    Family of Explorers
We bought Explore Ticket with Peak Tram on the 31st of December 2024. It did cover most of the major tourist spots in Hong Kong. Drivers and customer service representatives are great. We were guided properly on where to travel around and hop off. We will surely recommend BigBusTours to our friends back home.

    A drink with a view!!!
I was on my own and a little nervous when I came to Bubba Gump at this amazing location! But thrilled and excited to be there! Lance who served me my drink made my visit memorable! He was so easy and interesting to talk to and made time for me, which I really appreciated. Thank you Lance! Could not get over the window cleaner at this jaw dropping height.. will never forget this great place.

    Alright if in the area
Slightly pricey, but alright to drop by for an hour (or maximum 2) if you happen to be there and have the option of purchasing tickets as a package with the tram ride. Not super impressive, but entertaining enough.

Excellent Hop on hop off tour
Convenient way to see the city. Buses equipped with an entertaining audio guide. Highly recommended specifically when your time in the city is limited.

    Okay
Quite fun, friendly staff, unique souvenirs for gifts. Interiors are nice. The place is not too big, we expected it to be bigger.

Great fun for adults and kids
Brought my kids to the Monopoly Dreams on Sunday and they had a great time there. It started with a tour of an animation simulating an elevator ride bringing you to Mr. Monopoly’s office. It showcases the history of Monopoly along with the various editions of Monopoly sold throughout the years. Next is an exciting 4D movie (not going to reveal too much here, will let you explore it yourself) that lasts about 5 minutes. Once it is over, you will be led to a wind chamber to play a money grabbing game. The Monopoly notes collected in the game can be used as coupons towards purchase at the shop. After the game, you may freely roam around the different sections including the jail, electric company, water works, all those familiar places from the board game. Although the area isn’t massive, there are many photo shooting spots and interactive games where we’ve spent around 1.5 hour at the attraction. In the last area before the gift shop, you may scan your ticket to enter a lucky draw for coupons (from food coupons to a $10,000 HKD discount to a special edition watch by Memorigin) There’s a human sized monopoly in the outdoor area where one can play at an extra cost which seems interesting. However it was a rainy day that we couldn’t get the chance to experience it. The overall experience was wonderful and even better if the place is bigger that could fit a bigger crowd and it can be packed on peak hours.

Best value your going to find
It doesn’t matter what age you are but if your over 65 the octopus seniors card is a must for anyone travelling around Hongkong, with the seniors card you can travel most trips for the very low price of 2 HG dollars that’s just under 40 Aus cents so if that isn’t value for money l don’t know what is. Just pick one up on your arrival at the airport from the ticket box that sells train tickets but make sure you have your over 65 ID with you. Also don’t worry the MTR system is so easy to get around on just get a copy of the mtr map it will show you all the routes around Hongkong and make your life so much easier.

    Lovely staff, cool decor
We were welcomed by a super friendly staff who introduced us about monopoly history, 4D short movies, how to play those mini games, angle/position to take best photos etc. it was quite fun especially the ‘catching the money’ in the windy chamber. Our experience was great, however the place itself was relatively small that we only spent roughly an hour or so. Ticket price wasnt cheap either.

    Reet is the best!
This review is specifically for Reet. She is a wonderful human being. I was having hard time to buy a ferry ticket. She just came in and purchased one with her own money for me. Thank you again, Reet. You're the best.

    Smooth ride and predictable
We took the express train for our departure as it’s more predictable. Using the octopus card, we took the train from yau ma tei to lai king and change to train going to Tsing Yi and the. Change to AirPort Express. It was a long walk from Tsing yi yo AirPort Express line. Use the trip planner and you can estimate the amount of time needed. It was accurate. Ride was smooth with plenty of seats.

Unable to redeem at Kowloon Station. Customer service unavailable. DO NOT BUY.
We received our vouchers by text but with no instructions on how or where to redeem. We proceeded to Kowloon Station MRT Station and the gate agent had never seen nor heard of these vouchers. We had a bar code to scan but a QR code was necessary. We ended up buying tickets for less at customer service. The voucher stated no refunds so this seems like a scam to me. DO NOT BUY.

