This tour was so much more interesting than I expected. The guide, Brian, had in depth knowledge of the history of this area, and lots of stories about paranormal activity. The best part was the cemetery: we were allowed to explore at our own pace, and Brian answered questions and shared stories. I would recommend this tour to both history buffs as well as those with an interest in the paranormal.

We take every ghost tour available when we travel. So happy to find this one close to home. Guide and driver were fabulous! Stories were creepy and very interesting. My only complaint is with the other passengers. It was super annoying to have multiple people having conversations while the guide was speaking.
Definitely worth taking the tour!!!

Enjoyed the tour. When we started it was still light outside, but by the time we hit the cemetery it got darker. Our tour guide Jeremy did an awesome job! Very engaging and let us take our time exploring. Only suggestion, maybe an additional stop to get out and explore. Really recommended for those who want to hear some haunted tales and don’t have to walk far at all.

Have a tour guide that can tell coherent stories. He was unable to stay on topic and rambled. The tour guide had lost the group's attention before we got out of the parking lot. He was talking about the fact that the air conditioning wasn't working and some of the windows didn't stay open so blame it on the boss! What's that about?
At one point he was sharing pictures from his phone with two people on the trolley while the rest of the full trolley of people sat waiting and waiting. Finally, someone had to say "let's go!" The 4 stops were LAME. The tour takes the group walking through a restaurant and surrounds tables of people trying to eat their meals they are paying for while the trolley driver is giving lessons on how to use dowsing rods. The trolley stops on the busy main street of Wisconsin Dells with cars whizzing by and talks about a hotel that you can hardly see from inside the trolley. By the time you get to the cemetery it is dark outside and the driver is saying look out to the right or left, but you cannot see a thing.
Once back to the start he continues to talk about whatever comes to mind and that's all the people on the trolley want to do is get off!

I had high hopes for this tour. We were a big group of 14 people so when the trolley stopped to pick us up, and the guide was wearing a trench coat, top hat, and had creepy music playing I was excited. However, once the guide started talking and couldn't even get to the point of the first story I knew it would be a very long 1.5 hours. He was not a very good story teller, no sense of suspense in his voice...nothing. He had a hard time trying to stick to one story...he'd get way off tangent talking about other things if anyone asked a question. He kept talking about stories from his previous tour groups that none of us cared about. I had a better time scrolling thru my phone and texting friends while on the tour than the actual tour itself. I think if you had a better guide it would've been much better. Sorry, Brian, but you need some training in public speaking.

My husband and I take haunted trolley tours in every city we go but this was probably the worst. We do it more for the stories and quirky history. Our driver had a hard time staying on track with a story (he was drinking a Red Bull) and it appeared more of the stories came from what he has heard from guest while giving this tour. I didn’t care for the cemetery stop and feel it could have been made way more interesting. We could have also done without the weird Halloween music during. We both were going to ask to just leave us out during but we stuck out the rest of the incredibly boring ride. The couple who were also on the tour felt the same.

I did not purchased tickets for this tour because I was told I could purchased with the driver, I was asked to be there 15 min early, which I was. I arrived at 6:40 (tour started at 7). I waited with four other vehicles till 7:30! Two of the vehicles left at 7:15. Driver NEVER showed up. I called and the reservationists kept telling me to keep waiting. Finally at 7:30 I left, NO TOUR and No DRIVER! I would not recommend this tour, save your time and money!

Hello. Thank you for your feedback first of all. Secondly, we spoke by email as well about this incident. We use a ticket agency for bookings much like Ticketmaster for concerts. All bookings must be done in advance and they were very well aware. I have personally offered you complimentary tickets as our guest anytime in the future for the mixup. I have also made the decision to leave the ticket agency we use and we are in the process of switching! We are not in the business of making peoples vacations worse, but better. We take so much pride in what we do and there is no more valuable time than family time and vacation time. I'm very sorry. We hope to have you back as our guest soon!

We were scheduled for a tour only to get a text from someone saying because they have not met their minimum, they weren't able to give us a tour and could we reschedule for another day or we can get a refund. It was my friend's birthday and we were definitely looking forward to the tour becausw she lives stuff like that. When I asked what the minimum was, he told me 12 when it was 6 of us going at the time. Unacceptable! Like, how come its not written anywhere so people can see? It put a damper on our trip, but we managed. In the future, please make it in bold letters that if you all don't have 12 people, you won't do a tour.

