Lots of patience is the key
Pick up was at 7am from the hotel. It was a shared tour so have to pick up other guests as well. From pick up point it took about 2hours to get to the port where you’ll have to wait for about 2-3 hours to get into the motorized boat to bring us to the mountain entrance. Boat ride was about 20mins. The waves were big at the time so it was an exciting ride. From there, we have to walk for about the 3-5 mins towards the cave entrance and then wait for our turn to go into a paddle boat so start the tour. The key is patience so you won’t get annoyed about the waiting time. Spend that time taking photos and enjoy the food on the street while waiting. The buffet lunch was delicious! Lots of Filipino food options and desserts.

Horribe with this tour agent. Great once in El Nido
Please DON’T book your tour with this tour operator else you will ruin your enjoymenr of El Nido. Firstlu they told me that they would pick me up at 3am so I was out on the road waiting. At 3:45am I rang and the lady told me that she would call me back shortly. I waited until 4:30am them tried calling again. Noone picked up the call. At 5:20am the lady rang to inform that the driver was on their way. The driver arrived at 5:45am. And the horror started. I was the only passenger. He drove at 200kmh on a very windy road all the way. It was so scary for me. It took us less than 3 hours to get from Puerto Princesa to El Nido. It is usually a 5-6 hours jouney. When we got to El Nido the driver didn’t know where he should take me. He asked me to call the El Nido agent and I was like what. I wasn’t given these details.Anyway finally I connect with the tour guide. The tour itself was fabulous. Our tour guide John was very nice. The magnificent views on the boat and kayaking were just soo good. Drama again when I finished my tour. The driver in the morning had told me that they would be waiting for me at the same place he dropped me. When I rang him he said I ring the tour operator which I did. Then the lady asks me “ where about are you?” Me like at the place where driver dropped me in the morning. She goes like you will be picked up by a different driver. No more details provided and she hang up. Luckily the El Nido tour guide-John was so helpful. After one hour wait we found the driver. In summary the tour once in El Nido is fabulous. Just don’t book your tour with this tour agent

Absolutely scam - nobody never recommended
Yes, where should we start? First of all, we received some scam messages from Corazon Account, saying that we should pay again. Shortly afterwards, we received a warning from TripAdvisor that this message was fraudulent. When we asked Corazon, we received no message. Then the first day. We needed a total of 6 hours for a 35-minute boat trip. 1 1/2 hours there, 1 1/2 hours waiting on site and 1 hour back. The tour guide didn't speak to us and we never knew what was coming next or when. After we were dropped off at a rest area and no one spoke to us, we had to wait an incredible 2 hours for someone to pick us up. Here, too, there was no communication with us. The only thing that came after 1 hour was that we would pick them up as soon as possible between 3 and 4 p.m. We were picked up at 4 p.m. and had to wait 1 1/2 hours at the same place so that others could get on. In the end we arrived at our accommodation at 11pm and had to wait somewhere for more than 10 hours for a 35 minute boat ride. The tours were cancelled on days 3 and 4. They are offered locally for €25 each. These tours were cancelled for us so that we could drive 5 hours to Puerto Princesa again on day 5. What did we get as confirmation of the €600? €50, who are you trying to fool here? This is a tour for 2 people. What we also criticise about your service: - you say that food is provided, but you always have to take care of your own dinner. - There is practically no communication with people, only if they have questions, you have to answer directly. If you have questions, you are ignored - The hotels are a disaster - The bus drivers drive so fast that you feel sick.

Wasted day for a 1hr boat ride and misorganisation
The company changed pick up to 6am from 745am, informed 8pm the day before - with a warning - forfeit if you dont attend. Unprofessional and incompetent staff. 1hr distance to venue, 1hr boat ride, then they make you wait while 2 people in the group were taken to another 30min boat ride and zip wire, both which were not that impressive. They dont tell you that you wait and waste your day even if you are not doing these additional activities. In addition also left in the middle of the road waiting for transport - no updates for nearly 2hr. Horrible company. AVOID

Disappointing Puerto Princesa Cave Tour - impersonal and Lazy
This tour to the Puerto Princesa Subterranean River was a letdown. While the cave itself was undoubtedly impressive - and worth seeing, the organization and execution of the tour were severely lacking. Firstly, the tour description completely omitted how the several activities impacted the overall experience; resulting in these activities caused the majority portion of the group to wait in the cold and wet for an extended period, which was incredibly uncomfortable and frustrating. Secondly, the "guides" were essentially just drivers. They provided minimal information about the park or the surrounding area. There was no engaging commentary, no historical or cultural insights, and no real effort to enhance the experience beyond basic transportation. Overall, this tour felt overpriced for the level of service provided. The lack of transparency regarding additional activities and the lackluster guiding severely detracted from what could have been a truly memorable experience. I would strongly advise potential travelers to upgrade to more private experience or seek alternative tour operators who prioritize customer satisfaction and provide a more comprehensive and engaging experience.

