Perfect organisation! From the punctual pick-up to the safety briefing and the flight itself. We felt safe and welcome at all times. The fact that the trip was very impressive makes the whole thing complete.

The best thing in Dubai to do by far. The driver was so nice and personable and was like our own personal tour guide. The early morning is rough but once you get up in the hot air balloon it is so worth it! The camel ride and breakfast was the perfect touch. It was worth every penny.

I do recommend using Sindbad Gulf balloons for an amazing hot air balloon sunrise in the desert. From the Pick up at location to hot air balloon was such an awesome experience. The team is very professional with safety briefing, ensuring we knew what to do in the basket and the captain was very experienced and made it such a pleasant ride. Hamid was a great driver and tour guide; the whole experience was brilliant. Safety briefing was thorough, experience was very peaceful and a good duration (almost 1 hour of flight), and the views were fantastic.
