    Great museum!
I visited Art in Island and was absolutely blown away! This 3D interactive museum in Cubao is like stepping into a world of illusions. From giant crocodiles to fantasy landscapes, every art piece invites you to be part of the scene. The photo opportunities are endless, and we had so much fun posing with the artwork. One highlight was the “Painting in Motion” light show – a mesmerizing blend of projection mapping and storytelling. It’s a must-see! The entrance fee is totally worth it for the experience and creativity packed into every corner. Perfect for friends, families, and anyone looking to get some unforgettable photos. Make sure you wear socks, as you’ll be barefoot while exploring the exhibits. Highly recommend visiting!

    What a waste
Second floor was empty. I expected more since the place was nicer a few years ago. I was embarrased with my guests from abroad showing this place.

    An amazing immersive experience
To summarise: do not skip this one! I had such a great time here and the pieces were awesome. My favourite sections were the video interactive ones (you’ll understand when you visit). I recommend getting there first thing (they open at 11am) as it is less crowded and it gives you more time to take as many pictures and videos as you'd like. I spent roughly 2 hours and by 1:30pm, a bus load of people came flooding through. It is very kid-friendly as there are many attendees who will assist you if needed (even help take pictures) and they clearly hold up “do not run” signs. But this is also a great place for adults to visit (I had a great time!) N.B.: shoes/being barefoot is not allowed and you will have to deposit your shoes at the entrance, so don’t forget to bring your socks (but I think you can purchase from them if you forget). The place was very clean with people even lying/sitting on the floor, but they do provide beanie bags to sit on in one of the rooms. Entry for adults was PHP 850. This is definitely a great place to visit if you have the time.

    No. Not this.
Be warned. Floors are slippery, the stairs are so steep. The restaurant located near the exit is not kid friendly. You need to bring socks or wear one before entering.

    It was an experience…
Before we visited i have checked various online sites to get information and to avoid aby surprises. …And nothing has been mentioned about the below.. You can see in social media posts saying that if it is your birthmonth you can visit for free BUT TAKE NOTE “YOU MUST BE A GROUP of 4” to be able to get this promo Also … they only accept CASH PAYMENTS Be ready with your cash They charge 800pesos for Adults and 600pesos for seniors. The place is really beautiful but try to avoid weekends as it gets to be really busy, and try to come early to be able to enjoy getting photos. Was it worth it? Good to visit yes

    Must see
Fun place where art is expressed through different forms and media. Thanks to the Korean artists that have lent their talents … Art in Island is here for us to enjoy. You can easily spend 2 hours there. So many photo / video opportunities in this place. No need to rush. There are even beanie bags for you to rest just to enjoy the sights, lights and sounds of the museum. Put it on your MUST see places. 🤗

    Nice place to visit
It was very interesting. They have made many changes this last year. It was an enjoyable visit, I just think I enjoyed it more before the change.

    Fun Times
Went here with my partner and kid, and it's a real treat for some wholesome family fun. Make sure you wear clean socks since it entails a lot of walking over painted floors. Comfortable clothing is also advisable so you can do your most outrageous poses. The 3D-like paintings are really amazing and makes for some marvelous shots. These are authentic artworks by modern artists which provides interactive appreciation of paintings. Who says art has to be boring, right?

A new Koren dining experience within Arts In Island
There is more in Arts in Island than museum, there is actually a Korean resto named Jeongwo within its premises. The overall look was inviting and totally has both art vibes and greeneries. They have an array of authentic Korean dishes which you could dining sorrounded by paintings and lovely plants. There is an al fresco dining area although the whole resto itself is not enclosed which makes it safe to dine in this pandemic. There is an entrance at the Cubao Expo ( for Marikina Expo) which opens at 1pm.

