We visited Pigeon Forge on a whim when traveling to Tennessee. We got in at about 5:30pm and stopped at Beyond the Lens. Tickets for 2 people were only $60 to enjoy all they had to offer - although the FlyRide experience was closed. We had a blast going thru the photo ops and enjoying the stations with games set up. It took about an hour or so to get through and at the end we had the option to purchase the photos we had taken with their setups - which I would highly recommend. We laughed harder than we had all week and got to tap in to our inner child for a while. Really amazing experience.

Visited last week during Spring break. Our family of 5 had a great time and we all enjoyed the museum. Took advantage of the Groupon which made our experience even better.Viseted the museum in the afternoon and there was no line to enter and barely any people inside.Virtual reality attractions were our favorite and we all did them twice.Out of all museums we visited in Pigeon forge this was our favorite. The other day we went to Wonderworks which has similar attractions, higher price and LONG lines we regretted we did not go to Beyond the lense again.

Great family fun to get away from the cold! We came in from Florida for a fall retreat but the cold front made us feel like wimps so we looked for an indoor activity and this place did not disappoint!! While not cheap for 4 adults and two kids coming in around $200 for combo passes, the exhibit was fun and interactive, especially for the video game lovers!! The VR experiences were unique, in particular we loved the Finger Coaster. All of the staff was friendly and patient with the kids. And FlyRide was worth the extra ticket. Would come back again!!

The staff was amazing. They explained everything and answered all of our questions before I purchased 11 tickets for our family. Unfortunately we could not attend when we arrived but the staff made an appointment for us to return later that day to attend both Fly shows consectively.

My 4 grand children between 4-7 were extatsic. They could not believe they were sitting in a chair rather than flying across the United states. The areas we visited were amazing and well photographed.

My 92 year old step father said he woul have enjoyed the ride had the volume not been so loud. He did not want to attend the second show due to the volume. The staff refuned his tickets and were extemely compassionate toward him wanting to make sure he was comfortable while the remainder of our group attend the Polar Express.

I was grateful for their care and concern for all of us to enjoy our visit to there attraction.

Awful experience, 90% of the interactive displays were not functioning. we were done in about 20 minutes I was here three times before and it was always fun and a great experience they kept updating it. Now it is nothing more than a very expensive penny arcade where all the games are broken. They appear to have cut down the size of the museum the add a flyride section and put in a bunch of ball toss games and video games that do not work. Usually took about 2 hours to go through now we were done in 20 minutes.

We visited this attraction after reading reviews and hearing positive reviews from friends who had visited. We were able to get a Groupon deal for the tickets which helped. We went on a Sunday afternoon, which meant low crowds and more time for the exhibits. Several exhibits were closed or being redone which was kind of a bummer. Overall the exhibits were neat but kinda “generic”. My kids enjoyed the VR, however the employee running a particular one was not enforcing the line, so we kept getting bumped back as kids would just walk up and he would allow them to experience, despite the clearly marked line routes. Not a huge deal but a little nerve racking as it kept up. I’m glad we got a deal on the tickets and it wasn’t too crowded, definitely not a place I’d wait in long lines for.

The law in Tennessee states that you must wear a mask while indoors. However the employees of this attraction are NOT ALLOWED to enforce this rule. Many people not wearing masks, no social distancing and nothing anyone can do about it. The staff does their best to clean between uses on the attractions that are staffed but most are not staffed. Also, about 1/4 of the things you’d want to see are not working or under construction. No discount though. We went through in about 20 mins because we felt so unsafe.

We take the safety of our guests and staff very seriously. We have the mask mandate posted on the doors and at the front ticket counter. We clean and disinfect in between guests on all exhibits, We also disinfect every 1/2 hour throughout the building. We also provide hand sanitizer in every exhibit area. During Spring Break it is quite busy, we would love to invite you back when it is less crowded. Please reach out to our General Manager. Thank you.

Lots of very cool photo props and interactive games. I was disappointed that they didn't space out how many people could go through at one time. Lots of people in very close quarters and due to overcrowding not able to experience all of the interactive games.

This was by far my favorite museum I've ever been to, it was so relevant to my whole family, 3 and 2 year old, 33 and 32 year old and 67 year old mom. We got to act like kids, dance, relive our childhood and teen years and even got to share our past with our kids. It was truly a fun experience with the friendliest staff, make sure to take all the pictures cause at the end you can buy them all for super cheap!

We were very pleasantly surprised by the great time we had at Beyond the Lens. My husband and I had passed this place many times, but never really knew what it was. After reading such good reviews online, we decided to try it out and we are both so glad we did. It is a great interactive museum and as young adults we were very happy with how much there was for us to do, as many attractions in the area are geared more towards kids. We spent around 3-4 hours there, and could have stayed longer, but it was actually past closing time. It does not have to take this long, but there were so many things that we enjoyed reading and doing. I would definitely recommend trying this out! You can also upgrade to VIP for $2 per person and get all you’re pictures taken throughout the experience as digital downloads. We did this and I’m very glad we did as all the pictures were great!
