Made our reservation online and upgraded to the 900 foot when we arrived. Much better time and more time in the air. Our captain, deck hand Quinton were very attentive and knew exactly how to keep us safe while we sailing. Wear your bathing suit as you get into the boat from the beach so you have to go into the water to board. The trip will permit you to be dipped (or not) and they only dipped up to the knees. The captain totally pays attention so we had no issues with anyone getting dipped in the water above their knees.
It is very peaceful up in the sky and very worth while!

This trip parasailing was my 2nd time with Ranalli. They are so much fun to go out with and I always recommend them on the Fort Myers Beach pages for people looking for something different and fun. Nothing but laughs the entire time. I recommend at least 900 ft with a toe dip but I prefer 1200 ft. Everyone is very professional and you can see the really know what they are doing and love what they do.

So much fun! 5 of us went parasailing while visiting friends in Fort Myers and it was so fun! Amanda was great. I can’t remember the captains name but he was awesome and so was the other captain (lieutenant) Dan! Highly recommend if you’ve never been parasailing they walk you through everything and made it such an enjoyable experience. We also went early at 10am and it wasn’t as busy we had the boat to ourselves and the weather was perfect.

My husband and I have vacationed for years in Fort Myers Beach and have gone parasailing many times over the years with Rinalli; however, this time was completely different. I emailed them afterwards to express our disappointment and have yet to hear from them. We took the last parasail of the day. We were taken on a smaller boat to the boat that the parasailing is done. In the past, we enjoyed getting on the boat and getting the boat ride and experience while everyone took there turns going parasailing. We were rushed out transferred onto the boat and immediately went parasailing. We paid for the longest ride with two dips. We do not feel that the ride was as long as it was supposed to be and we purchased the pictures which were blurry and we were cut off in most of them or the parasail wasn't in the picture. There aren't pictures of us taking off either. We had gone parasailing earlier in the week off of Captiva and had a very long time in the air parasailing and our pictures were perfect. We enjoyed being on the boat while everyone else too there turns. This experience was completely different than with Rinalli. I am terribly disappointed in not receiving a response back as it has been two weeks since we contacted them. The original owner has retired and his kids have taken the business over. They had expressed that they transfer you out to the boat to keep the parasail in the air and get the most riders in a day.

To start, I called the day before and spoke with a lady on the phone. I specifically asked about having a young child with me and if we would be strapped together in tandem. She said that we would be strapped together and when I asked about the price she told me that I would only pay for the adult. When I arrived at the beach, the person at the booth said that regulations prohibit tandem parasailing and I would have to pay for an additional person. If this was told to me upfront, then there woudn't be a problem, I wouldn't have booked, since I didn't want to pay $150 for this. But since I already told my son we were doing it and he was excited about it, I had to go ahead and pay. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, so that's a plus, but the experience itself, left much to be desired. I was told that the parasailing would be 10-12 minutes and thewhole trip would be about an hour to enjoy the views of travelling the Gulf. Since my son and I were the only ones on the boat the whole thing was over in less than 20 mins. I understand they're not going to ride around for an hour without any passengers, however, the "flight" only lasted about 5-7 minutes from the time were reeled out to when we were back on deck. I already didn't want to pay $150 for the trip to begin with, but afterwards, I have to say it was absolutely not worth it.

I apologize that your experience with Ranalli Parasail was anything other than excellent.
Our captains are highly trained when it comes to weight distribution and will always choose the safest position for our flyers. It always depends on wind and weight, two things out of our control.
Our 400ft flight you purchased through groupon/tripadvisor is our shorter flight, we do offer upgrade options for longer flights that include toe dips and additional tow line to lengthen the flight time.
Time on the boat (shore to shore) is always dependent on how full our boat is. It can vary from 20 minutes to an hour.
We hope to see you next time you are in town to make up for your dissatisfaction with our parasail adventure.

We have never been parasailing before and we were very nervous. Our experience from the very beginning with the booking was amazing. First Mate Amanda answered the phone and answered all our questions. When it was our turn to go we got on the shuttle boat with Captain Dan, he was super funny and made our ride very enjoyable. When we got out to the actual parasailing boat, they made the transition process very easy. First Mate Amanda was so knowledgeable and so friendly! She did everything, such as taking pictures of your experience, loading and unloading you, processing payments and talking on the radio to the other boat!! She was amazing!!! We then had an easy transition back to the shuttle boat and got off!! Such an amazing experience. We highly recommend them and the picture package!! It is definitely worth the money!!!!

This was such a pleasant experience! Patrick accommodated us, despite my error in the booking (booked for 1, meant to select 2). Julie was super helpful with making suggestions about the area and advising us about the best deal (the 1200-ft sail). We regretted not listening. Jesse was amazing at making everyone feel safe and comfortable. The parasail was affordable, easy, and very relaxing. We did the 300-ft parasail. We didn't want it to end. Will get the 1200-ft next time! Highly recommend.

We had an incredible experience parasailing! From the staff on shore to the crew in the boat, everyone was professional, fun, and personable. Our shuttle boat was great, too!! You could tell they wanted you to have fun and enjoy your time with them. They knew what they were doing and had a great system of getting you to and from shore. Highly enjoyable and would definitely recommend anyone to book through them!

I’ve never been parasailing before so I was a little nervous going in. But captain Dan put my mind at ease on the shuttle to the boat where we did the actual parasailing. Dan was very personable and we’re rooting for his son and his love life. First mate Amanda was so welcoming and fun and captain Patrick was as laid back as they come. Then the parasailing itself couldn’t have been more relaxing and fun. Sitting in the air a thousand feet above with tons for my eyes to explore and really get a true look at the island. Highly recommend this adventure to all!

We actually did the 1200' line Parasailing Adventure in Fort Myers.We were vacationing at Sanibel Island and called 3 different parasailing groups in Fort Myers before choosing Ranali's with Captain Patrick. So glad we went with him and his partner Amanda. We had an excellent time and we were flown higher than the other groups that were parasailing with a different company. "Dipping" was a lot of fun and Amanda took lots of great photos to capture our adventure on film. We would highly recommend this tour to others. The views were amazing.
