A decent place to fill-in gaps in your Branson event schedule.
This is a relatively cheap entertainment for the kids if they are at that age of enjoying dinos and want to learn about them. The place, however, is a little outdated. The "hands-on" activity is closed so you pay only to walk around supposedly life-size dinos made out of plastic. The entire walk was about 10 minutes but we also set in the tiny movie theater area to watch a brief dino documentary. The receptionist was very friendly and we were told that we can walk around the dinos as many times as we wanted. So we did do three walks since our little one was curious and wanted to read each dino description. Fun for a brief visit and good choice if you need to fill-in a time slot in your Branson schedule of events.

    Worth the price of admission
Great dinosaur displays and information. Worth the price of admission (about $12.50 after taxes). 30 minutes to over an hour, depends on the number of pictures you want to take and if you want to watch the "movies" in the theater. My 19 year old daughter and I enjoyed it.

    Life-sized dinos!
This place was amazing! The dinos are all life-size and there’s lots of info on each one! There’s a fun activity you can do finding little medallions along the way. We had 3 kids (9, 11 and 13) who all enjoyed this. Our only complaint was that the gift shop is aimed at young children and there was nothing for the older crowd. Saved some $ there!

    Good
It needed to be a little bit brighter. It was small but there is ALOT of neat Dinosaurs. They had an activity for you to do but the medals are really hard to find

    Awesome for dinosaur lovers!
My whole family enjoyed it. It was really cool to see the dinosaurs the size they really were. My 7 year old was in heaven! He was our tour guide and told us all about the dinosaurs. His favorite thing the whole trip! It doesn't take long to go through it. But it is impressive. It was well worth the entry fee for us. They also had a nice little gift shop that we all enjoyed.

    Super staff
State DINOROAR 2020 and get a small discount on your ticket! The staff explained the game of finding the golden fossils hidden all over the museum to our 7 year old granddaughter and she was immediately hooked! Due to COVID we were only able to go in one direction, but were told we could go through as many times as we wanted. So many types of dinosaurs represented, many I had never heard of. I appreciated the phonetic pronunciations on the cards though I still had trouble with it and my granddaughter had to help me! Ha ha! We found 7 fossils the first time through, but then staff gave us a hint that there were 2 fossils in each of the large rooms and 1 in every other room. We found them all and had a great time! Spent nearly an hour there.

    So Awesome for Everyone!
Not only did we see all kinds of life size dinosaurs, we got to do a treasure hunt for hidden objects and if you found them all you got 10% off of anything in the gift shop! My whole family got involved and had so much fun! The lady at the counter was so sweet and informative!!! We cant wait to come back!

    Below par experience
We were one of the first ones to visit today. The lighting inside the place was not turned on. There was no background music. It was just a quiet tour. My 18month old kid was the only one who enjoyed the place. The place needs remodeling and of course better lighting. Unless your kid is a dinosaur lover don’t waste your money at this place.

    Dino-loving kids will love this
So, it's not Jurassic Park, but there are some great looking dinosaurs here. All of the young kids that were there, were having a great time. As a parent or grandparent, this is a great place to bring the little rug rats and watch them have loads of fun. Plus, it was air-conditioned, which was much better than the 100 degree days when we were there.

    Waste of Money and Time
The gal at the front desk is a great salesman. She really advertises how great it is and sucks the kids in on finding gold fossils for 10% off of gift shop purchase. The gold fossils are just stuck to wall & you write down where you found the fossil. We found 7 of 10 fossils. Kids are not interested in reading research on dinosaurs as they want to find the gold fossils. They have a sand box with glued down fossils that have to be covered back up for next participants. If you do go buy tickets there not on Groupon. Cheaper on site. A fair price would be $3 for kids and $5 for adults.

    Wonderful and a great value!
My spouse and I really enjoyed all the dinosaurs - this place has some amazing ones! We sent pics to our 12 year old grandson and he’s excited to visit - and we’re looking forward to going back when he’s here in July. I love that it’s so affordable too...

Good for kids, Adults will be bored
Kids will love this. It felt a little cheap. The dinosaurs are nice but the fossil’s on exhibit are all obviously not real. They have a fossil discovery area where you can move the sand to search for fossils and it’s okay. They did have a nice deal though that if you find all of the golden fossil’s throughout you get 10% off at the gift shop.

    One of our favorites
Ok, hear me out. We have a 4 year old and a 1 and a half year old that absolutely love dinosaurs. We went thru the museum in about 25 minutes, because of course we're not reading the information. My boys loved seeing all the life-sized dinosaurs. At the end, they had a movie room showing a documentary on dinosaurs. They could also dig in the sand to find fossils. And coloring pages for the kids too. If you have little kids that love dinosaurs, it's worth a stop.

Fun visit with our three year old
We were there for a little over an hour, we had to point out things that our daughter, that loves dinosaurs, would have missed. This slowed her down and made the visit longer and more educational. There is a movie you can watch on the life of dinosaurs.

    Just “okay”
Wasn’t great, wasn’t awful. The whole place has awful lighting. The exhibits seemed cheap, using hot glue to add the plastic plants and the info sheets looked like they had been printed that morning and hastily added to each exhibit. Tickets were around $10 and I’m glad they weren’t more because they were hardly even worth that.

Very nice little museum, Very informative placards to read about the dinosaurs in the museum. The girl at the desk was very pleasant also, Clean and seemed well maintained. I would say it takes about 45 minutes to see and read it all. Might scare little ones. I would recommend!

We throughly enjoyed the museum. It was reasonably priced and the employee we spoke to was very outgoing and very helpful. It was fun finding the hidden items as well as the answers to the dinosaur questions. We learned interesting facts as we had fun!

My kids -15, 14, and 11 had a great time seeing the 50 life-size dinosaur models. They enjoy dinosaurs, so it was a great time. Very informative. They finished the scavenger hunt and quiz. We spent about 2 hours.

The staff was rude, it didn’t seem clean, nothing interactive. You walk through a dark warehouse and that’s basically it. If it was cheaper I’d be more forgiving. It could be done better. Some changes, cleanliness and kindness would help.

We were in Branson for a few days and did this one morning. The museum is kind of hidden off the strip and was not busy at all when we arrived. We found the employee to be friendly and very helpful. The self guided walk through with worksheet to do along the way was a great idea. We found ourselves having to go back and try to find the missing answers. The kids enjoyed it. The atmosphere is comfortable, the dinosaurs and details are very good. I would very much suggest this to someone looking to entertain kids who love dinosaurs.

Tripadvisor charged my Credit Card, sent a ticket Voucher, and when I showed up to use my voucher the place is CLOSED!!!!!

I have requested a REFUND, and Tripadvisor told me that since I didn't cancel 24 hours in advance I get NO REFUND!!!

Tripadvisor is running a SCAM!!!! How can I use a ticket voucher that I PAID for when the place is closed???

I'll NEVER book anything with Tripadvisor again

I booked and PAID for 3 events and ALL 3 are closed, I just wasted my money!!!

This museum was exactly what my dino-loving 3 year old needed! He was so excited to see a life-size Stegasaurus! The only downside was the lack of an anklysaurus, which my son was begging for. At least they had some fun toys in the gift shop that contained one! As a parent, I found the placards of info very interesting as well!

We will definitely come back if we are in the area again.
