Dear jabster008, It's appreciate your positive review. Your safe and pleasant stay in Tibet is the best rewards for us. Since Tibet has a high altitude (above 4000m on average), ensuring a safe and pleasant travel is one of the priorities of our job. The trip from Lhasa to EBC tour is a major tourist route in Tibet because it could be a huge challenge with the special climate and geographical conditions for travelers. Except for the facilities you mention, what we are providing for our guest is that the beds are clean and changed every time at the remote area, electric blanket can be used during the freezing night and we even have "Hyperbaric Oxygen Chambers" at EBC in case someone need them (not only for our guests, but also for everyone in need). In addition, please do not worry about the changes in Tibet. Because the government, enterprises and tourists are all working to make Tibet a better place and a more bright future only. There is no doubt that the mysterious Buddhist legends and awe-inspiring natural wonders and exotic culture and customs will last forever and wait for more explore. So, our holy land is looking forward to seeing you and always welcome the guests from all over the world with open arms. Again, We will stay committed to bringing a mesmerizing experience for our clients.

Firstly, my appreciation goes to your recognition of our service, esp to our Tibetan guide Jigme who gets good reviews from you. We also regularly invite the guides to share their experiences in order to keep improve of our team. What else, we are sorry to hear that the inconvenience caused by share room. The problem had been submit to our product team for improvement and hopefully they can find a more flexible solution. However, it also a stubborn problem for us to make it better. At the moment we can only make sure to inform the guests in advance and then trying to find the suitable resources for the individual guest. As Tibet becomes more and more open to tourism, we believe there will be a good solution soon. Thank you for you kindly understanding and we will keep working hard to perfect our tour service and upgrading our tour products.
