      Palawan, Had Us
Really had an amazing time experiencing Palawan and some of its island during the tour. And getting some tips, knowledge about the locals, sceneries from our guide Sir Echo was an absolute plus. The tour was surreal from pick up, during travel, drop off and move most especially when you get to experience those things with friends and nice guide & driver, Palawan is worth to experience again.

      Great guide and tour!
We were originally part of the underground river team but was diverted to the honda bay team as it was deemed unsafe to proceed with the underground river tour. The process of diverting was super smooth and handled efficiently. The tour itself is enjoyable, especially because of our great tour guide, thank you Sir Echo! If you can request for him, I would definitely recommend you to do so. I would surely pick this agency if I come to Puerto Princesa again in the future.

Top Guide Echo and beatiful Islands
Echo was a super cool and nice Guide and could tell us so much about the islands and the wildlife. The water was a bit too cloudy for snorkeling, but the beauty of the islands more than made up for it.

      Great experience
Very well organized trip. Smooth pick up from hotel. Our guide Echo was very informative and helpful. The river itself is absolutely unique. Totally recommended. Some people take waterproof bags/phone cases - it's not necessary unless you don't literally fall in the water which is very unlikely. The guides and boat captains help you on and off. Flip flops are however recommended as you will need to board the boat from the beach.

5D4N Coron and El Nido Personalized Tour Package
Corazon Travel and Tours has gone above and beyond for me, from pre-planning down to the days of my travel. They have been responsive and proactive with my needs and wants for my personalized 5D4N Coron and El Nido Tour. This was my second time using their services and I have to admit that they are incredible at what they do. They make sure you have the best time in Palawan, that's for sure. For this personalized tour package, I told them my expectations and my itinerary and they gave suggestions, breakdown my expenses, and communicated well any changes they have encountered. They arranged everything for me: from my van transfers, tour packages for both municipalities, and my accommodation, plus my ferry ticket. They have exceeded my expectation time and time again. And what I value the most is their care for their guests. As I said, they go above and beyond. I appreciate that they're also checking on me day-by-day. As a solo traveller, I value being kept safe after a long day's tour. Those little things go a long way for me and I hope they continue treating their customers and guests in such way. If you ever find yourself looking for a great travel agency to arrange your Palawan trip, I highly recommend them. I would suggest and avail their services time and time again. Thanks again to the whole Corazon Travel and Tours team. Ms. Merry and Ms. Rodelyn, you two have been amazing.

Nice views and places but the system to get on the boat and other things is not convenient. Prepare for swimming to get to the boat. No toilets on the boat, everybody pee in the water. Bring a bottle of water hidden in your bag, they do not provide water and it is forbidden to bring waterbottles to the islands.
Bring money 300 php for kayak if you want to go into the Big Lagoon, it is not included .
To crowded tour, I recommend to rent a private boat and go out early (7 o’clock) to avoid the crowds.

Thank you for sharing your experience. Unfortunately, there is not a proper dock in El Nido where guests can board the boats, hence everyone has to wade into the water to get on the transport. Come to think of it, what’s the point of doin an island hopping activity if you do not want to swim and get wet? As for the toilets on the boat, there is really none. The boats are basic outrigger boats. Toilets can be found on some islands. Also, please do not bring single-use water bottled during tours - it is forbidden. We will provide you purified water in a jug but if you prefer to bring your own water, put it in a tumbler or other reusable bottles. Please help us maintain El Nido’s natural beauty for the future generations. As for the crowds, Tour A is the most popular activity in El Nido. You can opt for Tour B or Tour D next time, it’s far less busy.

This Tour was the worst thing I have done in my hole 3 week Philippine holiday!
Nice Beaches for 1.200 Php is what’s said on the advertisement.
Considering the price it’s: 1.200 for the tour, 200 for the Entrance to the Beach, 200 for the Government, 100 for Neopren shoes which are necessary for the most beaches and specially the Secret Lagoon, 300 for the Kanu which you need on the Big Lagoon and 100 for every drink beside water...
What you then get is a medium size boat with 20 other people heading to the beaches where already 10-15 boats are waiting, each of them with at least 20 people. Means at least 200 people with red life jackets on every photo, you have to stand in Line to see the secret lagoon (10 min waiting time) then turn and line up again to get out of it. Same situation at every stop at every Beach!
All in all no matter what Tour ABCD you do, in our opinion it’s a totally waste of time and money!!!
BTW the crew was nice and helpful.

