GREAT TOUR! FANTASTIC GUIDE
Our guide, Erica, was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely delightful.
We lost our way and thought we had missed our opportunity, when I received a call from Erica. She was reaching out to say she’d wait for us if we still wanted take the tour. It was such a hospitable thing for her to do! She’s a gem of Old L’ville 🙂
I’d suggest going in April, May or early June. The weather is still dicey in March.
Our guide, Erica, was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely delightful.

My sister and I did this walking tour on March 16, 2023. It was awesome! The tour guide was so informative. She was so knowledgeable about the architecture and history of the houses. We really learned a lot about the history and the houses! We loved the tour!

Excellent tour. Easy walking tour of old Louisville. Gives you a glimpse of what life looked like back in its early years. Learned about the history of Louisville and about the world fair (exposition) held there. Never knew that. The tour guide, I believe Erica, was fantastic. She, like me, is from Georgia. It was a solo tour with just she and I but I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation, seeing the beautiful historic homes, and learning some of the history of the area. I went at the end of February so missed the fountain working, the Christmas decor, and the blooming trees but I can imagine how wonderful this tour would be in the spring, fall, or at Christmas time. Highly recommend you take an hour or so to go on this tour!!

Fantastic tour. Tour guide was very personable and knowledgeable. We were lucky enough to meet Robert who owns a local Victorian home and the Central Park BandB. Robert invited us off the street and gave us a tour of his fab home. I highly recommend the tour. Will stay at Roberts BandB on our next visit.

Hi, thanks for asking! This is just an outdoor tour of the history and architecture. If you would be interested in an indoor tour of the homes, there are a couple of events like the Holiday Home Tour and the Mansions Tour where you can go inside privately owned homes in Old Louisville.
