Crowded, not worth it.
Way too many people to be able to view the exhibits. The place looks huge from outside but is way too small inside

We purchased tickets online at the last minute so our entry time was in the late evening. I recommend purchasing tickets in advance of your trip so you get a better time slot. They hand out personal hand held listening devices to get information at various spots around the museum. I was in a wheelchair and found the museum very accessible, but some displays were hard to see from a seated position. The tour is self paced and people were jammed up at the beginning but spread out as we progressed through the museum. The exhibits, artifacts, and photographs were very interesting, but I found it hard to read many description cards from my seated position. I loved the ticket each guest received with the name, personal information, cabin/dining class, and a short history of an actual passenger. I was able to see where my passenger slept, ate, and spent the days. Happily I learned that she survived. Overall it was a good experience.

We pre-bought our tickets due to the fact that we would be there on Spring Break. I’d recommend buying them ahead of time anyways because it’s a popular attraction that seems to sell out.

Without knowing we actually did our tour on April 10th which ironically was the day the Titanic set sail, so being there on the anniversary was kind of cool!

One of my favorite parts was how each guest got a passport before entering with the name and story of an actual traveler. It really made you feel invested in the tour and really gave you some insight into that time.

This museum did a fantastic job at giving you information while also having interactive aspects that were eye opening. For example the temperature of the water the ship sailed in, eye opening.

We had a great visit, I would highly recommend to anyone! Great time!

This is definitely a must see attraction. We visited back in July because school started in early August so our grandson always wanted to see the Titanic so we made it a surprise for him. It’s a must you buy your boarding pass early, before you come. Once inside you will see artifacts that we actually recovered from the ship wreckage. Before you board you will be given a listening device where at each station it will give you a detailed description of what you are visiting. This goes through the entire tour. At one point of the tour they have a station where you can simulate steering the ship around an iceberg. Gives an idea on how hard it is to judge and steer. At the end of your tour there is a display set up of 28 degree cold water which gives you an idea of how cold the water was when the ship went down. Also there is another very interesting part, there is a man who filling the roll of Capt. Smith who at the time the ship went down was the ships captain. An excellent portrayal of Captain Smith. The gentleman’s name is Lowell Lytle. Mr. Lytle actually went down to the sunken wreckage in a submersible submarine and he had a story to tell. He actually has a piece of the metal in a protective case like they would put a collectible coin in. He’ll bring the kids forward and let them hold it for a photo op.
For me, this was the best part of the tour. Very educational for sure.

If you are interested in taking a couple hours of education on the Titanic, this is where you need to be.

My wife and I loved this museum! If you want to learn more about the Titanic, or see some incredible finds from the wreckage - I highly recommend visiting. The audio guide is a great addition, and gives you so much information all throughout the museum.

The only thing I would say is to make sure you take the time to enjoy yourself, and take in all the information. Obviously allow other people to see the pieces, but don’t feel rushed if folks are going quickly through the exhibits. They aren’t taking it all in the way it’s meant to be experienced!

The exhibit is more than just a museum with the usual array of artifacts, and reconstructions (although it certainly has plenty of that); it's a memorial to the 2300 passengers and crew who sailed that fateful April in 1912. The way they put you in touch with a individual by providing a boarding pass upon entry, and allowing you to try and learn about that one victim is inspired in that any returns to the museum will provide a slightly altered experience. The price of admission is $33 per adult, which isn't cheap, but in pigeon forge is not exactly expensive either. It provides good value for what you pay, and provides an experience you will not find elsewhere.

This was a very interesting and informative experience. Im very glad we went, in my opinion it’s a bit pricey though, about $40 per person. They had quite a few hands on exhibits, they also had individual audio tapes you could use to follow along with the museum. Overall i think its a must see if your in the area, but it would be a one and done for me

We pre-ordered tickets, the young gentleman took a minute to find the name, still had to wait in an extremely Long line to go in, a lot to see was very cool the replicas and things to read, takes a while but definitely worth the experience. The pictures were a little confusing but figured it out. Everyone else was helpful besides the front gentleman as said. They need to do a little better if you are in for a time slot but it is a must see and we'll worth the money for the experience

Bucket list trip! I am a Titanic fanatic and literally cried when we pulled up. I have photos that I will always treasure. Wonderful experience, staff were all very kind. Beautiful exhibit with lots of information. The only drawback is the amount of people they let in at a time. The museum rooms aren't big enough to hold that many people and have a great viewing experience. I travel the country going to museums and am also a volunteer at a must home. Wonderful place, just too crowded.

Great experience if you love the titanic story. Kind of expected more but glad I visited. I wouldn’t recommend for small children simply because there are just a lot of facts and artifacts to look at so they’d probably get bored

Our group of 10 accompanied by our tour guide was visiting the Museum on August 2, 2021, while the iceberg wall collapsed shortly before 8:00 pm. As you know, five people suffered injuries and three were sent to hospital.
We describe the accident as terrifying experience
We requested refunds for the tickets to the Titanic Museum. It is also because they were informed on the insight by a Museum representative that they would receive it. We waited over a month, but no one contacted us regarding refund.
