From the moment we were picked up, the professionalism and warmth of our guide made us feel at ease. - timotiusmarvins0 contributionsGreat day trip if you just have a day to spend in ManilaThe itinerary was nicely planned with flexibility allowed, due to the small group size. Mark was our main tour leader and he was very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. He gave good recommendation for lunch and was helpful throughout the tour from pre-departure arrangement to the end. Via was a great accompanying guide too and complemented Mark well. Both of them took nice photos for us. Adrianne, our driver, made the journey on the road smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended if you’d like to get a little taste of Manila and venture out of the city a little bit.Written October 5, 2024

- ddance650 contributionsBreathtaking ViewsWe had an excellent sightseeing tour by Yolo Travel. Excellent communication before & during the tour. Hotel pickup was smooth, driver was very safe, two tour guides were excellent as well. All in all it was a very enjoyable day riding in an AC equipped van seeing sites some of which had very breathtaking views.Written September 24, 2024
- Cruiser560517615500 contributionsI've been there multiple timesI've been multiple times there. Very nice place for whole day stay. It is approx. 1.5 hours drive from Manila. Entrance is around 50USD / person and lunch + snacks in the afternoon are included. Pity, that lodges they have are not operational. You really do not need a tour guide. Just organize a vehicle who will bring you there and wait for you. Contact property in advance, to ensure that all will be fine.Written September 21, 2024
- LisaG840 contributionsManila by Night - Intramuros must see .Lovely to experience Manila at night . The busy working city comes to life . Intramuros is a must see . Beautiful walk around the sites there , to learn about the history and hero’s . Crawl through the dungeons and be amazed by the relics all around . The guide Andrei was very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous . Looked after me as I was a solo , older woman . The driver navigated the roads like a champion . Great night out !Written September 21, 2024
- MrIntrepidExplorer0 contributionsAmazing tour to Tagaytay and ManilaI really enjoyed the tour to Tagaytay and Manila with Nona and her team. They were so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! They were also extremely accommodating when I spontaneously asked if I could join the boat tour on Lake Taal as well and were able to offer me a special price. I loved the various food tastings and the journey was smooth and comfortable. I would definitely go on another tour with them!Written September 10, 2024

I was with a friend and had suggestions from other friends and family that it was a wonderful trip to see the Falls.
So with that in mind, I book through Trip Advisor who organised it with YOLO Travel. I was concerned it was quite a high price for $204 AUD per person. This equals about $15000 Pesos.
Good Points : The majestic falls, the river trip up and back, seeing the local river people, the 16 mini rapids and the very very HARD working canoe people who take you up to and back down the river. It is the only way to access the falls.
Negative Points :
The value, it was too costly when you realise as I did from my friend who speaks Tagalog, the canoe people do all the hard work and get very little of the paid fee. They cannot let you leave the canoe so they have to paddle you and drag you upon the mini rapids under the hot sun.
Poor communication from Yolo travel. Should have told more about the trip and the need for water for the trip. There is nothing at the Falls. Don't understand why I need a tourist guide as they did not come with us up to the falls so it was lucky my friend could speak the language so the canoe people could tell us the local sights and other things. The tour guide stayed with the driver who lived it up resting in the AC car.
The authentic Filipino lunch was terrible and not very tasteful. The only beverages offered was water with ice and Coke Zero. No authentic drinks or an ice tea.
The trip from Manila is about 2 hours. I could not see where my $15000 Pesos went as the driver and tourist guide did NOTHING and did not add value to the tour.
Be prepared to wear wet weather type gear, take bottles of water for the canoe trip and keep every thing in waterproof bags. Make sure you have breakfast before they pick you up and take snacks as there was nothing available at the stop to go on the canoe.
The Falls was wonderful, the cost is very questionable. Don't listen to the tour guide.

First of all, we should have reflected on the fact that we participated in this tour because we don't understand English well. To be honest, I thought the tour price was too high. It was described as authentic? Filipino food, but we had no choice but to share what was brought to us at a restaurant that was more like a local food stall with the guide and driver. The only drink we had was water. Also, the waterfall guide repeatedly and persistently asked for tips, so we had no time to enjoy ourselves. The tour guide was kind to us, who spoke broken English, but he did not accompany us to the waterfall and waited in the car, and the driver hardly spoke to us. I'm very sorry to say this, but it was a tour that was very stressful and mentally exhausting.
However, I appreciate that you were flexible with the transportation. Thank you very much.

Was one of the funnest adventures I’ve ever embarked on! First time in the motherland and Eddy and Nona were the best! Pedro drove us safely to each destination flawlessly and both Eddy and Nona were very knowledgeable and helpful with anything that was needed. The Pagsanjan falls and other adventures were great but what made it better was the great people who accompanied us. Highly recommend and would not hesitate to have this crew again for another adventure!

Justine was my guide and Malon was the driver for this memorable trip. This was my first visit to the falls and the Taal mountains. Justine was a great travel guide, with the right mix of history, geography and accommodating selfies :)
Both of them made the trip wonderful, we even had surprise stops to taste Manilla's local cuisines along the way.
Its one of my wonderful memories from phillipines ,thanks to Justine and Malon.
Would recommend for anyone planning a trip to the pagsanjan falls

I had a great time! Our tour guide, Eddy, was amazing. He shared the history of the Philippines and the story of the Pagsanjan Falls with us along the way. Riding the boat to the Pagsanjan Falls was also a lot of fun. The final part, where we took a wooden canoe into the waterfall, was truly exhilarating!
However, next time, remember to bring sunscreen. This was an awesome journey!

The valley with the waterfalls is beautiful. Our guide Jonathan constantly wanted to sell us another event. Our wish to have a coffee couldn't be fulfilled because they didn't know the cafes on the 2 hour way home. I would say you can just get a driver in Manila and drive there. Is flexible and cheaper