        Great island hopping, terrible organization
The island hopping part was great. However, the organization from/to puerto princesa was lacking to say the least. On our way to El nido, we did not stop for a break for 5 hours straight. In the evening when we were done with the activities and were dropped back to the starting point, they just left us there with no instructions. They had said in the email that we will be able to get out of our swimsuits and change into dry clothes. We did not. So we just decided to wait for the van to pick us up. As there were nobody there, we texted the tour provider and she informed us that we had to go to the terminal as the van will not be coming to where we were dropped. So they expected us to pay for a tricycle to take us to the terminal to join the van. This was obviously not stated in the email. So now we not only had to go find the van at the terminal, we also had to ride back 5 hours in an air-conditioned van with wet clothes. We got terribly sick and the whole experience was ruined because of the lack of organization and information.

Rando was an excellent tour guide. Tour A was our choice. It was a whole day out kayaking, swimming, snorkeling. Lunch was tasty and there was plenty to go around. 10/10 for the cucumber salad.

        Raining El Nido tour A
We paid for the tour that was suppose to be on sunday. They told us we should meet at 9am. When we came to the meeting point, they just said its cancelled due to weather conditions (it was cloudy, but no raining). Two days later they arranged it. We came at 9, the beach was full of people waiting for their boat (depends which tour you want). It was very cloudy and while we waited for our boat (aroun 1.5 hour) it was raining. We asked about the safety of the trip as it didnt seem like ut was gonna be sunny, but they told us not to worry. It was raining for the whole time! Being wet on boat with raining all the time, all our clothes and towels wet, we got freezed! Also, we couldnt see two beaches, due to bad weather! The big lagoon tour was a mess as you cant see anything due to heavy rain! And I really felt like they actually did organize the trip just so they wouldn refund us the money. Shame on tour organisation as there were people with children and also older people Advice: not worth going if there is one nouby cloud! Its just hype tour, as El nido is not very fun place.

        A total disaster
Atotal disaster, the pick up time was set between 5:00-5:30 AM, quite imprecise, but the company told me that it is not a private tour and there are others who have to come. At 5:38 AM, no one had come to pick up yet, I asked the company via watt up, who answered that the driver was on the way. At 6:12 AM, a minibus driver came and told us that he had another job at the airport, being with a child in the car, possibly his daughter, but no other passengers, rude enough that I no longer trusted him. let's get in the car with him. Immediately after, the company contacted us with various lies: saying that the actual pick-up time was between 5:30-6:00 AM (luckily we had everything confirmed in writing), then that the driver picked up other passengers from the airport who had delay (but no one on the car) etc...

Absolutely amazing trip to visit this world heritage site.
We booked the day trip with the hotel. Pick up is approx 7am as it’s almost 1.5 hours to the site. It cost us 2500 pesos per person. May vary hotel to hotel. There is additional 150-300 pesos environmental fee. Keep this receipt safely as it’s one time payment for all sites visited in puerto princesa. Lunch is served. There maybe an opportunity for you to try the longest 800m zip line (600 peso) in Palawan and do the mangrove paddle boat (350 peso). The boat takes you within the underground cave to a distance of about 1-1.5km and the cave is sighted via flashlight. Awesome sight. Must visit.

Great trip - beware of extra charges once on the island
The experience was cool, but the disorganization of the van ride to the meeting point was less than ideal. There was a sign with my name on it, they asked if it was confirmed for 3, I said yes. I asked if this was for “Corazón Tours” and they said yes. We got in the van and then I got a message from TripAdvisor at 8:36am that we were on the the wrong van and wouldn’t be able to do the tour because we were on the cruise ship (but they offered port pickup specifically for the cruise visitors??) and we were also in the van with all other cruise passengers. They said I had until 8:40am to respond with a decision to cancel. I have slow service here so I didn’t see the message until after 8:42am. We got to the destination and I had the TripAdvisor agent talk to the driver and they told us it was fine and we were good to go even though it was a different agency. We went ahead and had fun, but the trip was cut short and we went to four destinations only and arrived back to the meeting point at 2pm, not 5pm. Us, along with two other passengers in the same trip and van, then got charged extra. We got charged 9,600 ($155 USD) pesos for three people extra on top of the TripAdvisor online payment of $96 USD. We fought with the agent as she claims we had “upgraded” even though it was cut short. Very weird situation, we have now learned to just book once we get there!

I was put in front seat, the drive put another person in middle making my 6 hour ride more cramped and horrible. The middle guy put his feet in my feet space u have no where to go then he fell sleep and slept in my shoulder ,WTF ??? The driver is ruthless on the road honking at dog, people , motorcycle and his dumb driver friends. Very bumpy ride taking over 6 hours between Puerto Princesa and El Nido.

