- Irene C0 contributionsLovely highlight tour of Puerto PrincesaWe did this as a private tour, having used Baron Travel for a shore excursion in Manila which was excellent. Journey, our guide met us at the Port and we set off with Jomar, for our highlight tour of Puerto Princesa. We visited the Cathedral, Plaza Cuertal (unfortunately under major renovation), Butterfly Farm Tribal Village, saw a demonstration of local weaving (even had a go), Baker's Hill and tasted the local delicacy, Mitra's Ranch and finally a walk along the Bay. Thoroughly enjoyed our tour.Written November 13, 2024

- Javier G0 contributionsNot picked upNobody was waiting at airport... and no instructions on how the transport will be handled. No pre-arrival instructions, details. I phoned a number provided in the ticket, but no answer. I waited almost 1 hour, and had to take another way to transfer to my hotel.Written November 11, 2024

- tY3681YG0 contributionsComprehensive tourThis tour offered a much-needed introduction for my friends visiting for the first time from California. I really appreciated that we traveled through other cities (Makati and BGC) too, while being provided with plenty of information along the way. My friends arrived the day after the super typhoon, and I was so concerned that I canceled my initial booking. However, I managed to get in touch with the provider through their WhatsApp number and was able to track the situation, eventually rebooking the same tour for the same day. I would recommend this tour for first-time visitors. Yes, the traffic is terrible—you're in Manila. If that surprises you, that's on you.Written August 14, 2024

Everyone should experience Villa Escudero at least once. It is a fun relaxed day. We enjoyed the lunch at the water with the waterfall. Food was good. Waiters were very helpful. It’s good having water shoes for stability in the water. We enjoyed the show afterwards Very much. Although we did not look at the opportunities for children we noted that there were those kinds of entertainment. They for sure will enjoy the water buffalo ride. I visited in 2007, and it was good to revisit this unique place.

We go by ourselves using a private car. The place is self is OK, nothing extraordinary. The cultural show is just ok too - traditional dance and sing. The buffet lunch also just ok, not much variety and additional charge for drinks like coconut water. The pool is quite small. The best part probably the rafting. So consider the time required to go and back to Manila (around 3-4 hours), it's not something that make it a MUST visit place.

This truly was unique. Didn't know what to expect. The pictures don't do it justice, we had a blast using the bamboo rafts, eating by the waterfalls.. so unique. We didn't the included culture show. instead we went to the 18 and up pool for 2 hours and relaxed. Didn't know that was a part of the deal. Recommend getting a locker for 100 pesos. Statues and museum was a little creepy to be honest. The trip to the plantation was long but you got to see the local life. I wouldn't have had that chance if not this tour. Go do it!

Great time riding carabao cart with a group singing filipino folk song. Lunch in their man made falls soaking ur feet while eating. Nice facilities with entertainment at dinner time. Highly recommended for balikbayans as well as foreign guests. Quite expensive for an average income family.
