          Jellyfish in the water !!!!!
Yu can see the sardines right in front of chili bar. No need to book a tour and guide. Just rent snorkel and mask and swim out a fiew meters. If yu need underwater fotos and further asistance a guide might be worth to book. Also rent a lifevest. We paid 400 peso for the guide and rent of equipment..1.5 hours Attention !!! There is jellyfish in the sea !! They hurt like hell..i couldnt sleep at night it was sooo ichyyy... I almost panik when it got me... I would go again but only with a long sleeve lycra and long pants.

The drive may seem long, tucked away in the mountains of Cebu. This little spot is more than that. The people are wonderful. The food is decent. The animals are sometimes a bit tired. But it doesn't take away from the park itself. This is a great place to bring the kids, friends and people visiting this country. Plenty of walking around. Places to photograph, animals to see. My drawback is simple. Make sure when you go check the prices for the kids. During the week is much cheaper. Buy direct don't go with a third party. It doesn't save you money at all.

          Good fun
This was a fun way to spend the day - heads up, the trail to get to your first jump was quite slippery and challenging as it had just rained. Wear sturdy shoes, I recommend with some sort of toe protection as you are going to be stumbling through rocks and water all afternoon. They will rent you shoes, but they are pretty flimsy, not included in the cost, may not have your size, and I’m glad I had my own - even if it took them two extra days to dry out! You might want to take a few extra pesos with you as there will be opportunity to buy snacks on the way. You don’t get lunch until the very end of the tour and we were starving... you should be of some reasonable physical condition. We are in our 50s and of average fitness and had no problem - but we watched some other out of shape folks younger than us struggling - and one ended up injuring his back. Be careful- listen to your guide, be brave and have fun!!

No worries if you cannot swim well
If you like swimming and adventure, this is the activity for you. I’m not a good swimmer, so we chose canyoneering instead of whale watching. Local guard knows every place where you should go or not, where you should just jump and enjoy. Our guard, Mark, took pics and videos for us during the whole trip. Also the place was very well maintained, almost no litter and clear water. Highly recommended.

          What a wonderful day out
Our driver was on time (we weren't) and very professional. Had a great chat all the way to oslob, learnt quite a lot of things Google doesn't tell you. Whale shark watching was such an experience. We got in the water and watched them real close. Almost could touch them! But please don't. They're coast guards in scuba underwater watching you. Aguinid Falls was another amazing experience. We brought our 3yo with us, but surprisingly, the guide took fantastic care of her. Took a jump from level 4, which was real fun. Didn't yell like Tarzan. Was amazed we could actually climb up those rock walls. Really want to do this trip again. Thanks for the trip!

Fantastic travel agents - took care of everything
So we did a multi day trip that they organised forms start to finish - Stephanie in the office was very responsive. John our driver was first class - and we had him the whole time which was a good idea. Canyoneering is fantastic - quite full on for 2.5 hours, physical, i wore reef shoes but should probably have worn trainers. We dived with the whale sharks which was the best part of the trip - we saw 4 other divers only vs hundreds of snorkellers even at 630am. It is a must-do and when they come out of the depths you feel like you have your own personal whale shark. I would definitely use them again for anything in Cebu

          So much fun!
My friends and I booked this trip and it was amazing. We got picked up in a private van from our Airbnb and taken about 3 hours to the Kawasan falls area. Upon arrival we were given life vests, watershoes (if we didn’t have them) and helmets. We hopped on the back of some motorcycles and were taken to the start of the adventure. Mark was our guide and he took so many photos for us. He was basically our personal photographer. We had a blast with him. Definitely try the chicken at the one snack point (you’ll know when you get there). The lunch at the end was great. They gave us SO MUCH FOOD! We had a blast. Highlight of the trip so far. Bring a change of clothes and maybe a towel because you can shower at the end if you want.

          THE BEST SO FAR!
It was an amazing experience, never expected it would be so much fun, thrilling and stronger our bond of friendship. Also a special thanks goes to our guide Alveen, Phillips, Jesus and our driver Jason (I don't know if that's how it's spelled). I mean I have no word... A must see and must do in Cebu!
Our family really enjoyed this tour. The kids (teen agers) just kept jumping in and out of the water. I didn't think I would enjoy it since I don't fancy jumping off anywhere but the environment was so fun you just gotta go with the flow. Even if you are scared, try to go for it (there are low ones too!) and you will not regret you did. One for the books!

