Gilbert is the Man
Used Gilbert for airport to El Nido transfer, everything was on time and smooth as expected.
More importantly we really didn’t have a completed plan upon booking Gilbert. I inquired with him about private island hopping. Through him I booked two perfect days of private island hopping for just the two of us. It was perfect all around, great El Nido experience could not have expected more or better. Thank you Gilbert!!!

Friendly and Accompdating Private Tour from Puerto Princessa to El Nido

Fantastic accommodations and very friendly experience! I didn’t have any phone service until I arrived at the Puerto Princessa airport where I was finally able to contact the private tour — they had sent me a couple emails to reach out prior which I couldn’t load until I got to the airport. They were able to respond and find me a ride immediately which I am thankful for. The driver was very friendly and we had good conversations stopping by for food and a good view for picture taking upon request and their suggestions. I highly recommend this service!

We booked a private transfer to El Nido from PPS the night before through their website. They were quick to respond. The driver arrived early, was friendly and informed us the trip will take 5-6 hrs. We had 2 quick stops in between. Clean and comfortable van.

So we paid $170 to be picked up at Puerto Princess airport and taken to hotel in El Nido.
The company text me and asked for my flight number and hotel name. When we arrived we had to call as they were nowhere to be found.
It was a 5 1/2 hour trip. We stopped a couple of times for bathroom breaks. Disgusting I would have been happier to go in the bush. Once we arrived in El Nido the driver told us he would be dropping us off in the center and we were to make our own way to the Hotel. Or we could pay him extra to take us. Who would be happy with this arrangement? Then when I complained to the company. They said it was in their small print, however they would wave it this time. They stated that trip Advisor takes 20% of the fee and they barley make any money anyway and as we were not paying the extra they wouldn't make anything.

Dear Mr. Lee Cooke, Congratulation for Earning our Dumbness Passenger for 2022. 1. We were kind enough to waived the drop off charge as clearly stated in your booking fine print that you failed to read. This makes you dumb and ungrateful! 2. We were at the airport before your pick up time of 6:30am and picked you up right away as your wife call us that you arrived earlier than expected. So this makes you a liar! 3. Stops is mandatory as trip to El Nido takes more than 5 hours and also stated in your ticket With 2-3 Mandatory Short Stops. Clearly, you didnt bother to read the fine print.

The Best van transfer

Booked a private transfer from Puerto Princesa going to el nido with no problem at all. Sir Gilbert was very accomadating with all the querries I have had thru whatsapp. Our driver Aleh was very nice and friendly and very much willing to answer questions about the places. The pickup was on time, and the van is in excellent condition, neat and clean. The driver is very courteous. We had a smooth journey throughout our stay in Palawan. Highly recommended to have a hassle-free vacation.

van was waiting for us, just out of the arrivals of the airport. Driver very kind and available even to stop to let us take pictures. His driving stile was not exactly "relaxing" but on the other hand we got to our destination in time. Just a suggestion to users: if you are at least 8 in number, book a PRIVATE TRANSFER, this is what we did, otherwise you will have to waste a lot of time waiting for other passengers and picking them up even along the way

Totally reliable. We booked a last minute transfer to El Nido and it was no problem. Booked them privately for the return trip and again arrived on time. Nice, clean van both times.

We were a group of friends and took a private van , the cost was very good for the service offered and even if you are at least 5 ( we were 7 ) is better to take the private van , is stress free like this
Van was clean , driver was great , waited for us at the meeting point and took us faster then expected to El Nido
