John was amazing, picked us up from a hotel and took us to so many waterfalls. He brings water for everyone which is nice, he also stops off at all the waterfalls for you to go down and see it up close and get photos. He gives you 15/20/30 mins to go and do your own thing at the waterfalls which is really nice of you wanna go shopping or grab a snack. I come from Arizona and this was worth way more than I paid!

Jeff was awesome..friendly , informative and enthusiastic. He knew a lot about the area and was always ready to offer us help with pics or tips to make the tour thoroughly enjoyable. Totally worth the money. The tour itself is inherently gorgeous, buy it, you don’t regret it. I had ton of fun even though I was by myself on a work trip.

This is a great tour to see the waterfalls and hear all about some Portland history as well. Angela was our tour guide, and she was wonderful! They do supply water and are great at getting the best photos. She was great with recommendations on other things to do around Portland as well. It is well worth the cost to avoid the parking issues and driving. I would highly recommend these tours. I wish that we had booked more while we were there!

If you are considering taking this tour, stop what you are doing and book it. This was an amazingly beautiful experience to so many surreal waterfalls. Was in town for a conference and booked this solo, it was worth 10x what I paid. Jeff was a wonderful guide, knowledgeable, funny and courteous. So lucky to experience the beauty of Oregon. Forever grateful.

Absolutely wonderful! Well worth the cost. Much better than driving and trying to park on your own. What really made the trip outstanding was our guide Adam Thorn Smith. He was highly knowledgeable, personable and entertaining. He showed us so much than just the Multnomah Falls!

Beautiful falls, and spectacular nature! Our guide, Cam, was so knowledgeable with many fun facts!!! Our group was small and not in a hurry, so she took us to some of the other falls too. We did not expect to learn so much about the history of the area the ecology. We had a massive view of the George too, a little foggy, but still beautiful!

Carrie was a knowledgeable and thoughtful guide. She was engaged and eager to share what she knew about the area. The spaces visited were absolutely beautiful. Well worth the time if you only have a few hours to explore! We were visiting for a conference and wanted to make the most of our trip. This tour was perfect for that.
Customer service was excellent. We received a message about an earlier pick up that didn’t work for us and she was happy to change her schedule to fit ours. Excellent experience, highly recommend!

We were so excited to take this tour and were horribly disappointed to find out that we were not going to Multnomah Falls. After riding in the van for 20 or more minutes our tour guide tells us we are going to Silver Falls. These falls are over an hour away and had I known this prior to departure would have cancelled. We wanted to go and visit something that was in the opposite direction of where we were going for the next three days. I really wished someone had called and told us, that would of made a huge difference. They did talk to them over the phone and confirm the appointment but did not tell us of any changes to which falls we were visiting. Anyways the Silver Falls where nice, but a lot more hiking in muddy conditions that ended up ruining my shoes and jeans. Overall really disappointed in ordering this trough Trip Advisor since they don't guarantee anything.

We haven't gone on this tour yet but we booked it through Tripadvisor which went to Viatour. Problems we had doing this booking were: 1) no confirmation email received, 2) we had to track down the tour operator who was put out stating that we were responsible for calling then to confirm logistics, 3) the tripadvisor ad suggests pickup at non-hotel locations - this is not correct yet no-one replied indicating the problem, 4) the tour time in the ad is 2PM but per the operator is 8:30AM in downtown Portland (with paid parking problems to look forward to)

I really hope that the natural beauty will be enough to overcome this terrible first impression.

BTW, the phone number for the tour provider is 503-896-2464.

I was apprehensive to book this tour. But we didn’t want to miss the waterfalls and we also wanted to see the Saturday market so the timing of the half-day tour was what fit out itinerary. Tour guide Nicholas was great. Water was offered.
Van was clean. Views were awesome. Company was good and we had a fabulous time! I highly recommend.