    Exciting cultural Experience
it's a one-of-a-kind showcase of art. The 3-dimensional paintings give one a feeling of being one with it. It allows you to interact with it and enjoy the exciting experience. One should know how to do it. It is also an experience of knowing the special landmarks of other countries. It's an expereince how to be a child again. :-)

Do once, take all the photos you can
This was the second time I've gone to art in island, but this time with my nephew. Looking at the exhibit, even after 3 years, it is very much the same with some parts showing some wear, but not on a lot of exhibits/paintings. There is a new 'wing' but i'd rather call it a hallway and room. It has a separate ticket price but for the novelty, it was worth the experience just once. But this new area needs a good night mode camera/sensor. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience since my nephew had a lot of fun. But I don't see a reason to come back again as it is more of the same. Even the hourly light show (5 to 10minute projection on walls) hasn't changed from years back. There honestly needs to be something else to bring people back. I fear this place is losing visitors, with the exception on mandatory school tours. I really hope they are able to do some changes to entice people to come back. Price isn't the issue, the novelty has worn out for adults as there isn't anything new to take photos of.

    a must-visit place
A must-vist place for people who love to take photos. Kids and kids at heart will surely have fun taking pictures for FB and IG and whatevers. Bought our tickets through an online app. It's cheaper and you'll spend less time at the booth.

    My Son’s First Field Trip
If you are an art lover, you’ll love it here as you use your imagination to interact with all the 3D artworks. My son was up to the challenge on how to creatively pose for the artworks however during our visit there were other schools as well making it difficult to get really nice or decent shots. Hopefully, when we come back there would be fewer people. Be here on a weekday to enjoy the experience. The art show about Creation was nice but they gave Adam wings which is kind of misleading because that’s not what the Bible says. Probably, they should recreate it according to the Biblical truth.

Immerse yourself in interactive art. Take lots and lots of photos and videos with the digital works floating by on the walls. The floors are specially coated to give you a beautiful reflection using your camera phone. Remember to bring socks because you need to wear them at all times. Or buy a pair of socks at the ticket booth.

Be part of the art - take photos from prescribed viewpoints to become part of the 3-D paintings and sets. Fun to do with older kids and teens as they will understand the concept of perspective and will have fun posing and taking photos. Admission includes a short but very entertaining laser light show at 11:00 am. Make sure you bring along an extra pair of socks as shoes are not allowed inside the museum.

Our family first visited in 2017, teo years after we got back, Art in Island remains well maintained, pristine and a huge space for art and wonder.
They added new attractions too: the free 7 minute light show at the main hall ( short and spectacular) and a glow in the dark spectacle called Hiwaga (plus 200 on top of entrance fee).
I suggest a weekday visit so that you and your family can spend more time viewing and taking photos of and with the artworks.
Food and drinks are not allowed (even water) but its not a problem because they have 2 cafe restaurants inside located at the 2nd and Ground floor upon the Exit.

A 500-peso bill, a camera (nevermind the quality), an hour, and a photographer (or model) are all it takes to fill your memory disk in an hour. Because every painting and every angle give different glimpse of a story, and you don't want your audience to miss any of it. The alternative challenge is to shift into a pose that gives a unique story --- that is a photo that can sell.

Entrance fee won't be worth the while for all personalities. For those people who are merely curious and care about the beauty of the work, spare yourself from the queue. It's not worth the photo. You can visit the museum via the internet. The work here is fantastic, but for those who are not into arts, it's too much to absorb in one visit, and you'll end up less appreciative, yawning and grumpy in the later parts of the tour. For artists, many lessons can be gained here. For people, who enjoys grooming their virtual profiles, this is a paradise for you.

This was my sixth trip to Manila, but I had always put Art in Island in the “too far” basket. What a mistake! This is by far the best attraction in town, regardless of your age or interests. It’s a huge facility with so many installations to look at and photograph. There are also some English captions to guide visitors on the background of the artwork and how to best take a picture.

The staff were superb, always on hand to help and advise and it never felt rushed or hectic.

It’s 500 pesos to enter, and you need to either go barefoot (as we did) or wear the provided slippers. It’s open from 9:30am till 8:30pm every day except Monday.

And if you go, I guarantee you’ll have a new profile picture on some site, somewhere, as well as countless photos to share. Highly recommended!

For those who like to pose and take pictures, this is a good place to be. This would be good place to visit when it is raining and when you don’t want to spend time outdoors. This is also a good place to go on a super hot day as it is cool inside. Do make sure to go when there are not many people visiting the place. A call to the museum can easily give you that information.also make sure that you have enough battery on your gadgets.