Business should actually be at the location it says it is at. Googled it and when we got there it was a vacant building. It should also have a phone number you can contact someone with for questions not just to sell tickets. When called was directed to a different number and when asked how many people were required to run the tour and how many were booked, was given the first phone number to call which didn’t take calls. A big runaround circle. We had 6 in our party and we’re afraid to book.

The tour was actually pretty fun and interesting. The tour guide and driver were really good but I forgot their names. They took us to multiple spots and told us about the haunted history and story behind all the stops we went to. They also let us out to walk around the haunted areas too which was also cool. They also let us stop at a gas station as well lol! Overall it was a good experience and very informative.

Hey Jeremy and Brian, if you guys have nothing to hide, why do you not respond to my questions? Why are you so afraid that people will find out about your illegal activity? You know what you did and it's going to come out in the newspaper and in court. You can lie on here but in a court of law, you can't, it's called perjury, a crime. There is nothing you can do or say about all the evidence I have. What are you going to do when my attorney asks you questions that you have been lying about for years? Are you going to lie in court? Good Luck with that. You can't beat me, I have all the video, texts, facebook messages and even some audio. Yes, guess who taped our conversations lol. I told you what I did in my past and you had no idea that I was doing undercover work on you? Shame on you. Now, it's going to come back to bite you in the butt.

The DOT and the FMSCA are doing background work on this company, namely the owner Jeremy and driver Brian. They have been using non-cdl drivers for this tour and those 2 departments and I have been in contact daily. Please do not get on here for your own safety. If you would like to know more about all the proof and evidence myself and my attorney have, please send me a message and I will explain it all to you. They aren't going to able to backdate their DL's and all the tours they drove illegally as I have all the dates, times and places, as well as the DOT and FMSCA. This company is expecting me to just go away and that will never happen until the whole truth comes out about all the illegal activity they have been doing.

I was wondering why when I was on this tour, the guide was sniffling and sneezing but had no mask on? Aren't there any policies in place? He said it was just a cold but I am 100% sure he's not a doctor and without a covid test, how do me and the rest of the people on that tour know we weren't exposed? The law says if you have any type of cold or flu like symptoms, you are supposed to get tested and not come to work until you have a negative covid test and no symptoms?

Why did you allow non-cdl, no air brake and no passenger endorsement licensed drivers to drive CDL Class B (26,000 pounds with air brakes) and Class C CDL vehicles with up to 34 passengers aboard, specifically from July 27th through the middle of October?
Blaine D
Wisconsin Dells, WI52 contributions
I know the answer. It's because Jeremy the owner allows non-cdl licensed drivers to drive 26,000 pound vehicles with you on it. These are specialty vehicles with air brakes and need experienced drivers. I drove here and witnessed this first hand and have video of non licensed drivers driving Class B trolleys with air brakes when that is against the state law and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration laws.

Why do you allow drivers who were exposed to the Covid virus and have symptoms and who do not wear a mask to continue to drive all the tours and expose everyone on the tours?
Blaine D
Wisconsin Dells, WI52 contributions
I have this answer too. It's because this is all about the money and not the people on the tour. If you read this and were on any tours from Sept 23rd - Oct 2nd, and Brian was your driver or narrator, you could have been exposed to the Covid virus as Brian never told anyone that he was exposed to the Covid virus by his girlfriend, whom he lives with and has close contact every single minute of the day. He never told anyone until 3 days after the 24th tour and that was to me via text which I still have. I told Jeremy the owner and he still let him drive tours without seeing a negative test and not allowing Brian to drive until he no longer had symptoms. He exposed me and I was in the hospital and on strict bed rest for 4 weeks. Jeremy knew about him being exposed and still let him drive, possibly exposing over 100 people directly and who knows how many more people from those 100 who had no idea they were on a tour with a driver who was covid positive. There was a lady on a tour on Sept 24th, the day I was exposed, who had no idea about Brian being covid positive and brought it home to her father who is now in the ICU in critical care and I keep in contact with her to see how he is doing. As of yesterday, no better but no worse. Brian never wore a mask and was not licensed to drive a CDL vehicle/trolley/party bus, putting your safety in jeopardy even more.
I had booked out this for July 3rd however it shows that I booked it for July 2nd and I'm trying to change the date back to the 3rd of July for my trolley ride can you please change the dates