This half day tour covers the highlights in and around Puerto Princesa City. Baker's Hill was an unexpected delight not just excellent baked goods but lovely gardens as well. Ernie was a great guide friendly and knowledgeable.

Definitely a must do when visiting Puerto Princesa. Highly recommend doing the 3 in 1 tour as it means you can go off and do more activities whilst your tour guide sorts the paper work for the caves. Both the mangroves and zip line are great activities. Our tour guide V and Josh were amazing handling everything with effortless ease making the trip stress free and enjoyable, highly recommend this company as we had nothing but positive experiences!

We had a so much fun with Zed and RV. They were such a great team together, very accommodating and funny, made the 2-hour ride worth it. The underground river was amazing! With audio explanation. Then all you can eat buffet which was good. Ziplining was so much fun! And to top it off the mangrove tour was serene and beautiful, our tour guide sang us a heartfelt song at the end. Totally recommend Corazon!

I participated in this fantastic tour with my husband and rarely have I been able to verify the efficiency, professionalism and availability of an agency like Corazon Tour & Travel. They were magnificent in everything: organization, assistance, communication, availability and kindness. We had a small incident during the tour route: the agency went out of their way to help us, solve every problem in a way that almost seemed to be familiar! We therefore decided to book many other tours with them in the days following El Nido and Coron: we were looked after by all the staff day and night, especially the very kind Miss Xandra, who also subsequently organized many splendid experiences for us, satisfying ourselves both with the price, that with our needs and availability. What can I say: if you have to choose someone with whom to build your magnificent experience in the Philippines, have no doubts: Corazon Tour and Travel is definitely for you!!!

The actual activities were excellent but feel like we could have done this better by ourselves. We spent 1 hour 30 minutes on the bus collecting others, then the journey there the guide talked a lot and about the most random of stuff! We got to the zip line/mangrove place. Our guide didn’t know who had booked what and tried to get us to pay for the zip line. We did eventually tell him we paid for all 3 but he was asking us what was next! The walk up to the zip line is hot and took about 15 minutes, no warning that you’ll need water. And no option to swim at the stunning beach. Mangrove tour was good but you need bug spray for the boat journey!

Buffet lunch was okay and you get cold water or juice included.

Underground river was incredible but again down to the actual attraction.

Overall excellent activities but felt the tour was poorly organised to be honest.

Though my husband and I did not end up doing zipline and mangrove, we were part of the group. And despite the waiting, we could not complain. Kuya Echo was very nice and informative. He was very impressive in going above and beyond taking care of the little kid from one of the family in our group as well while they were enjoying the activities.Thank you Kuya Echo! You’re the best! Will keep you in mind for our next trip to Palawan for sure! Highly recommended! As a returning Filipino (Balikbayan), services like they offer and the professionalism makes me really proud. Maraming Salamat po!❤️

We had a great guide Ralph and driver Josh. Ralph is very knowledgeable and will talk your ear off literally. We were able to do the Cave tour first and fortunately the line wasn’t too long to get the first boat to the cave entrance. From there you get your helmet and board the kayak. Tour is about 45 minutes long and somewhat interesting and quite fascinating if you’re into nature.

Your feet will get wet when you step off the boat but we just left our shoes on the boat and went barefoot which was no problem. Same boat picks you back up. We then went to the activity area about 5 min away where you have the option of Mangrove tour and Zipline. Some guests didn’t partake and had to wait around for an hour.

Mangrove tour very casual about 35 min long and we learned about the forest and saw some snakes. Zipline is just one ride from top of mountain. I broke quite a sweat walking up the steep hill but the views were beautiful and the walk on beach was nice .

Then we all went back to the pier area where we had a nice Filipino Buffet. Food was sort of cold but it was ok.

Good tour if you’re looking for a mellow day as we already did a lot of Island Hopping then give it a try.

Our tour guide Echo was very knowledgeable, friendly, and funny. He chatted with us throughout the 2 hour drive up and gave us some fun facts along the way. The drive felt much shorter than 2 hours.

Our driver Dell was a great driver, it was probably the smoothest driving we had for our entire trip in the Philippines.

The underground river was gorgeous and well worth seeing.

The underground river was incredible and our guide at the mangrove forest told us a lot about the nature and the history of the forest. The guide who took us to the starting point of the zipline ride was very quick and didn't offer any help on the way there. But the ride itself was fun and the view was beautiful. Our guide through the whole day was very fun, informative and looked after us. Thank you ate V!

The Cave is something to experience. If you’ve done adventure travelling before, the Zipline and mangroves could be skipped. The driver picked everyone up about 30min early in the morning. Seems to happen often in the Philippines.

Unfortunately due to the tropical storm, my original plan was cancelled, but this was a great second option! The underground river is the real highlight and although quite crowded, is worth seeing at least once. Ziplining was also great! The mangrove forest, meh. The driver and host were phenomenal making the entire day go quite smoothly!
