Best chocolate tour I’ve done. It includes a lot of education surrounding chocolate, tasting, prepping and we got to take home additional chocolate shavings. Highly recommend! Danny was an awesome engaging tour guide.

During our trip, we visited the park multiple times. We enjoyed activities like zip lining, a 4-wheeler tour, and white-water rafting. We even returned just to dine at the restaurant, which was incredible. Every tour guide we encountered was friendly and professional. We’ll definitely be back on our next trip to Costa Rica. The rafting experience was exceptional, and Luis, our guide, truly made it unforgettable. From the scenic ride to the rafting site to the wealth of knowledge he shared, it was an experience we won’t forget. We’ve been talking about it non-stop since returning home. This facility remains top-tier, even since our visit nine years ago. I can't say enough good things about the adventure park and the amazing tour guides.

Extremely great time! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for fun things to do in this area. Our ATV guide (Anthony) was very personable and knowledgeable. All of the guides who worked the rope course were also great and fun to be around. The park staff was very efficient and friendly.

This was my fourth time ziplining and my friend's first time. A really great experience for both of us! One of the lines was the fastest I've ever been on. They also have a great spot on site to grab a bite and a brew. Very professional staff, clean bathrooms, all around great spot for adventure!

The company was very misleading and dishonest with their bookings. We scheduled 2 tours starting at 10 am but they forced us to wait on property for 2 hours after the first tour due to their “internal operation procedures”. They admittedly did not disclose this in any paperwork or verbally and would not refund the second part of our tour. I would NOT recommend this place.

The place is interesting, The service customer was kindness. I really recommend that if you want to spend a spectacular day, you visit them.The charisma and attention of the staff is really spectacular. Please do not change them.

Went Zip-lining and had so much fun that my teens went back to repel (canyoning) the next day!!! The staff was fun, entertaining, and well trained. They know what they were doing, it felt very safe. The location is beautiful too. High recommend!

Our family of ten loved the Zipline adventure but the ATV tour was fabulous. Our 4 youn teen grandsons loved stopping at the waterfall for some jumping , flipping and sliding into the pool!

Great experience riding ATV thru the forest and streams- felt exciting and very safe. Crocodile sightings were cool

Overall the zip lines felt safe and their practices were followed to ensure you were always secured to at least one point.

The ATV & Zip Line adventures were great. The guides were the best and very helpful. I would definitely recommend to others.

What an amazing day! We did the 5 hour combo Zipline, ATV and waterfall tour! On the zipline we had tour guides Wilfredo and Elena! They were absolutely amazing and it was my wife and my first time on a zip line, the guides made sure we had an incredible time! On the ATV tour we had Mary as a guide for 3 hours and she was absolutely fantastic! From the beaches, all around town, through the jungle and to the waterfall, what a trip! The property they have at the park is well maintained and very beautiful. There’s also a beer hut and a restaurant/bar. Oh yeah, my wife did the Tarzan swing!!! Highly recommend to everyone!!! Pura Vida!!!!!

I'm sorry to say this wasn't my favorite tour while in Costa Rica. I've been ziplining in the past, also in Costa Rica, and that experience was much more natural and fun. The guides at Vista Los Suenos Adventure Park were friendly and spoke English and Spanish, but the tour itself felt rushed. We were a group of 5 but mixed into a group totalling 16 or 17, which was fine. We didn't pay for a private tour. We rode the tractor up and started the ziplines. They grouped us with our own party but the zipline jumps seemed rushed and the line kept getting pushed on so I felt I couldn't watch my group take off or land on the canopies unless I stalled a bit on my own. It would also have been nice had the guides offered to take some pictures included in the fees instead of having to pay more. The website does indicate that they take pictures that you can buy at the end, but the prices were crazy expensive especially since bringing a camera of your own isn't much of an option in case it falls out of your hands or pockets. It also would have been nice had the guides talked about the nature like the trees or views we would see or even attempted to spot some animals or something besides just zip, zip, zip. Instead, the guides focused on getting people on one canopy while simultaneously sending the next person down the next one. I felt more herded and hurried throughout the tour. There were tons of guides as well as there were also some guides in training and at the end, I think they were expecting tips but really not sure why that was anticipated based on the tour being very impersonal. The staff were very attentive to safety so that's My a perk for sure. My nephews enjoyed most of it and that counts the most for me. The ziplines themselves were funnish but nothing spectacular. Honestly, if we went again, I'd choose a company away from Jaco and probably in Monte Verde. It'd be worth the drive. Vista Los Suenos is big and has a lot of different tours but they seem super commercialized and this tour was really not that great. The last two zip line runs go over the parking lot and you end the ziplines with getting a very small cup of fresh fruit and then going inside the gift shop to see the pictures that they took (Nov 2024 price for us was $65 for all of them or $17 per photo) and the option to purchase them as you finally pass through the gift shop. I'm glad we were able ot take a few photos on our own instead because one of us had a small camera, but otherwise we wouldn't have any pictures. Also, side note here if you pay in person, use cash or you'll get charged a 13% credit card fee (which we found is very common at many places in Costa Rica). We bought our tickets online and there was a small discount and no fee to purchase this way instead. We still ended up paying about $69 per person though. I mean Costa Rica overall is expensive albeit a beautiful country but I think the tours are overpriced for what they are. Pura Vida!
