This aerial tour over the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam provides incredible viewing opportunities without packing the price of a similar helicopter tour. A flight in a plane specially fitted with panoramic viewing windows lets you see incredible views of the Grand Canyon, while touring with a guide provides insight you’d otherwise miss. Then, tour the inside of Hoover Dam, a lesser-visited attraction many visitors skip on their own.

They picked us up at hotel only to bring us to there building where all they did was try to sell us upgrades. We finally broke down and bought the VIP package which was a smaller bus that was suppose to have more room on it and be more comfortable. IT was NOT at all! We also

Dear S8726MNjosephd, We are sorry that we missed your service expectations. Since we launched our Mercedes-Benz small van VIP service, just over 4 years ago, our customers have given us almost universal praise for both our equipment and the quality of the overall service. Customers love the vehicles and the more intimate interactions a limited group of guests affords with our guides. For our VIP customers, a continental breakfast is available in our terminal at our Platinum Lounge, so we are unsure as to why you did not take advantage of this feature. On behalf of everyone here at Gray Line Las Vegas, I want to wish you all the best in your future travel experiences. Sincerely, Zachary

We are sorry that the weather conditions at the Grand Canyon made for less than an optimal experience and resulted in the cancellation of your flight. Your refund is in the process of being processed, once we process a credit card refund it can take the banks a few days to post it to your account. We want to wish you only blue skies in your future travel adventures. Sincerely, Zachary

DISHONEST COMPANY. Bus picked us up at 6 am at a hotel close to where we were staying and took us to the company building. There, (after 1.30 hs from waiting for the bus until arriving at the building) they told us the South rim tour we had booked was cancelled due to weather

Dear ineross, Thank you for being a Gray Line customer. On behalf of everyone here at Gray Line I want to express our apologies for the issue the affected your excursion to the Grand Canyon's West Rim. Not only did the intensity of the weather surpass the forecasts we had for the day, your coach getting stuck is something that was quite unexpected. Weather in remote destinations can always be somewhat of a wild card and it is impossible to know when our tours leave Las Vegas early in the morning, what the conditions will be at the Grand Canyon. We proudly tell everyone that we operate our sightseeing tours everyday, unless the Arizona Highway Department issues a road travel advisory or the Hualapai Nation (the Native American Tribe whose ancestral lands make up the West Rim attraction) advise us that they are closed. In closing I would like to say again how sorry we are for the inconveniences you experienced, yet we do hope that at some time in the future you give us a new opportunity to earn both your business and your trust. Sincerely, Zachary
