We went on the history tour of the Dells on my son and my birthday. We had Brian as our tour guide and driver. He was very entertaining and informative about the history of the Dells and he took us to places we probably would not have thought to check out. My only issue was that I had to reschedule our reservation two days before because the touring company had some scheduling issues. We were visiting from Illinois and we had to find ways to kill time which meant spending more money unfortunately. Other than that the tour was great.

We were very happy with the tour. Trolley showed up on time and our driver, Jeremy, is who we think made it worth the time. He was very informative and engaging with the guests. We did not feel like we were just sitting and listening to a long scripted tour. We learned some great facts about the town, which we did not know. Only suggestion would be to add a few more stops, especially those places that are hidden, etc. If you are looking to get off your feet for a nice ride around the town with great suggestions on places to eat and visit, I would recommend the tour.

The guide was knowledgeable about the area, saw lots of attractions, but overall it was pretty dull. It was very hot in the trolley, I expected it would have been cooled prior🤷♀️ I was a little concerned about the safety aspect, the driver was the tour guide. He was holding the microphone, narrating the tour and driving. But I guess, it's OK if you have open time, but if your schedule is full I'd pass.

Purchased a Groupon. Followed instructions on voucher on Saturday for a Monday afternoon tour. Called the number listed. Call was answered by a recording to send an email to make reservation. No way to talk to a live person. No way to leave message. Sent email. No answer. On Monday tried going down there and making several calls. There is no office. Went to the place listed on one of the websites. Nothing. Sent another message. Called 888 number. No response from either. This was the worst experience.

Tour guide was fun! The only downside was microphone didn't want to work as well as it could have. Also the driver took a phone call from his boss during the tour. (the boss should know he is working) I recommend the tour for new to the area visitors! You will learn alot!

Great experience with Jeffrey as our history tour guide. He was courteous, jovial and kind enough to call us and wait for us while we grabbed ice creams. Showed n described most of the places around here. Gave us an opportunity or two to click some pictures. Should do this tour as you are also supporting local city economics by buying the tour tickets.

It should have happened. Trolley never showed up. When I called to enquirer they said I didn’t have a ticket. They also said it was my responsibility to call and confirm a tour.

Paying for the trolley service has been the worst experience of all our travels, I selected a online date in Jul 2022, but when I checked the confirmation it said a date in June 2022. I called the office phone but all I got was a recording that said "don't leave a message" and to send a text instead. I sent a text saying their online booking gave me the wrong date, so please move the reservation to the future correct date. The text came back saying "No transfers" What?? I am not transferring my ticket to another person, not asking for a refund, just asking that they put the correct reservation date on the tickets that I purchased (all this by text). I texted them saying will be processing a case of fraud against them.
