James was a great storyteller! We had a lot of fun on our ghost tour. Great way to learn about the history of this city and hear some ghost stories. If you’re in St. Augustine, we would definitely recommend.

James the tour guide was great. Went on several of the ghost tours but loved the different (more historical) stories. Has a nice walk. Weather was great. James was knowledgeable on the area and history. Small group so was able to have a little more one on one.

My wife and I showed up on a Monday night expecting a group of 10 or so people, but we were the only people on the tour. We felt bad for our guide Martha. We offered to reschedule but she said smaller groups are better. She even said the tour would go a bit longer than the appointed hour as she had a lot to say about the City and she would never ruin our trip by canceling. So off we went. Martha was a fun and knowledgeable guide and regaled us with interesting stories of St Augustine and the numerous ghosts, specters and apparition that haunt area. While we didn't see any, we fealt their presence. A street lite mysteriously came on as soon as we mentioned the spirit world as we stood next to it. Coincidence, maybe. But perhaps signal from the great beyond. When we got to the end of the tour, Martha asked if we wanted to come to continue to a second part of the tour where we would see some sites she didn't get to fit in the first section. We had a hour drive to Jacksonville and a early departure in the am, so we had to decline. Martha was a fabulous guide who grew up here, loves the place and loves sharing here knowledge with randos like us. Plus she knows some really scary stories. We highly recommend her fabulous tour

This was a very informative ghost tour I loved that James was so passionate about the history along with the haunting of past dwellers. James thank you so much for the history of your beautiful city.

I wish I could give James a 10 star rating. He met us earlier than scheduled and while we waited for others to arrive he began regaling us about the building’s around us. This will certainly be an activity that I will repeat again. Though we didn’t experience much “activity” the stories made the tour worth it. James was phenomenal!! He is a true historical expert. He answered all of our questions and educated us on not only St. Augustine’s history but on Florida’s history too. Brilliant guy for sure.

James was extremely knowledgeable as it relates to ghost encounters as well as the history of St. Augustine. We would definitely book a tour with him again.

We had to many people on our tour and the guide was not the best. She was so sweet but not the story telling type. Not a lot of stories about the goats we were looking for either.

James was awesome. He kept our three teenagers interested the entire time and they talked about it the whole way home. James was personable, funny, and knowledgeable. I appreciated that the tour was interesting and not gimmicky.

We thoroughly enjoyed this ghost tour. It was fascinating learning about the city and its history and why and where so many ghosts hang around. Would take this tour over and over again! Great and personable tour guide.
