This was a fantastically well organized tour by Bindlestiff Tours, made even more memorable by Chloe, the Tour Guide cum Chauffeur. Each of the attractions wowed us. The trek to the Lower Emerald Pool at Zion was exhilarating, the scenic beauty of the mountains and the forest captivating.
Bryce Canyon is a photographer's delight, the sunset over the canyon seems to have no equal. The hard trek we put in was worthwhile, considering the way we could see the land changing before our eyes as we progressed, made even more interesting by the play of evening light and shadows.
The lower antelope canyon is a magical place, the red hued canyon looking to be from another world itself. With a little imagination one can discern interesting shapes and characters in the canyon, which makes the trek even more enjoyable, not to make the fabulous photogenic nature of the canyon.
The monument valley oozes grandeur, and we could relate very well why this is a favorite place for Hollywood. The natural geographical features are at once mystical and intriguing.
The tour also covered a small portion of the South side of the Grand Canyon. With its breathtaking beauty, it made us yearn for planning a second trip just to enjoy the canyon.
The highpoint for us was the stay at The View Hotel inside the monument park. Set at the foot of a large mountain that gives it a stunning view, it is the only lodging inside the Monument Park and overlooks the most stunning scenery one can imagine. The sunset from the balcony of the hotel is not to be missed.
How can one not mention the nostalgic trip on the Historic Route 66 on our way back to Las Vegas? We enjoyed collecting curios and trinkets that are steeped in the history of this road that was once the Mother Road of America.
Chloe made the trip highly enjoyable. She had excellent organizational skills, always planned ahead to take care of our needs, taking great pains to understand the preferences of each of the guests and arranging for them leaving us with no room for complaints. We thoroughly enjoyed her musings on the Electromagnetic theory related to the geographical formations of the Monument Valley. She even treated us to a fantastic Navajo Fry Bread meal from one of those hidden gems within the park. What a treat for a vegetarian palate!
The tour was very short, but deliberately designed so to cater to people who would like to have a brief overview before committing to a longer tour. In that respect it serves the objective brilliantly as while winding down at the end of the tour, one is left with an urge to grab a pen and paper to start planning for the next detailed tour.

We did the 3 day National Parks tour and it was an amazing trip from start to finish! Our guide was Chris Patrick and he provided us with so much information throughout the journey. He pointed out landmarks, gave us historical information and did an excellent job of narrating so we could enjoy the tour. He made frequent short stops, so it wasn't such a tedious journey. Chris even had our luggage waiting in our rooms every evening, and after a long day of exploring the parks this was extremely helpful. I highly recommend Bindlestiff Tours because they arrange everything, so you can really enjoy your holiday!

Fantastic tour. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bindlestiff tours. Good value for money. Our guide (Adriann) was fabulous, a very safe driver especially when the high wind conditions added extra stress. Adriann also demonstrated a sincere interest in the group’s enjoyment. We were the beneficiaries of his vast knowledge of the national parks and previous experience in touring groups. Even though we travelled many miles, the time was broken up with frequent restroom and stretch breaks. We visited many remarkable places. Adrian’s descriptions were really helpful. He added value to our travels by playing specially selected music as we approached specific destinations and the Polaroid pictures he took of us will be wonderful souvenirs! Bravo Adriann!

First real family vacation since covid & it made up for the summers spent at home! We covered so much ground during these 3 amazing days! We were on the move early each day & kept going without feeling rushed, we already knew the itinerary before we booked it. Paul our tour guide was phenomenal, he has the whole trip nailed down to every detail including meal times, bathroom stops, photo ops, very important for social media posts :) ! He was very knowledgeable with the places we visited & included small tips on how to maximize our experience during the times he could not be with us.He is passionate about his role & feels pride in showing us these beautiful places! Love the small group we were with, met some folks from Australia & England which was such a treat. Would highly recommend this company, very professional, from the online questions to the efficient tour guide, all our concerns were addressed. Will return for another tour soon! Well done Bindlestiff!!!

This is actually a review of the Western USA National Parks Loop tour. I booked through Intrepid Travel, but the tour was led by a tour leader from Bindlestiff named Indy Holmes. I can't tell you how impressed I was both with the sites we saw along the way (i.e., Zion, Bryce, Lake Powell, Monument Valley, and the Grand Canyon) and the excellence of our guide.
Imagine if Santa Claus lost a few pounds and decided to make a career change. That's Indy. He was always upbeat and always interesting, taking care to interact with every passenger and dealing with changing circumstances with aplomb. When it rained, Indy was quick to come up with Plan B, and if that didn't work out Plan C or D. He was always able to pivot and salvage a bad situation, making it look easy. He did all of this while juggling a demanding schedule, driving, and giving us plenty of extras along the way. Indy genuinely enjoys people, and it really comes across in the way that he treats his passengers.
I always felt safe when Indy was driving or leading a hike. He would make sure that the person trailing at the end of the group (usually me!) was looked after, either by waiting at a fork in the trail to make sure that no one missed the right turnoff or hanging back to be the "sweeper." Not all tour leaders do this, but the good ones do - and it makes a big difference.
Indy was very engaging and made everyone feel welcome. I feel incredibly luck to have had him as my tour leader.

