    Amazing site
We only visited the archaeological park in Ollantaytambo, but the ticket gives entrance to other sites in the Sacred Valley. The site was amazing, and very much worth the price of admission. Since it is located right at the edge of town, you can just walk there. Be ready to climb a lot of steps. I forgot my hiking pole, which would have helped a lot on the way down.

    Fun evening
took the evening tour to Larco Museum with dinner in their restaurant. Friendly van driver. Great tour guide, Sonia. Very knowledgeable. She described the items, but also told us about their use/importance in their time period. And how archeologists figured that out. Something we would have missed if going on our own. Dinner at the outdoor terrace was wonderful. The food was delicious. It started with a taste of pisco sour and ended with dessert. A very worth tour and a fun evening for us.

    They Saved Me!
Due to a miscommunication, I got left behind during my tour of Pisac/Pisaq in the Sacred Valley. One of the guides from Gray Lines/Via Pacifico, Hector, was my savior! He helped me get down the mountain and reunited me with my tour group. Just a way to show how much they care, even if you're not one of their customers!

    Great service
We did the 7d/6n tour from Lima to Cuzco, the service was exceptional. Grayline used a company called Pacific travel, the guides are superb, and they are well organized. They have personal in every location( train station, bus station) and they are willing to help you or answer any question The night we stayed in Aguas Calientes, one representative came to the hotel, to check on us and make sure, we got all our tickets and we understood our journey back to Cuzco. We were always picked up on time, flawless service. Great service from Diana Vega, she help us with the booking. Thank you. I highly recomend it.

Great shared shuttle service for airport transfers in Peru...
I used the shared shuttle service with Gray Line Peru during my visit to Cusco (while visiting Machu Picchu) and during my short stay in Lima, Peru in July 2017. Very punctual and shuttle cars were waiting at Cusco and Lima airports to pick me up and arrived promptly at agreed time to pick me up at my hotels for transfer back to the airport. I was pleased I had booked the service in Cusco as you do get heckled and hassled by local taxi drivers at Cusco airport a lot, so it was handy that I had pre-booked this service. Staff spoke good English, very helpful and they had my boarding card ready as well during my transfer back from the hotel to the airport. Excellent service and value for money...

9 day tour of Peru and Bolivia
We had an maxing experience with Grayline, couldn't fault the service and quality of the guides as well as the responsiveness of the team.We got caught up in the strikes to Machu Picchu and had our trip cancelled, but the Grayline team not only managed to get is there the next day,but upgraded us to Belmond train (Orient Express) of Cusco and got us a luxury coach overnight to get to Puno and get the intenary back on track. Also helped us get from airport to our hotel in Lima on final day with their shuttle after the tour had completed, which they weren't obliged to do. Service from Diana Vega from start of the booking to finish was out of this world. The tour was an adventure in itself, but made some much easier by the Grayline team, thank you and would definitely use Grayline in Peru or other countries again.

    Worst Experience Ever
I was booked on the Vibrant Lima Experience 04 Days & 03 Nights tour. It was hardly a tour, more like bits and pieces of someone picking me up and taking me places. The itinerary said: DAY 1 - pick up from airport and taken to hotel, in the afternoon dinner at La Rosa (7:00 pm is hardly the afternoon). I had to wait 2 hours by myself in the hotel till check-in time, the guide left me with a small map and quick instructions. I was delusional enough to think I was with a tour 'group'. On the way to restaurant, six other people were picked up (from Chile), but they were seated completely separate from me - I was stuck outside by myself in the cold. I hardly call this DAY 1. DAY 2 - morning tour through Lima with 2 other people (Japanese), so still nobody to talk to or share the time with. Was supposed to be taken to Mango's Restaurant for lunch, but that didn't happen. Got dropped back at the hotel instead around 12 and told would be picked up again at 4 and taken to a museum, magic water tour and have a pisco drink. This part I was all on my own, which is very stressful when you have to be the only one listening to the commentary, no chance to take in the moments without someone talking in the background. DAY 3 - Free day. Even though I read this before booking the 'tour', I did wonder why on earth a so-called 4 day tour has a free day. Surely free days come with really long week or more tours? The first day was nothing but a dinner, the second day was two half bits, so why does one need a free day???? There was a dinner and dance show at night, which I had with the same six people from Chile who couldn't speak English, so another lonely event. DAY 4 - leave at breakfast, so not really a legitimate Day 4 is it? And..... the tour person picked me up 3 hours late! No contact to tell me this, so I had nothing else to do but wait in the lobby all that time and get a numb bum and extremely bored. So, that was the extent of this FOUR day tour - all could have been done in one day if you don't count the 2 transfers from airport to hotel. Being either on my own on the 'tour' or with people who don't speak English is the worst experience ever - a total waste of money, not worth it. If you're alone, it would be better to stay alone and keep your money - don't waste it on this tour.

Great company to use for tours in Lima
I made reservations through Grayline for pick up and delivery from the airport to my hotel in Miraflores, pick up at my hotel in Miraflores for return to the airport, the half day Lima City Tour, and the Larco Museum Night Tour and Dinner. All were fantastic. My flight from Atlanta to Lima was delayed more than an hour, but my driver was still there waiting on me. Grayline sent notifications to my hotel reminding me of pick up times. The half day city tour and the Larco Museum Night Tour and dinner were fantastic. The guides were friendly and helpful

Worst way to get out of the airport!
Be careful with this company. You are actually booking a shuttle and could wait up until 2 hours until your fellow passengers arrive. We waited even more since a couple passengers had lost their immigration paperwork. Flight landed at 10 pm - left the airport past midnight and it took us hours to get to my hotel. Absolutely not worth the money - I paid 54 USD and a regular cab is 35 USD. Personnel was unhelpful especially the person in charge a guy called Roger Velasco.

    Airport pickup
I booked an airport pickup online and the guy was waiting there with a sign with my name when we got in. He was very nice and informative. There was a driver and a guide which was nice because he gave us a brief overview of Lima and Peru in general. It was cheaper than the el Pardo Lima Hilton's rate.

    Awesome City tour of Lima
I scheduled a city tour of Lima in February 2012. The guide was early, and as it isn't peak season I had a private tour for under $30!! That included access to many major, beautiful sites in city. The van was nice and air conditioned, but the tour included a nice mixture of driving and walking in the city. The only thing i'd note is we skipped one small location listed on itinerary- I noticed but didn't mind because traffic was heavy and I saw it already. Just know your itinerary and if you think they skipped something let them know.

The floating uros islands were very interesting. Worth a visit. Not a lot to do or see in Puno itself. It's good for getting acclimatised for the altitude. We stayed for one night, which was more than enough. The locals were very friendly.