We booked El Nido Tour A, C and Honda Bay Tour in advance. We sent them a reminder where we were staying the night before Tour A. On the day, we waited for 2 hours (!!!) outside our hotel, and pickup never came. We called the company several times, who assured us they were on the way, and after calling again, they told us that the boat has already left (???). To make it worse, they did not reassure us that we will receive a refund, but they told us they will get back to us about it. We went on Tour C the following day, and after calling them in the morning to make sure the same mistake does not happen twice, we were picked up. Honda Bay Tour was ok without problems.

We were very disappointed as we were looking forward to Tour A, and read good reviews about the company. We expected at least an apology, but first they tried to reschedule our tour (which was impossible as our trip was planned day by day), and then telling us that they will inform us later on if we will be refunded. We received the refund a week later.

Our advice is NOT to book with this company, especially in advance.

i had the fortune of working in this town two decades ago, when el nido could still be considered a sleeping tourist hub.

what a metamorphosis! the islands which i got to visit for free before now commanded a hefty price. we settled for tour A because aside from it being the cheapest among the choices, the big lagoon and secret beach were among the places we got to visit.

the time was not enough to enjoy all our destinations. we took our lunch a few minutes past 2 already at an island that was not originally included in our itinerary. the Shimizu beach was too swamped with tourists sonwe had to transfer somewhere less crowded. the adobo, sautéed noodles , buttered shrimp and grilled fish satisfied our hunger, though. the colombians, germans and indonesian who were with us in the boat were all praises for the dishes prepared for us.

this tour was definitely an unforgettable journey for our family.

If you want to go to El Nido to go island hopping, think again and do not expect your trip to be like the Instagram photos you may have seen. It is so crowded that it ruins the experience. Are the islands and secret, hidden or palm-fringed beaches beautiful? Absolutely ! The problem is that you are arriving with so many other boats that if you want to be a bit in the water you will be just next to many boats. Boats are queuing at every stops and it just gets ridiculous. You will be on a small beach for less than 20 minutes with 200 other persons.
We stopped in very average snorkelling spots and the last beach we visited was beautiful but arriving a bit before 3PM meant it was already all in the shade, but still very crowded.
Unfortunately, all companies and all tours (A, B, C, D) are just facing the same issue: El Nido is victim of its own success and you are just better off going somewhere else if you truly want to have a beautiful day discovering beaches.

Thank you for sharing your experience, although I understand it was not what you expected. The peak travel period in Palawan is from December to May. Hence, there will be a lot of people/tourists everywhere. El Nido is not spared from this reality, but we still try to showcase the destination the best we could.

Me and my partner had a wonderful time during our trip. We saw amazing beaches. It was definitely worth it.Crew on the boat was very positive and helpful with tips.

Unfortunately, it was advertised that we will see Big Lagoon, which was not the case as the tour guide explained tickets to Big Lagoon were sold until May.

Also, we nobody mentioned that the ECO tax we paid is valid for 10 days, and we can reuse it in case we go on other trips. Also took us asking a few times until we get any actions regarding these Eco tax ticket.

We left quite late and had to make a stop by the coast guard supposedly to check if the boat is all good and there is enough life jacket on board. They seem to have not done either as the boat had an overheating problem on our way to the first island and about half of the passengers didn’t have a life jacket. Eventually another boat tugged us to the first island where they tried to fix the boat we are in. After lunch, we finally transferred to another boat and the trip went smoothly after that despite being behind schedule and ending the tour later than intended.

The food and islands great though!

Came with the family we asked for tour A Wild Rose.tour It was very good the tour guide were fantastic very helpful and accommodating.
Lunches were delicious but not much choices for vegetarians.
Before we went to five islands the organiser has informed us exactly where we going to the destination and he was very funny.
One member of the crew was very helpful when I was a bet struggling to swim to the shore ready for lunch on one of the island but the downside was they never showed how to put my life vest properly on and to those people who are not good swimmers are not good for this trip not to recommend
Over all the trip was fantastic and enjoyable for those people who loved swimming and snorkeling.
