Booking was super easy and they were even able to recommend the best room for me and my 11 year old daughter to play based on her age and our experience. The staff was friendly and our "game master" was super helpful and kind. We won!! We had an amazing time and will definitely be going back with friends soon!

We were 30 mins late due to unforeseen traffic issues and they still accommodated our party of 7. They were very diligent in following all COVID state requirements. The room was challenging and we really enjoyed the experience. We did escape the room with a few hints. Very fun time!

We went to the Palm Springs escape room for our second time, we visited before just less than a year ago. We brought our 11 year old with us, and he loved it both times!
Any child from 7+ should be able to understand and have fun with the puzzles.
Reese was our game master and she did an excellent job of helping us out when we needed it, but limiting the clues to what we wanted and not giving it away.
Wonderful family activity in Palm Springs! Highly recommend it!

Our girl scout troop (14 year olds) and the moms went to Palm Springs for the weekend and decided we needed some time out of the sun so we decided to try the escape room. It was so much fun. Nik Nak was our game master. She gave us clues when we needed them, but didn't reveal too much.. so the girls still needed to work together to solve the mysteries/puzzles. They ended up "escaping" with 5 minutes left. Everyone was able to work together and the girls and moms had fun!

Our four person team had varying levels of experience in this type of activity, but we all had a great time working together to find clues and complete the puzzles. As a first timer, there were more puzzles than I expected and they were challenging at times. We did require a few clues from the moderator to ensure we completed all the puzzles in time. The staff was friendly, helpful and did a great job in facilitating the game. Thanks for a wonderful experience and we're looking forward to doing it again.

After a long day of travel and everything not going right, Reece made our day with her help and sense of humor and faith in our abilities to escape the Vampire lair. We may be back soon. We’re from Seattle area but with a few days here it might just happen.

Had a great time here. Nik Nak was an awesome guide that helped us more than we’d like to admit - definitely made the whole experience more fun for us to have her as our helper. This room had some really cool “unlock” reveals that I haven’t seen in other escape rooms.

We visit Escape Room Palm Springs every spring break. We did Vampire's Lair on Sunday 03/08/2020. Vampire's Lair is our favorite so far. Where do they find those locks and furniture?! Dalton was our guide for Escape Room on Sunday. Dalton was awesome. Dalton assisted in good measure, not too much, not too little. Dalton was polite, and efficient. Overall experience from Sunday was so good, we booked another Escape Room for tomorrow.

1st escape room experience and it was awesome! Well put together with quality props, lighting, sound. The puzzles were difficult, great group activity, and they would give you extra clues if needed. Highly recommend checking it out.

Our family had a great time! There were five of us - parents and three kids (17,14,12). We did the Vampire Lair. Nik Nak was our helper and she was great - friendly and super helpful when we needed a clue - and we needed a couple! Thanks so much for a fun evening activity on a rainy day!