    View from the Peak
The building serves as an observation tower overlooking the skyscrapers of Hong Kong. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops available here but before that head to the top to catch the view. Beside this building is the Peak Galera where you can find more shops and restaurants.

    Great place for young children
This place is not cheap but its quite boring and small. The tour guide is nice and helpful but overall it was just not meant for us. May be if we are with little children, it will be a great experience for the children but for adult and teenagers, it was not. The location is great because it is in one area as stop point of Victoria Peak. There are a lot of restaurant and a lot of nice selfie spot.

The best aquarium, fantastic cable car. We enjoyed the lumps of sugar cane in about 1977. Such a good memory of childhood in Hong Kong

It was a staycation in HK. Quarantines to return to HK is currently 3 weeks - who wants to do that ?! We stayed at Marriott Ocean Park and enjoyed the Ocean Park & Water World Park - the latter is a new addition within Ocean Park! A day spent at the WW park with teens was worth it before the weather got any colder. We rented a Jumbo locker and a Cabana (which allowed my husband and I to take a breather whilst the kids ran amok in the theme park). The WWPark is mainly indoors to cater for winter/blustery days. We still recommend wearing a rash.

We also recommend booking your tickets early along with a locker. If you do rent a cabana you won’t need to rent a locker as each cabana comes with a large safe, two deck chairs with comfy cushions. The cabana seats 2 v comfortably and 4 if they want to sit outside for the view. The view was breathtaking from the mountain side of the ocean. Bring mosquito repellant as I was feasted on quite badly! There are also VIP cabanas on a higher level (3rd flr vs 2nd). But at this time of the year there was nobody around us.

The lockers come in 3 sizes at various prices. We booked the Jumbo which took a lot of stuff (dimensions available when you book). You can of course decide on which size when you enter the locker room and everything is payable with Octopus or credit card. You can access the locker several times with no additional charge.

We also recommend the Fast pass/Splash Pass if you have teens. They can visit rides they like, countless times over. My 15-year old went on the Rainbow Rush to race at least 20 times and was v happy with his timing of 8:43 secs!

The WW park has rides for adults and kids (big and small). For the brave you cannot miss the Daredevil Drop. And the younger toddlers should be delighted by the Whiskers Splash. Family rides with 4-6 seater floaters on Skyhigh Falls and Vortex were great to do together.

The water was cold this time of the year at Horizon Cove and Big Wave Bay so we skipped it.

Covid19 rules still apply so keep your masks on till you do the ride. Use a cloth mask as it won’t disintegrate so quickly and keep them in shorts with zip pockets or stuff it in your bikini when riding. As for your feet, try and get wet shoes. Slippers have to be removed and I stuffed mine under my rash as I did the rides. Still risky as I could still have lost them during the rides. Hence carry as little as possible! There is NO where to hold your things (including spectacles/glasses) whilst you ride as you only slide downwards and don’t return to the same spot! Not all rides have lockers nearby. I only saw a few at the Lazy Cruise.

My husband and I ended the day on the Lazy Cruise. The water was warm and far more enjoyable.

We left on return tickets on the bus which took us back to the entrance of Ocean Park/MTR. It’s not free but necessary and returns every 10 mins.

A new Fullerton hotel is being built with gorgeous views and a skip away from WWPark. It should be ready for next summer! The WW park is A definite must-do for the family.

The service at the reception counter provided by Marco and Duncan was top rated! Thanks for the hospitality! The game booths, swimming pool and motor trail provided for kids are great fun. Suitable for family with small kids and it’s also pet friendly👍🏻

Very bad experience at Ocean park HongKong , with T3 warning in force, the ticketing person was not clear in confirming if all outdoor rides were suspended but rather vague. Seemed like all rides were suspended and only the animal exhibits were open, dolphin show was cancelled too. Totally not worth the full price ticket, park could have atleast been fair in such case to reduce the ticket price to half and not fleece tourist money when they are not giving full service. Feel cheated. Never going to this park again.
