Dubrovnik Food & Drink Walking Tour with a Local Guide

Skip the tourist traps and discover a taste of authentic Dubrovnik on a walking tour of the city’s food and drink spots. Be immersed in the atmosphere as you stroll with your local guide and gain cultural insights and personalized tips as you explore. Stop off in 4 family-run restaurants to sample specialties including seafood and wine, and benefit from the small-group size for a more intimate experience.

What to Expect

This gourmet adventure starts at the Large Onofrio's Fountain, where you'll meet your guide and a small group of no more than 10 foodies and set off on an eat and walk tour, making your way through the less- crowded streets of the Old City.

Along the way stop at some of the most historical sights, visit the popular open-air market, take photos and hear interesting stories about the city's history, culture and everyday life of its citizens.

We will visit four cozy restaurants, one of them is a small family-run restaurant tucked away from the main street, situated in the traditional courtyard where you'll be trying our famous seafood specialties like the fish fillets, smoked tuna and oysters paired with a glass of local white wine. On our food journey around the City is also an award-winning restaurant where you'll be served variety of local cheeses & cured meats and a glass of red wine from the area. We will make sure that you eat super healthy on the tour so you'll try our version of fast food which matches perfectly with a glass of Croatian beer. Our last stop is a cute pastry shop with homemade cakes, coffee and tea (maybe a schnapps too!).
At the end of the tour, depart from your guide with a satisfied stomach and great recommendations on where to eat, drink and explore during the rest of your visit.

Great Experience

We booked this based on other TripAdvisor reviews. It was a fantastic couple of hours, not strenuous at all. Nice to hear local history from someone who lived through it. Wine in particular was lovely. Nice to meet other visitors to Dubrovnik. Thanks to Anna.