No doubt years of adjustments as a result of feedback from travelers and guides meant that this trip had all the details well thought through. An outstanding guide (Chloe) made for a great experience. Not only did she drive the hundreds of miles necessary to fit all these highlights into the three days/two nights available, but had many useful and amusing insights which she shared as we were on the road. Don’t expect much leisure time, as you are on the go from dawn til dusk. I am also glad to have opted for the comfort of beds, rather than the camping option. Well worth the money.

Great small group tour with a trustworthy operator. You’ll see a lot in just three days. Thanks to the guide/driver, Bradley, the tour truly exceeded our expectations. His knowledge of the area, experience, friendliness, and dedication to ensure the group’s comfort and safety brought this otherwise great experience to yet another level.

eally good jam packed tour. I did the 3 day national parks tour (paid extra for antelope canyon which I highly recommend) and it was fab! You spend about 3 hours in the national parks themselves which isn’t too bad- and about 1-2 hours on the guided tours (which are only accessible if guided) so that’s perfectly fine. My tour leader was super nice, polite, approachable and friendly. He knew a lot of facts about the area too which made it great!
If you want a real feel for the Wild West I recommend camping. One of the only solo tours that don’t charge you extra for being on your own- as long as you camp!

Right?! We absolutely agree!! Although, we may be a little bias.
The Antelope Canyon, is one of the many underrated beauties in the Southwest area that provides jaw dropping scenic exploration. The Navajo Reservation has many more. Thank you for sharing your review with us.
Many of us are solos travelers these days and we don't think it's necessary to charge EXTRA for it. Camping is always a great option for those who want to immerse themselves into the experience but we understand those who are more comfortable lodging indoors. As long as everyone gets enough rest to explore more!
Cheers! Happy Traveling!

It's a fantastic route with a variety of breathtaking views packed into a short period of time. However, if you're looking to have ample time for hiking, this trip may not be ideal for you. Opting for the optional helicopter tour will consume a good portion of your hiking time.

Thanks for taking the time to post your review of our award winning 3 day national park tour from Las Vegas. With so many parks over the course of 3 days this tour is a whirlwind of must see highlights in the Southwest. We do offer more leisurely paced hiking specific tours for guests who enjoy more hiking.

This was an unbelievable experience. There is a lot to do, see, and experience in a three day time period. Every place we went to was just as incredible as the place prior. Every time I asked myself how the next sight can be any better, it was either equal to or greater in beauty. Uploaded pictures don’t even begin to show the massive scale, color, and majesty of these landscapes. The night at Bryce Canyon offered a clear view of the Milky Way and a couple shooting stars could also be seen. The breakfast and lunches were more than adequate. Each camp site has shower and laundry facilities. The guide was very personable and knowledgeable. The van was comfortable during the hours of driving between stops.
Minor negatives: camping sleeping mats. Mine became deflated and after a short amount of time it was like sleeping on the ground. I woke up sore. There was a miscommunication between the guide and the company (I personally called) with sleeping bags. I’d double check.
Note: At Zion the shuttle takes FOREVER. Make sure you wait on the correct side for up or down.

Were thinking of the camping option- what was the weather like at night in May? Will we be cold as I don’t sleep well in the cold? Any advice appreciated! Also- spotted no pillows- is this correct? Thanks

We stayed in the roofed accommodation however all the activities of the group were focussed around the campers - like dinner - so that’s a good reason to use the camp option - if you don’t miss a warm bed...

It will not be too cool for camping. One night it was 30 degrees but our guide had plenty of sleeping bags and stuff to keep us warm. We wanted to sleep up in Zion but some of the people in our group did not want to brave the 20 degree weather. That was a slight disappointment. I would book immediately . We booked 6 months in advance and our van was basically full. There are usually two or three vans doing the same trip. We did the camping tour September 30 to October 2. It was a great adventure.

We did the camping (not the hotel option) and were offered dinners both nights, but needed to pay extra for it. It was only around $20 per person each night and the food was great - plus they are cognizant of dietary restrictions as well.

We are hoping to take a 3-day National Parks tour with you in September. I understand you go out Monday’s and Thursday. Will there be a tour in the 2nd as it is Labor Day.. Also we are staying in Las Vegas and was wondering about what to do with our unwanted cases until we return. Is it right that you can bring them with you even if your camping. How does this work. Thank you for your help

Is Horseshoe bend part of the 3-day trip? (Planning to go in July/August). Thanks

No, we did not see Horseshoe bend. A friend of mine who took this trip last August, they did see Horseshoe bend. I believe it was a time issue and it is not part of the tour. But if the guide has time, maybe.
