Scammers!! I tried to book a trip for Isla Mono (Monkey Islands) via their website (sanblaspty.com) but then decided to reach out via WhatsApp prior to making the purchase and find out their availability. Jonathan was quick to respond and make the accomodations, ask for my address, charge an extra $10 fee for being a solo traveler, and even sent over the payment link all w/in the hour. Mind you, this was on May 4th and we agreed for the tour on May 7th. I reached out on May 6th to finalize the pickup arrangements, and he sends over a voice message saying he wouldnt be able to offer me the tour based on the cost TO HIM! Willingly, he stated he would refund my money if I couldn't make it on the alternate date he offered; and I couldn't. I arranged for him to refund my money on Wednesday, May 8th and I am still waiting for my refund. It is now Wednesday, May 15th and he has stopped answering my calls and messages. Shameful! Pay attention to all the people that say NO SHOW or talk about SCAMMERS! They are. Me voy a dar a la tarea de escribirlo en español también: PILLOS! Fui a hacer una reserva en linea a través de su página de internet pero decidí escribirles por WhatsApp para ver la disponibilidad que tenían hacia Isla Monos. Jonathan tuvo toda la disposición de la vida de contestarme rápido, hacer arreglos, hasta pedirme la dirección. Me cobraron demás porque era yo sola, cosa que no hace sentido porque me iban a agregar a otro grupo, como quiera les pagué. Todo esto el 4 de mayo y acordamos que para el 7 de mayo se haría el tour. El 6 de mayo les escribo para ver cuál iba a ser la dinámica la mañana siguiente. Me dice que no me va a ofrecer el tour porque no le convenía hacerlo ese día ya que le estaban cobrando más caro A EL! Solito se ofreció a devolverme el dinero si no podía en la fecha alterna que me dió; y no pude. Se hicieron los arreglos para que me devolviera el dinero el miércoles 8 de mayo y aún no me lo ha devuelto. Hoy es miércoles, 15 de mayo y ya fejó de contestarme las llamadas y los mensajes por WhatsApp. Vergonzoso. Háganle caso a esa gente que habla de que no aparecieron o no les devolvieron el dinero. Es cierto!

This was the most horrible experience in my life. Renny is Extremly unprofessional, he is a lier a scammer who just wants to keep your money. Since I've been to the islands he usually offers I wanted to go to different ones which he agreed to. I payed for 2 people. Before arrival he changed the intenerary several times where I needed to remind him that agreement was differnt. Before coming I asked for refund for my friend who unfortunately wasn't able to travel. He told me he has to keep 30%.it clearly says in tripadvisor 24h before tour free cancelation I told him 10 days in advance. Also the fee kept changing to 35 and then 40%. The night before he told me I can get full refund f my friend if I do the normal tour which I already been to. I told him either I want all the refund and not goin or im. Getting my tour as discussed. He promised to take me to different Island. Of course it never happened. When I arrived I saw same islands as before. I asked him for refund because he lied to me, took my day, my money and my nerves. I didnt get anything, he started saying I never payed him, I'm complicated person l, I cause problems etc etc. Also I waited over 1 h in the mroning till they got me for the tour. He was rude, disrespectful, played games with me, called me names and screemed in a voice message. Also I searched about him, he is known in the city he had bad references before, he even changed his company name. I heard from other tourists bad things about him I can't understand why such a person can run a company and work with lovely tourists. Why no one stops a horrible person of scamming people. I hope it helps to all tourists who want to deal with him. I posted just 2 Screenshots for an example, but it's so much more with his promises and nothing ever happen. He did refund 70 dollars from my friend Please be aware.

Clear communication from the agency and engaged to deliver clients satisfaction. Facilities on the island, which was Wailidup, are clean and beautiful located above the water. Great is the balcony with steps right into the sea. Nice friendly Guna staff on the island.

I highly recommend San Blas Wild especially! The organization was very professional and helpful. At the beginning I was not sure, but trust in it and you won't be disappointed at all. San Blas is a very unique experience. No luxury no stress, just relax.

We had 4 fantastic days, three nights, and enjoyed it with our family. How beautiful the islands are! Communication with Remy was good in English. With the guides on the islands we were also able to communicate in English. Thank you Adrian and the female guide whose name I forgot.... 🙏We visited a total of 5 islands and the natural pool. Spectacularly beautiful! Everything was well arranged, from the transport, to the stay on the islands, the tours and the food. Top! I would recommend this trip to anyone.

It was a nice trip about 3 days/ 2nights. We had a very nice and friendly host there. If you visit Panama you have to go to the San Blas islands.

I took the trip to San Blas with this agency. Conclusion 60 dollars more for them with the same service, same food, same transport as the other dudes taking the trip directly with local people of San blas. I undestand they can take a fee butv60 dollars is completely abusing of tourists.

We had the most amazing adventure sailing through the picturesque islands of San Blas with our captain Alejandro and our cook Lorena. They were the most gracious hosts and had us feeling at home on the boat. They are all about customizing your trip to make it exactly what you want and one of a kind. The islands are some of the most unique I have ever been to, and I’ve been all over the Caribbean and Central America. Truly an amazing time. English is very limited, Alejandro speaks French and Spanish. We speak English and Spanish so we were fine but would have very limited communication if we didn’t. Would definitely recommend the Buena Adventura for an amazing experience and Cedric with San Blas Tours was extremely helpful.

We booked the San Blas islands with a man called Renny and we were very disappointed. We paid $250 for 2 nights on the San Blas and we're promised snorkelling and other activities/tours while we were there. However once we got there we were just left us on the island and they did not pick us up for the tours. There was NO SNORKELLING equipment at all! This was something that we really wanted to do and he assured us there would be snorkelling on text message and he promised us in person. We did not visit other islands either. Such a beautiful place to experience and we didn't see any of it. When we returned to Panama city we managed to speak to Renny who after several hours said he would refund some of the money but we never received a penny! This once in a lifetime trip was completely ruined by a conman! You can get other tours for the same price where you can snorkel and visit other islands and receive much more for your money. Definitely did not get what we paid for!! Reservamos las islas de San Blas con un hombre llamado Renny y nos quedamos muy decepcionados. Pagamos $ 250 por 2 noches en el San Blas y nos prometieron buceo y otras actividades / excursiones mientras estábamos allí. Sin embargo una vez que llegamos allí nos dejaron en la isla y no nos recogieron para los tours. No había equipo SNORKELLING en absoluto! Esto era algo que realmente quería hacer y nos aseguró que habría bucear en el mensaje de texto y nos prometió en persona. No visitar otras islas. Un hermoso lugar para experimentar y no vimos nada de eso. Cuando volvimos a la ciudad de Panamá nos las arreglamos para hablar con Renny que después de varias horas dijo que se reembolsaría algo del dinero pero nunca recibimos un centavo! Esta vez en un viaje de la vida fue completamente arruinado por un conman! Puedes conseguir otras excursiones por el mismo precio donde puedes bucear y visitar otras islas y recibir mucho más por tu dinero. Sin duda no conseguir lo que pagamos!
