I chanced upon this travel tours on facebook group. The tour owner post more often which adds credibility. I book 1D1N Balabac tour with them. All the transaction are done online (bank transfer and voucher and itinerary). By far, it was the biggest online transaction I had for a tour but never I had single thoughts or worry even the trip got more closer. They keep me updated time to time. Trip: I had short brief about my Balabac itinerary and got pick by van a bit late but acceptable since he pickup other guests too. I reached Buliluyan Port earlier than expected, there where I met personal guide Jed. She is a local and had live in Balabac and knows in and out of the island. She speaks well in English, Filipino and Cebuano. She made our Balabac day trip seamless, enjoyable and memorable. Patawan island and Onuk Island are the only two islands we choose and glad we did. They are best islands of all Balabac and spend more time of these two paradise. Accommodation- I had less expectation of where we stay in Balabac since the Island is still developing but the guesthouse we stayed is actually ok. Somehow, exceeds my low expectation. It has AC, warm water, comfortable bed. Food- We had seafood lunch in Patawan Island, prepare by the resort chef. Nice dinner in Balabac Island, serve with class A grilled fish, can't complain our stomach is happy. Transportation- Boat from inter islands are small but do its purpose. Highspeed boat from Balabac Island back to the main island port is fast and saves a lot of time. Van transfer from city from/to port both are excellent drivers. Overall, very happy with the service rendered my this tour company and staffs Ms Vanessa and Ms Jed. Highly recommend them.

We had our tour on March 28-31 2024 for El nido Tour A&C for 4 adults & 2 kids. The place was really magical but the whole experience was tainted with disappointments because of how the agency treated us. 1. We arrived in PPS airport and sinundo kmi ng pangpasehorong van na may kargang tone-toneladang ceparlins/tubular steels placed under the seats, preventing us from stretching our legs properly. We had to endure the 5hr land travel from airport to El nido na naka baluktot legs nmin. Remember we have 9&6 yr old kids with us enduring the same situation. 2. Abrupt changes sa itinerary without informing us ahead of time. On the itinerary it says, meet up at a certain place @ this x hour. Only to find out hinahanap na pla kmi ng tour guide sa hotel nmin. We waited sa meet up point for 1.5 hrs, napagalitan pa kmi why we didn't stay sa hotel to be picked up by the tour guide, kasi kmi nalang pla inaantay for the tour to start. We received a message way too late informing us of the changes. 3. Ura uradang change of plans. On the itinerary, it says to be picked up from hotel going back to PPS. We then received a call from the driver asking us nasan na daw ba kmi eh nag aantay na sila sa terminal! Knina pa daw kmi tinatawagan,eh tbh, once lng nagring yng phone which i have abruptly answered. at mind you, sa iba pang number sila tumawag despite telling them na hindi yun ang active number ko. Remember, beyond 6pm wla ng sasakyan. Only to find out from one of the representatives ng agency na hindi pala pinapasok yng Van sa premises kasi wala syang updated na permit. HAD I KNOWN earlier on, we could have traveled directly sa terminal hindi yng last minute changes. Muntik pa kaming maiwan. These could all have been prevented if the representatives communicated to us timely, informing us of the little bits ahead of time. When you think about it, ang simple lng nung naging issues, but the stress, men! It's taxing. It spoilt the whole experience. In defense sa agency, baka bombarded na sila ng concerns that they left us to the last minute. But this is unacceptable. I hope other clients won't be treated this way. Or at least other clients will learn from our horrible experience.

Was a nice experience. Very calm waters and there were lots of fireflies. The food was amazing! The tour guide was polite and informative!

A brilliant excursion. Highly recommend it. Well organised and run. Clearly the Philippinos want to preserve this UNESCO site and it is good to see how well they are doing it.

We had an amazing experience in Elnido, the Limestone and head Turner views are fascinating. Natural arts travel and tours assigned a knowledgeable and attentive tour guide for our group.

When me and my friends visit the island, we really enjoyed exploring this paradise. We can say that El nido is worth it once you’ve reached it’s paradise. The scenery itself is very peaceful, and it is worth visiting.

When I went to El Nido with my friends, we enjoyed ourselves. We took a lot of pictures to have good memories of that place. that we also enjoy el nido because even though the products are expensive, everything is worth it, especially the Private El Nido Tour B that we chose. We had a great time because of magestic views of Coron. The tourguide and Boat crew assigned by the agency of Natural Arts travel and tour did a really great job in assisting us during our travel! We spent 7 days in coron that gave us enough time to relax and stroll around the town!

It was so amazing to be alone in this place, aside from boat crew and the cook, I’ve been planning this for so long to visit this place that most tourists could "maldives of palawan”. I know there are lots of tourists that kept on visiting this place, but my travel time was a good one for I didn’t have to be in a crowded island, a nice weather, crew and safe accommodation that will surely value your money,Thank you natural arts travel and tours, you never failed me for letting you organize my solo travel.

Had a lovely evening tour watching fireflies under a staryy sky. The noise of the boat is a bit of a vibe-kill but that can't be helped for now. The dinner was amazing,the guide was nice and knowledgeable, and the mangroves were dense and ambient. It was a nice experience. The fireflies we're notably visible and glowed like Christmas light on the trees. The ride is short but gives enough time to enjoy the nightscape. Overall it is a good tour to go on at least once.

The owner of the company is really kind, enthusiastic, and accomodating. She operates buisness out of her love for nature and travel, and she ensures you have a good experience on your tours as well. Highly recommended!
