The tour I had on 16/2/20 was good, but part of the advertised itinerary, we did not do. We did not go to Arbanasi, nor were told why. We did stop at an overlook and were told a small bit about it, but were just told that it was the best vantage point for a photo. I thought it

Dear Customer, Thank you for dedicating some time for providing the review. We are sorry to find out that the tour did not meet your expectations entirely. Please, allow us to explain the situation. Concerning the Arbanasi village, please, note that it is a really small place dating back to medieval times. All the houses there are private and tourists are not allowed to enter inside. For this reason, our stop there is short just for checking houses from the outside and taking photos. It is true, that sometimes our guides are not allowed to enter the highlights in Bulgaria. It is not always the case, but occasionally, the local authorities forbid entry for the guides. In case that happens, our guides provide all the information before entering the highlight and are ready to answer any questions after your visit. We thank you for your comments and will definitely take them into account for improving the quality of services. Kind regards,
