      Great boat tour
This is a great way to spend 90 minutes on the boat and get a narrated tour with some humor and history. Value for the money is great.

      Beautiful views, unexciting tour
We have been on some excellent and fun boat tours, where they kept you engaged and entertained. This did not. The MC did point out landmarks and gave a few bits and pieces of information, but for the most part, it was a quiet ride.

      Decent Tour
While there maybe a lot of points of interest that the captain points out, there isn’t a lot to actually see. This tour would be much better and much interesting if they made a stop at the Fort Sumter. We did see some Dolphins. Overall it’s a decent tour just don’t expect to much.

      Great time!
My girlfriend and I really enjoyed the tour. The Carolina Belle is a nice boat with adequate room for many passengers. The Captain was very knowledgeable about the places around the harbor and even had a great sense of humor. The crew was very helpful as well. A very pleasant experience!

      cold and windy but fun
We took the sunset cruise and even though there was not a beautiful sunset it was still lovely and the views of the city were great.

      Not the best
Our guide was more concerned with reminding us to tip, than giving us actual information and facts during our tour. Was pretty disappointing

      Worst boat ride ever
The Captain refused to speak up and so you could not hear the points of interest we were passing. When we made him aware that no one could hear him, he told me the volume was as high as it could go. Meanwhile, he continued to talk in his “DJ” voice. If he has talked louder, it would have helped. He just chose to ignore me after that.

Scenic, historic and on the water
The crew is great. The history narration and views were well worth the cost. An enjoyable 90 minutes out on the water. Give the crew a generous tip!

      Sunset boat ride
The boat ride was great, not too expensive, chilly but you can sit downstairs, the crew was fantastic, you can tell they love what they do. Lots of fun and laughs, we had a great time.

Great way to spend an afternoon
Took at Harbour Tour on a beautiful spring day. After walking around the historic district for a couple days, it was a great way to get a different perspective of the Historic District and surrounding areas. We sat up top towards the back of the boat and my only complaint is that it was hard to hear the narration sometimes over the wind. But overall learned some interesting facts and it was a relaxing and interesting experience. They sell refreshments on board that are on the expensive side and although offered water in a small cup, do not sell bottled water. Recommend bringing your own.

      Relaxing and informative
We had a really relaxing and enjoyable tour. The pilot / captain's narration was informative and often funny. Our only complaint was that the low volume of the speakers made it difficult to hear his commentary some of the time.

Sunset cruise with beautiful weather and views. A nice way to get on the water and hear a few bits of history. Captain Dominic got us there and back safely. He was very annoying to listen to with his voice inflections and cadence of speech. He sounded like a ride operator at an amusement park (where The Mouse resides), who has had some very long days and wants to liven things up a bit, even if only for himself. Ten minutes into the journey, I overheard the woman behind me say she “just wanted to slap him”, so it wasn’t just me. I booked over the phone and booking agent misspelled my name (even though I spelled it twice) so I never got the confirmation email. Just in case that happens to you — be sure you pay attention to when and where to meet the boat and don’t rely on that email. Luckily, I had researched enough tours and chose one within walking distance to our lodging and remembered the address. The tour company also had my phone number so I guess maybe I would have received a text if we didn’t show up on time??? But, I’m thinking not since no one noticed the email was undeliverable.

Cruise is OK just to get some fresh air and see things from a different angle, but other than some unique views of Fort Sumter from the outside, you really can't see much because you're so far away from the coast line in the harbor. It was also quite cold the day we went, so we sat downstairs in the enclosed cabin which was quite old and musty. With that said, the crew was all very helpful and the voice of our tour was very good.

The narration was terrible. There was nothing informative about this experience. So many facts could have been provided.

Their website advertises... "Enjoy close-up views". Unless you bring binoculars, there was nothing "close up" about any of the attractions. We were easily a few miles out from everything. The captains narration was borderline insulting as it felt like he was auditioning for a children's TV Show. There was nothing charming or Southern about this tour. Between parking and the ticket fees, I feel like I wasted $105 and an hour and half of mine and my mother's time. Disappointing at best.

Easy process of boarding. Friendly staff. Actual tour was basic with a narration that sounded recorded and generic. Sometime difficult to hear. Sunset views from the boat are always amazing. Getting off the boat took a little longer as the crew couldn’t line up correctly right away. Otherwise a good time.
