About
Belgrade is said to be the city of an open heart, generous and cordial to all visitors. This is why it is best to start meeting it from its very core – the city center. Leave your guidebook at home and trust the knowledge of our local guide who will captivate you with historical insight of this rising metropolis. The tour starts from the National Parliament, the monumental building built at the beginning of the 20th century, witnessing the turbulent history of Serbia. Walking through the always lively Knez Mihailo Street, from Republic Square to the capital church of Belgrade you will have a chance to check the oldest bar in the city, known for its unusual name "Question Mark -?". The tour will end at the Belgrade fortress, the most important cultural-historic complex of the city, its tall walls elevated proudly over the confluence of the rivers Sava and Danube. Here, you can also admire the monument dedicated to Victor, the symbol of the city.

Jelena did a great job
As is custom, I try to always go on a walking tour the first day to get used to the city and learn the background. Due to COVID, I was the only one to sign up but they still accommodated me. Jelena did a GREAT job sharing with me the wonderful city of Belgrade. She also shared her experiences being from Kosovo and what it has been like living with the situations that have happened. I appreciate her honesty in her discussions. I learned so much and saw a lot in this tour. I highly recommend this tour and with any luck you will have this beautiful young lady as your guide! On a side note, she went above and beyond to help me with my COVID test results as I was trying to get on the plane.

Zlatan was an excellent guide. I learned a lot about Serbian history and culture. He was open to answering questions and a kind, genuine person. I highly recommend this tour as one of the first things you do to learn about the city. Thanks for an awesome experience!

Nikola was our host in Belgrade and it was great! We were just two of us at the tour that morning and however he managed to make it really comfortable. Really good choice to see but also to understand the background of the city.

You can not win against the nature
On 3rd of January, we visites Belgrade in our Balkan trip. As a group of 8 Slovenian tourists, we were really satisfied with Anja's knowledge of Belgrade Old City. Despite the temperatures below zero, fog and cold winds from the Sava river, Anja prepared a fun experience! We danced some Kolo at the very beggining of the tour and drank some Rakija lately. She managed to cope with winter weather with a short stop in local Cafe on Kalamegdan. She was willing to answer questions and gave really useful advices for local restaurants and drinks. We tried some of the craft beers she recommended later in the day and we can confirm they are really a good choice!

We had the best tour guide - Anja!
Nov 2019
Our tour guide Anja gave us an outstanding, fascinating tour of Belgrade and went way beyond what was expected. We went long beyond the 2,5 hours because we had so many questions for Anja, which she happily answered. Her thoughtful touches, such as playing local music and showing us Serbian dance moves just made it even better. I highly recommend to choose Anja as your tour guide for some great insights into Belgrade.

Free Down Town Tour with Jovana
Nov 2019 • Solo
This is the best free tour I have been on in 7 weeks of travel and this is because of the guide Jovana. The tour was very informative and fun. Jovana’s knowledge is extensive and her spoken English is first clear and very understandable. I cannot rate this tour too highly.