          Beautiful experience
I was not sure about going because it is a bit polemic. However I have to say that the government has a lot of rules and you can get a fine if you touch them. They are free and just go to the place from 6 to 11 am to be fed, then they go wherever they want. When I was swimming I did not feel anything bad, they are very close to us as they are coming near the boats, but people try to be as far possible and don't touch them. I just have to say that it was beautiful.

          MUST DO
We were picked up from our hostel at 5:00am which was incredibly early but worth it! When we arrived there weren't many people so we got to experience the falls alone and at our own pace. What we really enjoyed was that everything was optional. If you did not want to jump into the water from 13 meters, there was always a path that you could walk instead. This is a great adventure for people at any age and any fitness level. Our guide Mark was funny, knowledgeable and helpful. He let us know where every rock was under the water so we did not get hurt. He also stopped us at different points to take our photo for us and filmed us jumping into the water. Lunch was also delicious and made with love and care. There are many rival companies that do the "same" package, but this company is worth every penny you spend!

          Will do again
Glad I booked through site. Was able to hire waterproof go-pro for 550 pesos. The whale shark site was very busy but the guide took us straight through the crowd to check in and then watched us until we were on the boat. The whale sharks actually bumped into me and it was good to see no one on my boat was attempting to touch or grab them. The bbq lunch was a table set up just for us under the coconut trees. At Aguinid Falls the 2 guides treated my daughter like their own child watching her every step, The guides too some amazing photos on our phone. Make sure to tip them as they are not paid. The transport was a late model van with excellent air conditioning. Am hoping to do this again next visit.

          Great Experience
I would recommend this as a good day out, I had some reservations about distressing the whale sharks after reading reviews elsewhere but, although there were a lot of people in the water, there didn't appear to be any problem and the animals themselves are not afraid of getting close to you. We were picked up (early) from our hotel in Cebu City and driven (3 hours?) to a resort where we were then transported to the departure beach. It is chaos there involving numbers, lifejackets, snorkels and boats, but we managed ok eventually. The boat takes you about 20 metres from the beach and you get in the water. The whale sharks are amazing and it is not a scary experience, on the contrary its very enjoyable and was over too quickly. Back on the boat, and back to the resort for onward transportation to the falls (maybe 30 minutes away). You will be given a guide to take you to the falls. These guys are volunteers and a 'tip' is advisable - they do a good job and will keep you safe and take all the photos you want so definitely worth it. The falls themselves are lovely, on 5 levels, you can do some jumps and swim around, nice experience. Footwear is mandatory as there are sharp rocks. Snacks are also available to buy when you get back to the car and we were taken back to the resort for a shower and lunch which was great - they managed to cater very well for a vegan diet and there was honestly too much food. Then its a 3-hour journey back to Cebu. In all you spend much more time driving than actually doing anything but its totally worth it and I would absolutely do this again.

This tour showed the best of Bohol. Stress free for they took care of everything. All you need to do is show up and take lots of picture. The Loboc River cruise was so amazing. The singers, and dancers showed how talented Filipinos are. Food were delicious. Of course, we got to see the highlights of Bohol, which is the tarsier and the Chocolate Hills.

it was very very good. our tour guide cecile was very lovely and so informative, she seemed to really enjoy her job and it really improved the experience. we saw all the loveliest spots and had a nice lunch on the river. the only fault is that it finished quite a bit too soon so we had to wait a while in the ferry port before going home.

TARSIERS! Those things are so cute! We also enjoyed the lunch cruise and the church museum. Our Bohol guide, Norlene(?) was fantastic and made sure we had fun and reached our return ferry on time and helped with check-in. Our Cebu driver told us a lot about Cebu on the way to the ferry, and our guide made ferry check in super easy.

I took a day trip to Bohol with Southwind Travel. They pick up at the hotel and take you back. The trip to the Island is roughly two hours. When you get there the tour is approximately 5 hours. Its on an air conditioned tour bus. There are so many things to see and do there: the Tarsier Monkey sanctuary (you can get very close to them, but are no longer able to hold them), the Butterfly sanctuary with its giant caterpillars and fantastic flowers, the Chocolate Hills which are really amazing to look at (there are stairs to the top of one so you have a beautiful view of the surrounding areas) and you also get to cruise down the Loboc River. The cruise comes with a great buffet lunch. You do make a brief stop at the ancient Immaculate Conception Church which is worth the visit. One interesting thing you see along the way is a massive Rooster "camp" with individual homes for the birds. Cock fighting is huge there. There are mini corrals all over for this. On the the way home we did see a cock fight taking place on the side of the road. Its a pretty nasty affair if you aren't used to it.
Well worth the money. Good for all ages. Bohol has nice beaches as does near by Panglao Island. I would definitely stay overnight next time I am there. Panglao is a resort area with lots of Hotels.
One note on the boat trip over to Bohol. You get assigned seats when you board, but once you leave port, you can head up to the "cheap seats" on deck and enjoy the sea breeze!

