What an absolutely fun time we had! We rented electric bikes from Pedago Boulder for a half day self guided tour. Tina at the desk was super welcoming, and safety features were thoroughly covered. Bikes are slightly hard to maneuver and get accustomed to, especially through the town of Boulder- SO- we were literally escorted through the streets to get to our chosen trail (Boulder Creek Trail). Pack a lunch and make the most of your biking time!!

Pedego is a very professional outfit. We had a wonderful day. Tina was so helpful and the bikes were top quality and well maintained.

If I could give this business more than 5 stars I would. Three if us arrive at bike shop on a Thursday afternoon an hour before close. Ray from Pedego corporate had a wonderful sense of humor and knowledge of the bikes and what suited our needs. Other staff members helped with all are bike needs. Tina, the owner of the store is the most amazing woman. We bought 2 bikes and a week later we lost one of them off the back of our RV. Fort Collins Police Dept (shout out to the blue) picked up our bike and called Tina at Pedego. She in turned called us informed us our bike was missing from rack; human error, rookie mistake, a little of both. Apparently the bike was in good shape, repairs are in progress, and bike will be shipped to us at next RV destination. I can not say enough good things about the Pedego bike, the supreme customer service, and the great company that Tina runs and the store in Fort Collins too! Thank you! Highly recommend purchasing a Pedego bike, in Boulder, CO.

Awesome customer service and very affordable prices. We picked this shop to rent eBikes at random, and we're glad we did. The bikes worked perfectly, and Tina is great. She had complimentary water and fresh-baked cookies for all customers. She also recommended a great spot to eat after our ride. Highly recommend renting here if you are planning to bike Boulder.

If you like cute dogs, being treated like family and fun, this is the tour for you! E-bikes were a fun and easy way to see the city. Our tour guide Henry was awesome. He answered all my annoying questions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! And don’t forget to ask for Brooke upon your arrival! She will light up your life.

We bought our Pedegos in Boulder and we try to make it from Aurora to Boulder every Saturday to see my favorite Pedego family. I love this community! Love they are a Cavalier King Charles family too.

My spouse and I were visiting Boulder for a day and wanted to do a bike tour. We showed up at Pedego without a reservation, hoping something would be available. They were busy preparing for an event and had no tours available but they were incredibly kind and set us up with two bikes and the map they use for their tour. We went out for about 4 hours -- al over Boulder, ending up on Pearl Street where we had lunch. It couldn't have been more perfect! Tina, the manager, was delightful and extremely helpful. She went out of her way to be accommodating. We were a little concerned about how to operate the electric bike, given that we had never ridden one before. The young man who oriented us was excellent - and very patient. After a few seconds of adjusting to the bikes, off we went. And the bikes were a dream! Even though I'm almost 70 (and have had both knees replaced), I had no trouble getting up and down the Boulder Hills. The bikes have pedal assist - which means that when you pedal you feel the motor helping to make the pedaling easier. For most of the cycling it felt like a very light pedaling (I do heavier cycling at the gym). But when we really needed power, such as on a steep uphill, these bikes had a throttle. Turning it made the bike feel more like a motor scooter - there wasn't a single hill that we encountered where we couldn't go up without any pedaling at all!!! So, if you're an infrequent biker or you don't feel like having a rigorous workout climbing the hills around Boulder, this is definitely the way to go. We felt like we really lucked out. We found an incredible place with an extraordinary staff, and incredible bikes. It made our one day visit to Boulder something especially memorable! Rent your bike from these guys - I promise you won't regret it.

Tina was very helpful and welcoming for the Pedego Palooza. Very professionally done, great time meeting new people on the group ride, a tour of Boulder. Great shop, lots of accessories, easy access to bike trails.

Most excellent day of riding a tandem e-bike that was silly amounts of fun. The staff and owner are all delightful, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. We highly recommend you use them and next time we are in town we will do one of their tours.

On a really hot day, if you're looking to see Boulder by bike, an e-bike is the way to do it. Tina is the absolute best, and attended to our concerns above and beyond the expected. We were directed on a safe and beautiful ride along Boulder Creek. I can't recommend Pedego enough, Tina specifically. Thank you for your patience, understanding and encouragement!

What a wonderful way to see Boulder, CO!!! Our guide, Alan, provided such an amazing historical & architectural story line of Boulder, and all of the areas that we visited during the bike trip. It did take me a little time to get use to the Pedego electric bike, but once you get use to it, it made climbing around Boulder so easy. I felt really bad for the athletic cyclists whom we passed going up the hills. Within the roughly 2.5 hours, we were easily able to see the southwest & central portion Boulder, starting from downtown, to the national labs around Boulder, through the University of Colorado, and on the amazing bike paths around Boulder. One tip--park in one of municipal parking ramps around Pearl street & 15th--the info session, test ride of the bikes, and then the bike tour will easily exceed 3 hours, which is the limit for paid street parking. I would highly recommend this experience!!!!
