Love the place. The view of chocolate hills was amazing. I had a hard time with all the steps but I made it. Hard to climb with a bad knee. The Tarsiers were cute. not much activity since they are nocturnal. The river cruise was awesome. I love the platforms with all the Folk Dancers. The fact that they encourage audience participation is great for families traveling with children. The food was good and the service was great.

I actually wasn't aware that there were additional sights on top of the 3 listed, so that was a pleasant surprise. Some of them were not super exciting but it helped break up the driving. Our guide Dolly was super sweet, funny, and informative. Our favorite stop was the Loboc river cruise. It was a nice peaceful ride with beautiful scenery and plenty of entertainment and food. The chocolate hills were nice too. You get a good view at the top of the stairs but be careful climbing, especially when there are a lot of other tourists.

We enjoyed this day tour. Stops at the old church, tarsier sanctuary, river cruise, butterfly farm and the amazing Chocolate Hills. I felt that the butterfly farm was disappointing. The enclosures were small and the butterflies were not that special.
The last stop was the viewing area for the Chocolate Hills. This is the real highlight. There was ample time to get up all the steps (200, according to our guide) and take photos.
Our bus had 19 people on it, so a large group that didn't present any problems. There were a few Aussies, a few Europeans and the rest were Filipinos.
I'd recommend this tour. Shop online for the best price. I saw a price of $US 200 per person before seeing it for P5000+ at another site. You can probably get it for cheaper than that too.

Have a lot of fun, Tarsier are so cute and adorable, Loboc River Cruise was very nice, the only thing my husband did not like is letting the passenger down to dance with the dancers and we were not able to see the dancers.

What is the specific pick up area from hotels? Where in Bohol or Tabilaran?
