Since this company routes once per hour, it was not as beneficial as we had hoped. We ended up getting taxis instead of waiting in the heat for their bus. Some other companies route every 15 minutes or so…seems they have more buses. Next time I’d look into the timing of the bus and how it works practically with our itinerary. I don’t want to spend my day fretting over making it back to the bus or wait another out….

The Bus had a very fast, rapid driver! I didn‘t like it! Notice: if you go to the city tours counter at 4 pm, then you get just a 1h-round trip, not a 2h-trip how you booked it! There was no information on the voucher!

Must-visit, my mom and I really enjoyed the experience. It’s super interesting, beautiful and there are also nice cafes where you can rest during the exploring.

Worth visiting. Beautiful. The wonder of technology. It was calm and nice for family visit. Beautiful orchids. The water falls was amazing.

The cloud forest presents the vegetation found in high altitude, cool forests that make up 2.5% of the global forests. The presentation is geared toward the effects of the clouds and the waterfall experience. The various trees and bushes are only superficially presented and explained. The video clips explaining the impact of climate change and everyone's role in fighting it felt simplistic and outdated. The Flower Dome presented plants that are typical of several areas around the world with good exhibitions of cacti and succulents, Other areas (such as N America and Europe) were presented with very limited exhibitions. The audio visual exhibition covering Money (and his water lilies) was contrived. For a combined 57 Singapore dollars too expensive.

Not recommended at all. Its just a waste of time and money. No commentary or information about places or stops, broken seats and poor service.

Cloud Forest, Gardens at the Bay was magical. The whole experience of walking around the beautiful dome, seeing all the displays, crafts, the waterfall areas, the skywalk track and finishing with the SuperTrees Light Show was a real holiday highlight! The Flower Dome is also very lovely. You must visit if you have a stop-over in Singapore! ❤️

This place is very well made, built, and maintained. We went twice, during the day and at night. Both are just as good at each other to views. It does get a bit to much with teenagers as how long can you keep them interested in looking at flowers…… On the whole, a good way to spend half a day

Expensive entry but we especially loved the Flower Dome. The Cloud Dome had great views and stunning waterfall but we didn't like the tacky plastic statues interspersed among the exhibits. The Flower Dome, by contrast feature gorgeous wooden sculptures and interesting art pieces.

After collecting the tickets for my Wife and Myself, We went to the Flower Dome first. This is really a nice place with a magnitude of different plants, trees and flowers. It's well laid out and no pressures to complete the walk around. A nice relaxing walk admiring the hard work that has been put in to achieve this wonderful atmosphere. We then proceeded to the Cloud Forest. This was Spectacular, It really is. This is not to be missed by anyone visiting the Gardens By The Bay. The experience is a fixture in my memory. It is a 10 star attraction.

Spectacular plants and flowers with amazing unique displays. Perfect place to be out of the weather too- rainy day for us

Takes you around the inner city of Singapore, with comments. Could be extended to other less well-known areas also, but not interesting to hop off!

Great way to see Singapore, convenient location pick up points, 2 routes, clean and decent commentary. Value for money.
