could go back and sit and talk some more. Thank you all, and YES, they deserve a raise! The energy they put out dancing was so great I did not expect to enjoy the evening as much as I did. Glad we didn’t leave all those that were on the late bus, those ladies were fun, and the kids LOVED IT.

I came to Guam with my family and was told that sunset cruise was a must, and I was not mislead, the staff was so welcoming and nice, my 5yr old daughter took a real liking to Chris after showing her some card magic. The rest of the staff did really well also, and the food was just magnificent, we will definitely come back.

Great fun with a fantastic crew! Delicious food and plenty of it while watching a beautiful sunset. The ladies were so excited catching their first fish.... and even more excited dancing along with Sean and his Pare'. It was so much fun watching them dance.... Sean really has the moves! If you want to have a lot of fun and a great memory not forgotten be sure to go on this ocean dinner cruise... you'll love it!

Even it was rain, staffs are warm-hearted, kind & always smiled...
Chris(?), he is a good dancer and makes all passengers be happy with his dancing and basic card magic.
And also I could see one young man proposed to his girl friend on the main deck.
Unfortunately I wasn't able to see dolphins but if you are planning to try this on sunny day, it will be perfect subset dinner.
Tip: Shuttle go through all hotels and it will take over 1 hr, so it will be better to go to port directly by yourself, if they accept it. Then you can save lots of your valuable time in Guam.

Yes, you might spend little too long in the bus if you're staying hotels near Nikko side. You may go to the launching site on your own but will have to make sure to check with us where the launching site will be on the day of the tour as it may change depending on the weather.

I attempted to book the dinner cruise before I left Japan, but never received a confirmation from the company. My husband and I hoped to take the cruise on our anniversary so when we arrived in Guam I called. It was a good thing I did as their computers were down earlier in the month and they didn't have my reservation.
We were able to take the cruise on another evening, and were picked up on time from our hotel lobby. We were driven to the boat, boarded and were given a brief explanation of safety features and how to use the facilities on the boat.
The weather was very bad for part of the cruise, but the staff was prepared with plastic raincoats for all of the passengers near the back of the boat, and were proactive about moving tables so that the passengers wouldn't get wet. The rest of the tour had better weather and we were able to go on deck and do fishing and dancing too.
The food was quite good. It was precooked as they aren't allowed to cook on the boat. It was quite heavy on meat, but was a Chamorro style buffet. The ribs were good, and they had lots of food available. There was also soda, beer and water available, self service style.
The port that we were dropped off at required that we clamber up a steep ladder to the dock. The workers were helpful in making sure that everyone made it up safely. I imagine for people in wheelchairs they would use a different landing point?
We were driven back to our hotels and dropped off in good time.
We did enjoy our cruise. The staff, although young and a little rough around the edges, were great and very thoughtful, and they enjoyed themselves as much as the guests did.
My husband's only regret was that he didn't catch a fish!
