Overview
Manage your favorite outdoor Costa Rica activities with a single booking with this tour that includes a 4x4 ride, horseback tour, waterfall swim, and lunch at a sustainable farm. Opportunities to see wild plants and animals are enhanced by your guide, who informs and entertains throughout the day. Plus, private transportation with hotel pickup and drop-off make for a hassle-free trip.
What to Expect
Your tour begins with pickup from your Quepos or Manuel Antonio area hotel. Travel in a 4x4 vehicle through scenic countryside, passing natural springs, local villages, and into the rain forest. The 1-hour drive includes a quick break to stretch, visit the restroom, and purchase a beverage.

Upon arrival at the stable, take a leisurely 1.5-hour horseback ride suitable for riders of all levels. Your guide tells you about the plants and animals like toucans and lizards that you could pass along the way.

Then, change into your swimsuit and head to a waterfall and series of natural pools. A suspension bridge over the falls provide full views of the area’s forest and mountains.

Next, go to a farm to eat a traditional Costa Rican lunch on the patio. Admire views of the surrounding mountains while you dine on food sourced as much as possible from the farm.

Tour concludes with hotel drop-off.

Yes, they have ponies for the little kids. I asked the instructor what is the minimum age for the kids, and they said 6 or 7 depending on their height. But you should double check with the company directly.
