Overview

Unleash your inner adventurer on this 3-hour ATV tour of western Sedona. Ride down a desert trail surrounded by red-rock bluffs, steep canyon walls, and trees to get to lookouts, vistas, and quiet locations away from the sightseeing crowds. See spots of Sedona that have been used as filming sites for more than 40 movies, and drive up to the top of Skeleton Bone Mountain.

What to Expect

Meet at the time you chose for your tour at the Arizona ATV Adventure training area near Sedona. Listen to a short safety orientation before getting your helmet, goggles, and gloves for your 3-hour ATV adventure.

Hop in the 13-passenger van as you ride over to the trailhead. Your guide will get you situated with your ATV, and then lead you and your group on an exploration through the area.

Drive up hills and past a desert stream to get away from crowds that are there to do some sightseeing. Take in the views of the red-rock bluffs and steep canyon walls as you ride up to lesser-known lookout points, vistas, and quiet locations. Pass spots that appear in many Hollywood movies from the past 50 years, and travel up 800 feet to the top of Skeleton Bone Mountain for incredible views of the Verde Valley.

After all the excitement, abandon your ATV back where you picked it up from, and follow your guide into the van for a ride back to Arizona ATV Adventure.

ATV tour in Sedona

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip with Jamie. The weather prevented us from doing our morning tour, but they rescheduled us for the afternoon. It was still raining slightly but off we went. It was a great tour and the scenery was fantastic.

A lot of fun and great value too!

My son and I took an ATV tour in Sedona. It was a blast and we stopped at a few places for breaks and photos. The guides were great and provided the necessary training. Would recommend this for a great 1/2 day outing

Our tour was from 1 PM to 5 PM. Included in this was the "test" drive at the office and transport to and from the ride area. I would add this experience was a high point of our trip to Arizona, which included the Grand... More

no it doesn't go to any of the really cool red rocks, but it takes you thru a terrain west of the rocks.