Went on a day trip from panglao to the bohol highlights. The tarsier sanctuary in Carmen is great, looked to me the animals were okay and living in their natural habitat. There are about eight of them in the area where tourists come and about a hundred more in a closed area. So it's really an sanctuary that helps this endangered species through tourism. The chocolate hills were a cool sight. Definitely worth to go there. The river cruise was okay. The river itself is beautiful and the food was nice, but they were playing really loud and awful, synthesised music on the boat which made it hard to enjoy the natural surroundings. Also halfway there was a performance of some boys and girls doing some dance. They were obviously not enjoying it and I don't blame them. They were like a live puppet show. In the afternoon there were some more stops, not really worth to mention except the "butterfly garden" which in reality is a very cruel and awful animal prison. They have monkeys, crocodiles and other animals in way too small cages with nothing in there resembling their natural habitat. Truly awful, please don't support them by going there.

I was traveling with my 74 year old mother, who requires a little more time and care. We shared our guide with a family with young kids but they made it all work. The overall experience was great from the driver who picked us up from our hotel, handed over to another guide who made sure we got our tickets and got onto the ferry at Pier 1. From there, we were met by Roy and a driver (sorry forgot his name) at the Bohol Ferry building, who spent the day giving us the history of the island, taking us to historical sites, churches, Loboc River cruise and lunch (awesome), to see the Tarsiers, Butterfly garden and the Chocolate Hills. Our trip was complicated by the cancellation of the 5:30 ferry back to Cebu and since schedules appear to be limited our only other option was the night ferry that left at 10:30 pm. Roy warned us early in the trip the cancellation was a possibility (due to sea conditions) since they experienced it the day before as well. He kept us apprised throughout the day and when the cancellation was confirmed, another associate made sure our night ferry tickets were taken care of while Roy kept us occupied with other activities. As a result we got to go ATVing in the Chocolate Hills since we had the extra time. Roy stayed with us till we got onto the night Ferry about 8:30 that evening. Roy was willing to continue showing us around but we were all ready to just wait at the ferry by this time. Overall, it was a packed day and while some of the visits were pretty quick, butterflies and Tarsiers, I felt I got my moneys worth and Roy was incredibly attentive. All the pictures I took from that trip, makes me feel like I got more than just a one day tour. Plus my 74 year old mother loved it. Kudos to Roy and Divaishnavi Tours.

This was a rewarding tour with visits to the Tarsier Conservatory, the Butterfly Sanctuary, Loboc River Cruise, Mahogany Forest and the Chocolate Hills. Bohol's like an early version of Kauai in that it's more rustic than islands like nearby Cebu or Panay. Homes are quite nice overall and the island is jungle-entrenched, dotted with many rice farms with small towns. Ecologically, the island is a preserve for the endangered tarsier (please respect the signs about maintaining silence if you visit. If alarmed and stressed, the tarsier may commit suicide. They are a night animal and somewhat solitary.) The mahogany forest is a replant beginning in the '60s and growing nicely. The butterfly & moth conservatory is amazing with some very, very humorous guides. And, the Chocolate Hills are the result of an amazing geological event. Lots to learn and enjoy but please be respectful.

Thoroughly enjoyed this day trip. Our tour guide (believe her name was Dhali) was excellent. Funny, friendly and informative. The tour is set at a good pace with about x5 stops in total separated with drives off about 25minutes except the last drive off an hour from the Chocolate hills.
Lunch was wonderful, on a floating restaurant with a delicious buffet and live music. Not even the rain dampened the day!

Everything on this tour went according to plan. We were in a group of maybe 7-9 travelers (mix of couples, friends, and solo travelers), so small enough to make for quick and efficient stops at all the different locations. The tour guide was witty and energetic and provides plenty of background on the island Bohol whilst you drive to the different sights. The chocolate hills were certainly the highlight and we were lucky with the weather.
