Great talk guide, nice boat, nice lunch, let us sit on the side of the boat while we’re travelling which was a lovely experience

Do not buy this trour, this company is just resellers. You can book this tour in Coron with your hotel and it will cost 30% less or more. Also the tour itenary was not matching. We specifically booked this tour to only go to 5 places, to be able to spend more time at the locations for snorkeling and beaching. In the end we ended up on the tour to 7 locations (Barraccuda lake and Skeleton wreck), 15-30 min on each location. Sceleton wreck was so crowded with boats, you can get easily hit when you try to swim there. Also we never went to Coral Garden (stop 3 in the itinerary), the tour guide didn't even know it was a part of the tour. Also, when we arrived we were asked if we want to rent kayak for Twin Lagune (there you can kayak to smaller lagune through a tunnel) for additional 1000 pesos. However, we came to the lagune after 4 pm and as it was high tide, we were told we cannot kayak to the other lagune we can only swim there. Also weather was getting bad and windy. However before leaving the guide said to us we still need to pay 1000 pesos for kayak even if we haven't used it. I don't know why they bring peole to lagune for kayak during high tide. Also on the itinerary it was stop two, which would be ok. -> Coron hotels and tour offices offers plenty of tours. Book on the spot!

We booked through trip advisor with a 4:30 pm start time. When we arrived at 3:50 we were told we were past the “cut off time”. We explained we had a reservation for 4:30 which we were told it would then be at least a 2 hour wait. We decided to cancel (no refund provided) as our time would not he honored and by the time we would get to zip line it would be dark out. Would not recommend booking through TripAdvisor. Operator was messaged before our reservation time with no response.

DO NOT BOOK THIS. Absolutely terrible experience. I made a 4:30 booking and showed up at 4:15 and was told they were full and could not accommodate me. Why offer online bookings if you don’t even keep them. Wasted money getting a taxi there for nothing. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.

We had a great time on tours A and B with Alvin and his team. It started a little late,non day one for tour A, however l we had a private tour with 3 adults (one was my mother in her 80’s) and two kids 7 and 10) and were on the way quickly. Tour B was a much smoother start and in the water across the bay much earlier. Be prepared to wade through shallow waters on and off your boat with each destination. Alvin and his team were very helpful and professional. They were able to assist each person in my family. From our young 7 year old son to eldest 83 year old mother. We were informed about the unique environmental features of each island, beach, and lagoon that we visited as well as the general area of Bacuit bay. I definitely recommend a small private group tour and starting early if possible. Thank you to Lagum adventures and especially Alvin, Jordan, and Edward for making this an unforgettable experience!

Excellent tour. Very timely pickup in a nice microbus and the whole tour was as advertised. Our tour guide was friendly and always helpful. We visited all 7 destinations and each of them were amazing. Definitely recommend this tour to all tourists.

Dean was an awesome guide, friendly and knowledgable. The driver kept us safe. Countryside was beautiful! Cave was a great excursion! We traveled from the south to the north and ended the day in El Nido.

This outfit cancelled our private tour after payment had been received (well over most rates in the city). I have been reaching out for over a week trying to receive a refund. DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM.

There are so many options to pick from that it can seem overwhelming so here is my advice: go with tour A, go with the private option, and have a great time. The team was very responsive via WhatsApp to my questions. We were picked up on time and driven to the tour operator near the dock. There we headed down to the boat and climbed on and away we went. We left earlier than most groups to get ahead and that extra 30 minutes was a game changer because it meant we were ahead all day, at every stop to enjoy things without the crowds. A few tips: rent the water shoes they offer if you don’t have any; ask to have lunch setup on your boat it’s a magical way to eat; bring small bills as there are vendors selling beer and ice cream from kayaks at the stops which is a fun addition to lunch.

It was well organized , with security in mind, our guide was always helpful. We really enjoyed it. I definitely recommend this agency!

My friends and I did the Balabac tour… what a disaster! Absolutely no communication, food was disgusting. The last days they put us on a island where there is sand flies it was horrible and not safe(still itching few days after). They also have the great idea to go back to the sea when the storm started, feels like nightmare my friend was crying.

We booked in advance because we would get a time slot. At the zip line we had to wait for over an hour just like everyone who bought a cheap ticket there. So we paid too much for no benefit at all. Also there was only one way for which we only got a little refund (not half of what we paid). Would really like a partial refund from Tripadvisor. Zip line experience was great. Paid extra for drone video which we received the same day. Had to walk on a sand bank back, got wet to the waist.
