About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- Calvin155840 contributionsGarden by the bay with 2 domesGarden by the bay 2 domes, this was a place not to miss! we found our favorite place the cloud forest omg! it was soooo beautiful and had so much more of offer than we had seen in many places. The flowers were very nice as well.Written January 9, 2025
- justinwO6867BH0 contributionsMisleading DescriptionThe trip itself was good and the tour guide was great. However, we feel the tour description is misleading. They claim the duration is 8-10 hours, but they don’t tell you you need to get to the ferry 2 hours prior to departure to clear customs and give very little information about navigating the ferry terminal. Had we known it could have potentially been a 14 hour day-trip, we would not have booked.Written September 11, 2024
- samantha a0 contributionsSingapore ferry booking- poor serviceI booked the ferry tickets online through Singaporeferrybooking.com. It is a branch located in Songla. Anyway, booked 4 days in advance at $170 for 2 pax. Deductions made immediately & then no news. I waited for 2 days & had to text them through whatzapp to get response. When they got back to me a day before my trip, the time given was different from what was listed when I bought them. For charging so much for service, I would say that the company fell so short! I’ll never have anything to do with this company. Beware!Written June 16, 2024
- PriscillaF0 contributionsBoth are equally impressiveIf your limited for time, energy or just want to do both domes then this is the way to go . is one better than the other? Personally I think cloud forest was a 10/10 and the flower done 7/10. Still allows for. Nice day out although it can get very hot and humid. If u get access to the shuttle bus, use it!Written April 1, 2024
- Riccardo M0 contributionsAsia’s side B.Indonesian people (including our guide) are so kind, and the trip is very interesting, as Batam is a simple city, and give us a strong contrast against the rich and modern Singapore. To taste 24 diffent local dishes at the restaurant was a must!Written March 27, 2024
- Q3800ZVchrisa0 contributionsAnother level century awayAnything to write about this airport will sound poor , service service service, from immigration, restaurant, and movie theater strongly, I believe this airport is a century away from other airports , kid safe, family-friendly they do everything to make your transit comfortable Thank youWritten December 19, 2023
- Vanessa R0 contributionsNot worth the money.I was really looking forward to this experience, but after arriving and entering the zoo it was 8pm, we then queued for over and hour and a half to get on the tram for the tour. The tram ride took about 20 mins, a lot of the animals were not visible and the tram did not stop at any of the animals, so trying to take photos of the ones we did see was very difficult. By the time we finished the tour we had been there for well over 2 hours and were really over it. We decided not to walk back around the park as it would have taken another couple of hours on foot and it was already after 10.30pm. We went to the souvenir shop to purchase something to remind us of the trip only to not be able o find anything with the zoo actually on it, it was all generic animal stuff, when I asked the shop assistant why there was nothing with Singapore Zoo on it I was informed they were sold out of everything. Overall a very disappointing experience.Written August 29, 2023
- sueandlindabeech0 contributionsThis is a review on the lead up of trying to get our tickets for Universal StudiosIn the past we have been able to get our barcode tickets emailed to us whenever and wherever we have travelled and had to make bookings. On more than one occasion I was advised by the pick up company that the tickets would be sent by email even up to the day before the transfer (17th April) this never happened and if I had received them I would have onforwarded the email to the reception desk and ask for them to be printed. We had been on the Duck Tour and the tickets were emailed to me, no problems no questions asked, no identification to be provided. In a follow up email( the day before the pick up) I was then advised by the pick up Company that I needed to take a copy of our passports and send it to them??? before I could have my tickets. I said I would show them our drivers licenses on the day of the pick up. The driver arrived on time on the 18th May at 0830hrs (time suggested by Viator) and we provided our Drivers Licenses – he took photos of our cards?? and then requested he take personal photos of us??, to validate the cards. We are constantly told in Australia to be careful of our passports and other legal documents because of an increase in Identity Fraud, and yet here we are being subjected to overkill scrutiny for tickets that were paid for. Finally, he requested the Smartphone so he could access her phone to put an App on in order to transfer our tickets. The phone was handed over to give him access as it seemed we were NEVER going to get our tickets to the theme park. All I asked for was the tickets to be emailed to me and confirmed by email on 3 or 4 occasions that this would happen - how hard could this have been and so easy, it was to say the least very distressing. We found the whole rigmarole totally unnecessary and intrusive, and to add further annoyance, we arrived at Universal Studios by 0900hrs only to find out it did not open until 1100am, and lots of people had hard copies of their tickets. We paid for the tour, it was our choice to have tickets sent to us and this should have been adhered to. The questions goes begging how does one without a Smartphone get tickets???? Finally how can you justify $220.00 per person one way transfer and entrance to Universal Studios when the entrance fee is only $84.00…Written June 8, 2023
- S56SLkeithl0 contributionsDon't do it1 hour line for a lame ride on an uncrowded day. I can't even imagine how long the lines are when it's crowded. Unless you're into kiddy pools and standing in very long lines for very gentle rides, don't waste your money.Written May 25, 2023
- tylertamplin0 contributionsSuper fun day tour!Great for a quick day tour of Batam. The guide, Din, was very friendly and knowledgeable, and the sites and food were amazing. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quick tour of the city.Written March 29, 2023
- Amrel260 contributionsSoo worth it!One day is not enough to cover, see and enjoy everything in this massive place. Although I read about it, being there is an overwhelming experience. I looved the winding paths with lush trees, plants and flowers. We went to the 2 domes- we were in awe at their uniqueness and beauty. Next time i visit Singapore, i will plan a whole day at Gardens by the Bay. A totally must see.Written February 25, 2023
- suzie650 contributionsAll it says and more.......We were a group of 16. There were so many negatives we heard of Indonesia and we were a bit reluctant to visit. I am happy we did not listen to the naysayers and went on this adventure. We were blown away by the tour, the service, the guide and the smoothness of the entire journey. If given a chance, we will do this again in a heartbeat! We were never put in a position to be scared and everyone were very professional. Thank you so much!Written February 21, 2023
- yvonnecD1424CV0 contributionsJust Spectacular. Highly Recommended! We were in complete and utter amazement with each corner we turned. What we saw, the big displays but even better the smaller, hidden displays brought ooos and aahs to our throats.Written February 7, 2023
- JuneTan680 contributionsGood for first timersOur trip was personalised by our tour guide David. He was flexible in his timings based on what we liked to explore and preferred to do. He told many stories and had many ideas shared with us too. He made the trip enjoyable with his anecdotes. :) The back end staff who helped liaised and arranged the admin and confirmation tickets via whatsapp were also very patient in explaining too. As a first timer, I was abit lost and worried so had to find ways to get information from them to understand clearly but in the end, all still settled. Thank uWritten December 8, 2022
- elenabN7772WV0 contributionsOverpriced with no value added, no guide, no directions. Better book these activities directly from a provider.Unorganised, overpriced. I paid 1,5 times for two activities compared to what I would have paid at the door. I did not get any guide or directions. They just hired a taxi to drop us off and pick us back up. It was very confusing and stressful. I have never had such a bad experience when booking a tour.Written November 24, 2022

An annual trip to Singapore is not complete without a visit. It is lovely, clean and relaxing. Children love it. Such big tanks and so many varieties of fish.
