Next, your guide takes you to Therapy for creative contemporary dishes, such as bacon-wrapped dates and chicken and red velvet waffle sliders. From there, it’s on to 7th & Carson, where chef Gregg Fortunato serves up an eclectic shareable plates menu. Wander through the Downtown Container Park and then end your tour with views over Fremont East at the Inspire Theater’s Roof Bar. The first place that we ate at had rooftop dining which is where they put us but I’m sure that they could accommodate you inside on the bottom floor. Our guide also took us to one place for drinks on a balcony to view the strip that was really great but there was an elevator.
