Shout out ninja for a great time, when you see him in the water, you will understand why they call him ninja. Ninja was very fun and entertaining And made us feel safe too . The experience was nice and fun to do with my daughter (she’s 11 and never been on one).
We docked in Miami for the day and it was just a quick Uber ride from the pier.
Pros: Captain was easy to communicate with and friendly. Gave instructions that were helpful. Took pics and videos ($40 extra though) that were nice to have.
The water was beautiful and we had great weather.
Cons: Tour was late so I don’t believe we had the full hour to even jet ski to no fault of ours at all. It was $40 for the pictures per jet ski regardless of the photos. My friend got a lot more and better pictures/videos than I did.
Jet skis were fun overall to do in Miami.
Trip Advisor/company was easy to use and switched our day without an issue because our cruise got rerouted due to a hurricane.

Glad you enjoyed your ride with us. To address some of the cons: unfortunately doing water activity we can’t always be exactly on time as some tours might take longer to bring in then others but we do ensure everyone received their full time on the rentals. As for pics we offer pics and videos for an additional price if you want them. The guides always show them to the guest before sending them or taking payment. If you are not satisfied with the result there is no obligation in purchasing them. Hope this answers some confusion for you and for any of our future guest.

Worst experience ever, it was my first time driving a jetski and we got hit by the employee named « nice ». They said his name is nice because he takes nice pictures. 5 minutes after refusing his 35$ fee for pictures he turned and hit us at high speed. He wears no protective flotation device so he was saved first while we wait 5min in the water. He didn’t even say sorry, he ignored us. All he said was you were to closed, I didn’t see y’all so it is your fault. Then the manager said we have to pay 500 US$ for damage. When we refused they said they were going to call the cops and lie on us. We got scared and gave them all the money we had at the time. That guy « nice » didn’t get any consequences for running into a jetski beginner. He blamed us not himself, he supposedly have 5y of experience. Don’t go there as he is probably still working there and the jetskis are old, hard to handle, strong odour of gasoline.

Good evening sir please be truthful about the experience. You hit the tour guide ski which was another company tour guide not ours You were told multiple times to say away from other riders and near by island. Your jetski hit the tour guide because your were not paying attention. Your were charged $250 for the damages which should have been more Because the damages were sustained to both jetskis. My tour guide was Ninja and he’s absolutely amazing! It was my first time jet skiing and he made it a breeze with clear and concise instructions and a great attitude. He’s so kind and took wonderful photos for us. All around superb experience and 10/10 tour guide! Highly recommend.

My friends and I had an amazing time! Hands down one of the best rental places in Miami. Super easy to book. The staff was fun, professional, and knowledgeable so we felt safe the whole time. The boat and jet skis were clean and well taken care of. Just overall great. Call them up and book for a day, def won’t regret it.

For my first ever excursion with family, we decided to try the BJM experience! Captain Juan and all the staff were so happy to greet us the moment we saw them! We loved the vibe and the experience the exact moment we set off. Had a great time on the water trying my hand at paddle boarding, water mats, and not to mention the JETSKI experience! Mikeninja showed exceptional charisma, and great patience while directing us on how to efficiently navigate the waters while also controlling our jetski. He took some amazing pictures to capture the amazing time me and my family were having and we will definitely be recurring customers from here on out. 10/10 experience!

It was nice. Nothing really stood out. I think the standard charge for jet skis in miami is about 90-100/half hour, which, you know it is what it is. They offered "other water activities" while you waited, which was nice, but also a bit underwhelming. I feel like the title party boat was a skosh deceiving. It would have been nice if there were more snacks, alcohol available after the motorized vehicles. More of a party vibe. Maybe someone who was more dedicated to hyping people up. The place where we went to jet ski was very lackluster, but more importantly, uber Rocky, it would have been useful for them to inform us to weather water shoes. Overall, we paid our money to jet ski for 30 or so minutes, so we, in essence, got what we paid for.

It says that it’s a tour and it wasn’t. There’s also a hidden $30 passenger fee which I found weird because it says no extra fees 2 adults 1 jet ski and I had to cash app them the money upon arrival they were late and the JetSki broke down 30 minutes into the ride. Didn’t offer us a refund or anything.

On the website it states $30 additional for the passenger. Also no mention of a jetski breaking down was reported. If that happened you would have received a new jetski to ride or a refund. If you’d like feel free to contact us at 305-988-7400

Ninja was amazing i literally had the time of my life on the jet skis! He took the jetski and drove it in the water, having me do all different types of tricks. He also took the best pictures! I will definitely be coming back and booking again.

Everything was exceptional. The driver as well as the instructor made sure we were respectfully accommodated. The safely was essential and provided upon arrival and reminded before departure on the pontoon. The instructor of the jetski was also very detailed and professional. Overall, I would recommend each time for anyone inquiring.
