Right from the pick up at the hotel it was a great experience. The driver was an excellent driver and super patient as there was some mix up on where to pick up two of the people. The drive is so crazy, it was literally like a roller coaster. The road was paved which was really nice. We stopped for bathroom break and snacks a third of the way. So make sure you have cash. The boat ride was so fun and our guide Juan was amazing. The islands are so beautiful and the water is so unbelievable! Visiting the community was a unique experience and it’s hard to believe people still live like that. Save some cash for the community. We are so glad we did the tour. We would totally recommend it. You have to climb in and out of the boat so if mobility is an issue you might not want to do this tour.

Absolutely great trip , culture mixed in with the gorgeous beaches , Isla Perro was beautiful and the natural pool amazing Everyone should have this experience My guide Juan was amazing and Alexander the driver who did the pickup was awesome

These islands are stunning and well worth the trip. Would consider an overnight stay next trip. Our guide was very kind and friendly and spoke both English and Spanish. Lunch was delicious! All in all a very special experience

Juan our tour guide was great. The only thing I didn’t like they charged to use the bathroom in the port and also the trip is super long and tiering. It is a lot for one day! However the place is just magical… the beach, the views, the food. Great experience.

THE ENTIRE TRIP WAS PERFECT. Joel was one of our drivers. The over the mountain through the woods was worth the mirage looking views you embark on!!! Definitely worth the early wake up!!!

I had a great time on San Blas. Joel was amazing answering all my questions during the way, he was an excellent driver and what would have been a bumpy drive was super smooth. The islands were beautiful, people on there were nice and welcoming, the views were breathtaking and the water amazing. The guide even gave me tips where to snorkel to see schools and schools of fishes and water critters, it was a great experience that I recommend specially cause you are supporting the indigenous community by visiting. 10/10

Good coordination and visit to the islands, the recomendations of Osiris and the drivers were magnificent, the road is in poor condition at the beginning, but apparently they are already repairing it, the food and the visit to the islands were good, we did no have a sunny day but it did not rain although it seems that it is already in rainy season. A recommended tour.

I read so many reviews before booking, still decided to take a chance. It’s true that the drive is not for those prone to car sickness, but it’s 100% worth it, once you make it to the port and shortly to an island, it is best example of a paradise. I recommend you to bring your own snacks and water bottle(s). Be environmentally conscious and respectful. Guna Yala people are sweet, respectful and expect from us the visitors the same. Go for it! Get some fried fish and rice for lunch and enjoy the peace of San Blas Islands. Tours may mention that include 3 islands, but the truth is that it depends, mine was only 2, even when I paid for 3. I could have stayed all day on the first island, it was very beautiful place.

Our party of six booked a private one-day tour and had an excellent experience. Because it was just us, we had some say in which islands to visit and how long to spend. These guys were very accommodating and made it a very personal experience. Because our main interest was snorkeling, they took us to specifically great spots. We saw plenty of other tour boats that were group tours and we felt a little sorry for them... too crowded, and probably no "customization". We could not have asked for more, and if/when we visit again, we will try to book with them. Prep Notes: 1. The description here currently says that prices start at $165 per person, but we paid less than that for our *private* tour, so please reach out directly to the company to get your own quote. They are very responsive via WhatsApp, but email worked also. 2. The road trip is not as bad as some people say, just go with poor expectations and it will be OK! :-) 3. There are restrooms available at the boat launch site, but they are not free. Some of our party used them as changing rooms instead of dressing in swim suits at the hotel. Kudos and thanks to Osiris and the others who served us. Just do it!
