A note from Full-Day Everglades Naturalist-Led Adventure: Cruise, Hike, and Airboat
We are limiting the number of guests in our vehicles for our small group shared tours to 10 or 11 (the previous max was 14). Masks worn by both guests and guides are required for the transportation parts of the tour. There is plenty of social distancing while participating in outdoor activities.

About
Delve deep into the Everglades National Park on this master-naturalist-led experience. Look for manatees, birds, and dolphins on a Ten Thousand Island boat trip, ride an airboat deep into the River of Grass to see alligators, take a wildlife-spotting dry nature hike and drive under huge cypress trees; and visit a Native tree island village only reachable by boat and a historical trading post. Lunch and multi-location pickups are included.

We pick up at hotels and other locations in many Miami, Hollywood, and Ft. Lauderdale areas and neighborhoods. We also pick up from Port Miami ---- We can drop off at Port Miami and Port Everglades. We do not pick up at Port Everglades for shared tours at this time. We can drop off at Miami Airport and Ft. Lauderdale Airport. We can provide a convenient meet up location for anyone coming from outside our pick up areas, including those coming from the Keys, Homestead, and other south Miami-Dade County locations. We can provide a convenient meet up location for those coming from north or west of our pick up range in Ft. Lauderdale. For shared tours, we may not be able to pick up north of Sunrise Blvd. or west of I-95 in Ft. Lauderdale. We provide free luggage stowage. Some guests may decide to be dropped off at the airport, cruise port, or at a different location or hotel at the conclusion of the tour. There is no extra charge for this service, as long as it is within our transportation zone. We assume that guests will be returning to the same pick up or meet up location at the end of the tour unless they make other arrangements with us ahead of time. We are usually able to provide a broader range of transportation for private tours. The standard pick up time is about 7:15 or 7:30 a.m. However, we will message you the afternoon before the tour to provide you with the exact pick up time. This time will typically be a 10 minute window of time. Please make sure to be ready at the location and visible (somewhere near the front doors of the hotel, for example) prior to that pick up window. Thank you.
Miccosukee - Resort & Gaming, 500 SW 177th Ave, Miami, FL 33194, USA There is a large parking lot on the north side of the building. It is free and safe to park. We will be pulling up along the curb on the north side of the casino. Do not confuse this casino with the Miccosukee Village, which is about a 25 minute drive west of this location.
Miccosukee Indian Village Gift Shop, Mile Marker 36, US-41, Miami, FL 33194, USA There is a large parking lot with a large Native flag that looks a lot like the German flag. It is free and safe to park. Do not confuse the Village with the Miccosukee Casino, which is about a 25 minute drive east of this location.

Covid-19 procedures: We will be limiting the number of people on our shared tours to 10 or 11 per vehicle. We will be vigorously cleaning and wiping down everything in each vehicle after after every tour and following CDC guidelines for many other procedures as well. We will provide hand sanitizer and sanitizer wipes for guests as they enter the vehicle and will be requiring a mask to be worn by everyone for the transportation part of our tours

So worth it

This is certainly worth the money! They picked us up at our hotel in a very nice passenger van and ferried us from place to place. It’s nice not to have to worry about paying for the various excursions. Not sure which I liked the best: the hike, the airboat or the cruise around the gulf looking at the various islands and getting their history. They give you drinks and snacks for the duration of the trip and the lunch was unexpectedly good. The guide can pretty much answer any question and is a good conversationalist.

Our guide Ben was excellent. We learned and had fun during this full day trip. Could not be any better. Definitely worth it and would do it again. We especially enjoyed the two boat trips. The air boat was exciting! We saw nature up front and personal. Great way to explore the Everglades in one day.

Don't miss out on this trip if you're down near Miami. Exceeded our expectations 100 fold. Stacey was the best tour guide ever. Her knowledge of the land and the native American culture was unreal.

Worth Every Penny

If you're debating on whether or not this is worth the money, it is! Do it! You will not be sorry. We had such a blast. Ben was awesome, as well as everyone else. Every time we thought the day was over, there was another surprise! It is a FULL day of adventure, nature, and history. We loved every single minute. Also, these people are SO nice. They were very accommodating to the entire group.

These guys are awesome! Ben was our guide and took great care of us, always ensuring we had enough snacks, water and whatever else we needed. We learned a ton about the wildlife, saw beautiful country and made friends. We spent time with dolphins on the ocean, gators in the Everglades, and learned about the history of the people there. We highly recommend Wild Lime. They do a wonderful job.

Exceeded our expectations
Everything on this tour was done right!

The hikes, the airboat venture, the island cruise and the museums were well coordinated and fact filled. Not only did we get to see nature up close and personal, we got a good glimpse of the history of the native Americans.

Amazing tour!

Best thing we did on our florida trip. The “hike” is more of a short walk down a paved path. Our guides were very knowledgable and took us to many small local museums and we learned so much about the Everglades. They picked us up and had an amazing full lunch at a local restaurant called joannas I think? I recommend the crab cakes! Overall this trip is a must do!
