Well this was quite a disappointing experience. We booked this trip for 98 dollars per person. This bus trip was good, the bus driver was exellent. But we only got about 25 minutes on the airboat. The driver of the airboat was clearly moody, plus he was driving super fast so it was impossible to see anything. After the airboat we had a poor exhibition with animals living in very small cages. It was all fine, but 98 dollers per person seems way too mush for what this trip offered.

Well organised and tremendous experience. The air boat ride through the Everglades to see wildlife in its natural habitat is really a must for everyone visiting South Beach

A SCAM! Before the tour company says we overslept, we arrived bright and early at 5:30 for our 6 am departure as instructed. No one was present. Location given was an entire street- no specific address provided. Emailed and called with no response.

We had been to Captain Jack’s mangrove airboat tour twice before. This time we added the grasslands airboat tour this time (departed at a nearby location). Both were worthwhile for most ages. This year it seemed that multi owners had combined offerings.

Overall the tour was fine. The boats were much bigger than I expected and overcrowded. Each row holds six people and there are five rows. If you aren't in the end two seats on each side you won't be able to see. They are maximizing profit over experience by cramming these boats full. I wouldn't say this is true Everglades experience either. You're basically going through 90% open water trails. There is a constant stream of other boats out there as well. It's like a highway. One other annoyance was that I had a scheduled time for our tour but when I got there they told me it would be an hour wait. What's the point of scheduling a start time? If I could do it again, I would spend a little more to do a smaller boat in a more authentic experience.

From the hair style and makeup from Amy to the photographer, and the wonderful hosting (marriage license prep) and officiating from Tina. Tina helped make Lucas’ parents feel at home speaking Deutsch.

Bought 2 tickets from US2U Travel for the airboat ride at Holiday Park for $146. No info about location was given until after I purchased the tickets. Come to find out if we had purchased tickets directly from Holiday Park, they would have only been $83. Complete scam and waste of money.

Had to wait a long time for the bus to arrive. It was supposed to depart at 1 PM. It did not depart until 1:45 PM. Same issue when departing to go back to Miami. Had to wait 45 minutes for all the people to board the bus. Also was annoyed by the bus driver. He kept pushing really hard to get tips from passengers. Maybe mentioned it five or six times telling pastors to tip 15 to 20%. I want to mind him mentioning to tip. But it was obsessive. Overall, I have a car that I’ve been renting and I wish I had just booked it directly. I would’ve saved money and time.

Horrible service. The bus never came to pick us up, and they don’t answer the phone. They took the money and we never gor the service we paid for.

Great trip. We did get to see some wildlife and the alligator show was awesome. The only negative was that the trip took longer than expected and the bus broke down on the way there and we had to wait for a replacement.

Bought tickets with a pre slotted time at 1:15pm, showed up has to waited in line for a hour to get our “wristbands” paid $69 versus $26 if you had just bought the tickets from the booth. Than was told it would be another 2 hour wait until we were able to get on the boat. Arrived at 12pm left at 5pm and was up charged by US2U. I do not recommend this third party to anybody.

The boat ride and the exhibit after was the best part. We did not see any gators in the water but it was still a nice experience. The education we got at the exhibit was excellent.

I booked this trip for my 19 yo and 13 yo daughters with to go with their Grandma. They requested this activity over multiple other options in Miami for their very short trip. My mother-in-law said it was not worth any amount of money spent on the trip. The pick up time stated 9:30, but it left at 9. Luckily, they were there early, but missed the opportunity to grab breakfast, snacks or drinks. During the boat ride, they only drove about 4-5 mph, they didn’t see a single alligator, and when they got back they saw 2 very small gators at the exhibit. They spent $60 on 3 burgers, 2 gator bites and 2 fries…but never got the gator bites because the establishment claimed they never paid for them. Overall, I care less that I spent money in this trip and more that I wasted the little time my girls had down in Miami sending them on this horrible experience when they could have been doing much more amazing things. Anyone reading this … find some better activities or a better tour establishment.
