Dear Valued Client We thank you for taking your time to give us feedback. It is unfortunate that the sights weren't impressive with the penguins and the seal trip however we hope that the tour itself was educational and comfortable.

Friendly guides and very busy day out, packed with interesting sights. Remember to take plenty of cash for the entrance fees which aren’t covered in the basic cost. Also need some cash for lunch and a well deserved tip for the guides.

HI Traveler You would need to check with the tour operator the cancellation terms. Usually to get your money back it has be to cancelled 24 hours before. Personally I thoroughly enjoyed the full day Cape Peninsula tour.

Best to call them directly and ask the question. I think most pick ups were downtown Cape Town. Enjoy your visit
